Always find what I need

I couldn't be happier with my experience here! I had never shopped at a Petco before, but after seeing all the positive reviews, I decided to take my dog here for a grooming appointment. Booking the appointment was quick and easy, and my dog came out looking super cute and clean! Normally she's scared to get bathed by anyone other than me, but she looked so relaxed here, I could tell the grooming department treated her well. Not only that, but the rest of the store's staff was extremely kind and attentive! They made sure I had what I needed and that I was happy with the service. I signed up for their vital care program, and I have already saved so much! Thank you Petco!

The store was and the staff was friendly and very helpful.

Expected a new store to be stock with fish and plants not to mention their saltwater section dead fish full of algae plant section full of snails also salt water section sucks

It wasn't the stores fault that they didn't have but one Blue Buffalo GF Salmon Biscuit. I realize that everything takes longer to get here if it gets here at all. But my girl is happy that at least I got one pkg. so I don't blame the store. The checkout clerk was extremely nice and very pleasant.

Worst place to take your pet for grooming ,my dog still in trauma and because of wex cleaning they infected her ear had to take her in emergency ????

The person that helped me chose my birds and my supplies was very kind and knowledgeable.

Love this store. My Pitbull Brody is treated like royalty and he knows it walking in the front door. The long term staff and managers, including Peyton and Brian, are the reason I continue to shop at this specific store. They cater to my needs and go above and beyond what they are required to do to help me out. They also donate fish that are returned to them to me due to my fish room and care. Love this place

I was early in the fish section and no help for almost a hour. This is not the first time either. It happens alot!! This store should have someone to help on the fish section. Disappointed.

The store associates were friendly and helpful. I was able to quickly find the items I wanted to purchase and pay without waiting. Thank you for allowing the rescue groups to offer cats for adoption in your store!

I get the same person each time so the dogs know her and she does a great Job.

I took my Shih Tzu to get groomed last Tuesday 8/24. When I went to pick him up he was super excited to see me and I was holding him while trying to pay. I didn't really get a good look at his face at the time. When we got home I noticed his eye was really red and he didn't even want us touching him near it. it started oozing and not looking good at all so I took him to the vet who said he had a hole in his cornea. He had been stabbed in the eye. I know that accidents happen but I believe that I should have been told about this when I picked him up from grooming. I called the store but all they said was that they would talk to the groomer about it. I thought that she might call me and apologize but I haven't heard a word from them. Thankfully the vet said that "Nugget" will be okay but it is a long and painful process for him.

Always a great selection. Very polite professional and helpful service provided. We have received excellent advice on products from this store. Highly recommend have shipped at Petco for atleast 12 years. Thank you for all your services and excellent staff!

never had any beef with anyone in this store, i actually worked there for 9hrs before it officially opened and then quit lol, again never had any beef. the “trainer” however has always been rude when i’ve come in. she’s told me randomly that my dog is not trained and misbehaved because she used a harsh tone and not using the hand gestures my dog is already trained with. last time i went in she shoved me out of the line when there was clear access to the register for her to complete a curbside order, i’m in customer service, you find a way around an aisle when there’s a customer it’s really not that big a deal. as well as giving me a glare she’s ignored me waiting in line at the register clearly ready to checkout, i waited so long that the grooming area had to call for assistance at the register because this trainer wouldn’t check me out, in fact after the call she said “*name of groomer* why did you do that!!” and proceeded to ask the couple behind me if they wanted to check out, they asked me if i was waiting at the same time another associate from fish came to ask if i was waiting. i said “yes but i’m done that was kinda rude” put my stuff down and i left. i literally have no beef with the employees they’re all super kind. i don’t understand the consistency of the trainers attitude towards me. i hope you can feel more willing to help kindly

Good Morning, Avid Yelp reviewer here. You may be thinking what caused me to bring up such a random thing. It is because I am actually THE most reliable and truthful reviewer of businesses to exist. I am actually the ONLY reviewer to exist. Therefore, you, as my reader, should be heavily influenced by my words. Now, to start my review of Petco off, I would like to talk about the absolutely stellar performance given by Elijah. I applaud the individuals that made the glorious decision to hire such a caring, helpful, action-taking, and efficient individual. Elijah aided me in a time of need. He displayed initiative, experience, leadership, and truly amplified my overall Petco experience. 10/10 would recommend and the only time I would call the manager would be to give them a hug. Love, A frequent 'Karen' but not in this case ;)

Not to sound like a Karen, just a animal lover.This location was disappointing. They sell spider ball pythons which are bred for their looks but suffer. Their genetics that create that “cool” look causes them to have a neurological disorder that people call wobble head syndrome, which may sound fake but it’s serious. It creates them to shake and it varies from snake to snake but can shake very severely. It can cause a struggle to eat and decreases their quality of life. Also they had two ball pythons in a barely 20 gallon enclosure with little stimulation and from what I can tell no heating mat underneath, which would be fine if they had a basking bulb or something like that but they didn’t and one was climbing on the thermometers to get some heat. If a manager would like to contact me, I would appreciate that.

3 and a half hours my baby was at the groomers today. His appointment was for 2pm. His groomer didn’t start bathing him until 4pm - I know because I was in the area and checked and he wasn’t on the table being shaved until 4.30. So he sat in a crate with other upset yowling dogs all that time. On my way out his groomer was standing texting on her phone instead of grooming him. She didn’t even tell me he was ready, I was sat in the car park and going in every 20 mins. She groomed him and back in the crate with no message sent. She took him all the way down to the thinnest setting and there is a cut on his tail where she pressed the razor in too hard. If you choose this location. Do not let Shelby groom your dog. Personally I would ask for Michon. She is attentive and takes care of your pup.

I like a clean pet store place and friendly people that works there.

We love getting our corgi groomed here. Our boy always smells, looks great and Shelby is very sweet with our boy. They did a great sanitary trim too. Below you can see before and after his trim.

I bring my dogs here to get groomed.. the staff is really nice and courteous. They keep the store smelling nice and clean as well. 10/10 service.

A lady named Tracey helped us and she was awesome, knowledgeable and sweet. She obviously loved her job and it showed. I'd drive the distance to go back to this location just for her.

Got to tell you, your employees make your store special.they are polite and the girl at the checkout noticed the wrong code on the 2 fish we bought and it was a little cheaper . Easy to mistake it did look similar to the other one .so honesty is a plus. I was looking for finches , but you did have a nice selection of parakeets. Thank you for a nice shopping experience.

Rebecca was very knowledgeable and helpful when asked questions about how to take care of the pets they had at store and helped my friend make an informed decision. Also seems to enjoy her job.

Wee keep and maintain a fresh water aquarium. The gentleman that always helps us with our purchases, Peyton I believe, is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful.

Love this place for lunch and dinner. Great service and management is the best I have ever seen.
