I have taken my fur baby for about 6 months to Stacy Road Pet Hospital. He was neutered and recovered really quickly! My dog does not seem to be scared or traumatized. He has separation anxiety, but he seems to be ok going in and out of this hospital. The vet and personnel are great!

I've take my puppy here for all of the shots so I've been 3 times total. Everytime I mention my puppy scratching alot and redness it was passed over until the third visit. I pushed more and more and wouldn't accept being ignored so the vet without any sort of skin scrape said it's probably mange. They gave me treatment and sent me on my way. It's slowly getting better but according to another vet in the area they should have done a scrape then another at 7 and 14 days to make sure it was going away. This place only has curbside due to the pandemic but is also taking advantage of the fact that you don't know what they are doing. They aren't actually doing an exam just shots and move on. Long story short if you have a child with a doctor kit that might be better. They would at least notice the sores and itchy dog.

For 12 years this hospital has treated my dog with the most respect and excelled in keeping him healthy. Just a few days ago we had to put my best friend down. They were very professional and had been professional for those 12 years of life

Today we lost our beautiful Pomerania Foch, after 14 years of giving, it was his time to leave. We are so thankful for the love we received and all the professional staff.

We recently lost our beloved pet after 12 years of joy, the staff at Stacy Pet Hospital were very caring, courteous and loving. They made such a terrible experience much more bearable. Thank you.

Cared for our babies for 13 yrs. Unfortunately we had to put both down in the month of July. Staff was sympathetic and caring during our difficult time.

Earlier this year, we found an elderly stray cat with numerous wounds. We brought him to another vet who treated his wounds and kept him over night. The next day, the vet was very tight-lipped and was not very forthcoming with advice or additional information (most likely because he was a "stray"). We had concerns about how the cat's wounds were healing so we brought him to see Dr. Kline. The difference in service was astonishing! Dr. Kline exudes confidence and compassion around animals. She gave the cat a thorough and complete check-up while we were in the room, answering a barrage of questions all the while. She was extremely patient and made sure we had no questions or concerns that were unanswered. Later that day, she followed up with an email that included a full check-up report and a proposed treatment plan. In the future, we will definitely be bringing all our pets to see Dr. Kline at Stacy Road Pet Hospital!

We just moved here from out of the country and have been looking for a vet for our dog, Nina. As the Stacy Road Animal Hospital is near our house we went there where Dr. Lindsay Kline met with Nina for the first time. By the end of the exam I was wishing my primary care physician was this great. After introducing herself to my wife and me, and Nina, Dr. Kline and her assistant managed to give Nina a full exam, taking a lab samples, and administering a series of vaccines -- all while talking to us and Nina, and without Nina noticing that anything out of the ordinary was happening. Add to this the clinic's courteous and professional office staff and we have no reason to look any further for Nina's care. Joh & Carol J, and Nina

We've been taking our pets to Dr. Haning for 30 years. We just got a new puppy and wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

A bit expensive, but when you love your pets you'll have to pay.

They are nice and prices are what I would expect...not cheap, not unreasonable.

Courteous, Clean and Quiet environment for a Vet Hospital!! Adorable staff! Dr. Haney reminds me of ““Mr. Rodgers”; calm and capable.

Very disappointed ... we have never had a problem with Stacy Road Pet Hospital for our first dog, but we brought our new 2nd dog for grooming and he came back looking the same as when we dropped him off, even though I was explicit in saying "same length as his body (short) all over". Their customer service was very poor, telling me it was my fault because I used the word "trim" (apparently implying scissors) instead of "shave" (implying clippers) ... I am supposed to know this? Follow the instructions instead of being so literal. They told me I would have to pay for another grooming to fix their mistake, rather than allowing us to bring him in and groom him the way we expected.

I have used Dr. Haning for my family pets for at least 30 years. He takes good care of his patients and advises on best courses of care and what is best for quality of life as well. My cousin drives from Bedford to bring her two dogs (also Client for 25 plus years) to his Clinic. Great Doctor!

Have three dogs who have gone there routinely for three years so we keep them up on all of their services and required shots and annual exams. Now our 14 year old is having some liver problems. I have called with a question for the vet and on two occasions to never receive a return call. Dropped my other dog off at 10 am as scheduled for grooming. Picked him up 6 hours later to find he hadn't been groomed. He sat in a kennel for 6 hours after just getting shots which by the way my dog squeeled and screamed out in pain. I couldn't touch him for 24 hours without him crying out. Additionally their office personnel are extraordinarily rude, they keep their heads down when you're standing at the counter, show absolutely no compassion, and my 14 year old has not received the care he deserves and any dog deserves during this stage in his life. We will be finding another veterinary service for all of our animals. I do not recommend them at all. I never leave bad reviews but in this instance it's important to do so. Our pets are special and important to us and deserve to be treated as such.

We have been going to Dr. Hoyt for over 5 years with our 8 year old chocolate lab and can't say enough wonderful things about this practice. The staff is so caring and wonderful from the minute you walk in, then when we visit with Dr. Hoyt, and the staff at checkout. They treat our lab like she is their own and it really is comforting to know we are in such good hands.

Always get put on hold for a long time and then they come on to say we'll call you back but never do, the vets aren't good. They're soo busy they don't care about the animals, they're just trying to get you in and out and charge you an arm and a leg.
