Very nice people and the doctor very nice. She gave us a lot information.

Done with this place. Can't get their message together for appointments and always an upcharge over quotes. Such a hassle and definitely not worth it

The staff is so nice and friendly. They took good care of Bella and we're extremely nice.

First 3 visits were good, even 2 teeth being extracted on one cat in Feb. Pleasant staff. Took one cat back for a visual check up due to some subtle behavior changes in March. I went inside this time, Pleasant, thorough. When that physical exam showed nothing then the push began for blood work, urinalysis and that they noticed that the tooth next to the 2 that had been extracted in Feb now needed to be removed. Wow. I hesitated testing as I felt reassured by the physical vet exam. Then was told my cat had some arthritis and should start on supplement for that. I explained she was horrible at taking meds, Im Not comfortable giving. Was reassured that 95% of cats like the supplement and eat in their food no problem. So I relented and bought, $40.. Went home (after having to continue to say no to push on tests). Cat wouldn't eat the first pull. When I called next a.m. was told we don't take back. I asked to speak to manager to explain situation. Was told ok and i, asked to please call me back.. never heard from them. Although I did get a voice message a week later saying I could bring the cat back in and leave her so they could retest urine from their litter box...? No mention of anything else. I knew it wasn't the place for us anymore

Just feel like a number when we go to this place. Saw a customer asking questions about pet medications, and rather than asking the vet I saw the techs just googling info in the back.

Took our dog for shots,loved the service we booked boarding at a later date. Great job.

I had accidently made a appointment for my dog at the wrong vet. Healthy Paws just penciled me right in. They originally was going to have me come back next week. They said, since you are here , we can just take care of the situation. This is #1 customer service.

I previously gave this company a 5-star review, perhaps because I've never needed them in an emergency situation. Yesterday my cat was having SEIZURES so I called at 4:27pm to bring him in asap. They refused to see him (because they want to leave right at 5 even though I live across the street), Cori hung up on me (because I was a little freaked out that my cat was suffering in front of me eyes), when I called back Kelsey laughed at me 3 times before I realized they absolutely weren't going to help me. Obviously I took my cat somewhere else and will now be moving all of my animals. When I called back and spoke to the manager, Julia, she was neither apologetic or sympathetic. Your staff's behavior was abhorrent and I will surely be contacting the Regional Manager, Dana. Shame on everyone single one of you.

Great vets and great groomers. We've been here for a couple years or more at this point and have always had a pleasant experience.

Very hurt and disappointed in this clinic and there practices. Will never take a pet there again

I have been bringing my little dog here for about a year now. I have never been inside due to Covid but I absolutely trust the staff and technicians with my dog. When they come get my dog via curbside they always seem happy to see my dog. I can tell they put a lot of thought and care into the treatment of animals. I will continue to come here.

Nice people but can’t handle big dogs. They don’t allow you to go in which is kind of inconvenient hope this COVID stuff blows over.

We are new to the area and have two labs we adore. They were both behind on immunizations and check-ups. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. We were seen quickly and received a phone call from Dr. Cole explaining any and all concerns for my dogs. Dr. Cole was extremely kind an professional. After receiving a follow-up email checking in on us this morning, I will most definitely return for future visits!

Super friendly and great COVID protocols

Ok, first off I have been using Healthy Paws for several years and have not once encountered an issue. They have been professional with me and have given great attention to my 3 babies whom are all rescued by the way. My Shih Tzu had come from a flea infested environment and was scratching constantly. Thanks to the 2 doctors who checked her out she is doing so much better. She is on anti itch medication and special shampoo. Her hair has grown back and she looks great and feels so much better! She has eye issues that are being addressed with daily eyedrops for the rest of her life and she is doing great with that also. She just recently had a bad ear infection that was making her miserable so I took her in and explained her behavior and what I had done and it was not helping. They addressed her issues and put antibiotic ointment in her ear. She needed 2 applications and now she has completely healed. Had it not been for the good quality service I don't know what I would have done. My other 2 babies are Lhasa Apso's and they are doing great. Also I want to mention the groomers as I use Sharla and Leslie and they do a wonderful job. They work hard to get them looking and feeling their best and I do appreciate it. One of my Lhasa's has separation anxiety but she seems to be happy to get groomed and happy when I pick her up. To date I have not had any problems that would make me want to go anywhere else. Dr. Cole & Dr. Zeisler have always answered my questions and have taken time with me on my concerns as well as the other doctors and technicians. I always ask questions if I am unsure about something and it is addressed at that time. If I think something should be done I voice my opinion. They are the professionals and I know my dogs so together we work as a team addressing any problems or concerns. I find that their pricing is no higher than most and I feel that I get good quality service. I have had a lot of dogs in my lifetime so far and have seen many veterinarians and groomers and Healthy Paws has been my favorite.

My dog was having abdominal pain and they were willing to fit us into their busy schedule. They were quick, professional, and not over priced. No unnecessary tests were pushed on me (I would know since I’m a nurse). I will definitely be using them again. Thank you Healthy Paws!

I am not to happy at all my kitten was brought in 2 months ago. For ear mites I asked that they flush his ears. They proscribed me revolution instead of ear drops. It is a flea preventive. Which take up to 3 months to kill the mites. I ask them for the ear drops instead. I had a puppy that one had ear mites so I know there another way. She said this is what we give them. So the follow up visit they ask my husband if they gave him the ear stuff he said no revaluation. So its not that they could not have gave it. Instead they wanted to put my kitten through hell for three months. No they did not flush his ears like they said they did. I am still cleaning them two months later. They charged us 400.00. For ear mites! What the hell!

Healthy Paws was so compassionate when we had to bring our feline Cameron in, He was 17 years old and labs showed he was failing. The Drs and techs were very thorough in helping us see that his condition was not curable. Thru the whole process they were wonderful. They allowed us to be with him and with his owner, our daughter in CA, via Facetime.It was very helpful for closure. I would definitely recommend Healthy Paws and their entire staff.

Amazing place! The vets were kind and knowledgeable , the prices of things were very reasonable and the whole experience was extremely pleasant. The staff are above and beyond here!

Our little fur baby stayed 10 days with Healthy Paws VC and we can't say enough great things about this place and it's staff! They love Raider, our dog, as if he was their own. Thanks!!!!

I thought the vet is very good .. very qualified and showed genuine concern . this will be our new vet. Waiting in the car with the AC on is challenging . I'd like a time frame ... 15, 30 , 45 ,60 min .. when I leave them . I have 2 dogs that needed everything so it took an hour . so next time , I'll figure 30 min for a dog ..

I've been taking my dog there since he was a pup. I've always had a good experience with HPVC. They treat him like he's their dog. They always have a friendly and professional attitude. I've used their boarding several times when I've travelled and he's been treated well.

Healthy Paws has the most affordable pet boarding prices, and we feel better leaving our pets with the vet. Our puppies love the staff here! They are always so kind and patient with our pets. Thanks for taking care of Luna & Rocko!

Love all the staff and doctors they treated my pets with the most caring and love I have ever seen. Walk you through everything and explain down to the last detail whats going on or whats needed for your pet. Love this place.

After being a client for so many years it only took one incident to see that this place was NOT for our dog. I realize that its a business, but to send our dog home without any medicine to relieve the pain and inflammation was NOT acceptable. We were only given the option of doing x-rays first to see *if they can find the issue and at a ridiculous amount. We then decided to seek for a second opinion. The new Vet. immediately put our dog on antibiotics and did bloodwork first before suggesting anything else. The medicine is working and our dog is feeling a ton better. Healthy Paws you have lost a loyal customer and will never recommend you guys ever again.

We love Healthy Paws and so does our big boy Zeus. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure your fur babies are taken care of. Any questions you have are always answered 100%, and always in a nice and timely manner. Prices are good compared to other areas around. Wont go anywhere else. Our Zeus hates Drs, but loves coming here. Your pet/pets are in good hands here.

The staff takes care great care of my dog, Max! They are always friendly and thorough. They clarify their plan for Max's care and the costs. Max gives them 5 stars as well!

We just moved here from Lubbock & were looking for a new place to care for our cat Cassie. The receptionist was friendly and sweet, the staff was professional, helpful & compassionate and the veterinarians were absolutely awesome! We are so blessed to have found Heathy Paws!

They will not let you be with your pet during the appointment. My dog is not comfortable with strangers and gets extremely anxious. Shame on you Healthy Paws for being that insensitive
