Great experience all around. My dog normally hates the vet but they made her very comfortable and calm. Also extremely knowledgeable and informative.

They are great with my Great Dane. He loves going to see them. The Vet owns and breeds large dogs as well so is familiar with hereditary issues and needs of large dogs.

We have been going here for years for all of our pets. Always a pleasure speaking with the doctor and the front staff. Very professional and personable all the time. Always going to be our veterinarian of choice.

We gave this place 2 chances with two of our dogs. They didn't check anything except what we told them we thought was wrong. The second chance was with our 14 year old Chihuahua. She was having trouble getting up and down stairs and just wasn't herself. The vet felt her hind legs and listened to her heart. Prescribed pain pills for her legs and said her heart sounded great. Two weeks later we had to take her to an emergency 24 hr vet. We had to have her put down for an enlarged heart. How does a licensed vet miss that?

Friendly staff however I took my toy poodle in for grooming, the first picture is what I asked for, a teddy bear haircut, and the second picture is what I got, him looking like a rat. They also cut him.

Tried calling on June 30th.."King Animal Clinic, will you please hold ?" she said in a annoyed voice. By the time I said, "Sure" I was already on hold...waited several minutes (no music, not thanks for calling...dead air) I hung up, I'm not a client, my cat has minor injuries but I guess they have enough other business to keep them going.

We found this place through a shot clinic. My daughter's puppy, who is scared of practically everything, took to the people working there immediately. When she got sick, they were able to diagnose and get her better quickly. Very caring place that won't break the bank. We will take all of our animals there from now on.

Love the new app. Makes it easier and more convenient to make appointments and check when my dogs need their vaccines. Vet does a good job and seems to actually care about my animals.

The Doctor and staff are fantastic ????

Waited weeks but each time they were too busy. Finally got an appointment to only get a reply at the last minute saying they can't take any new costumers, when I selected in the application that this will be the first time coming there. Meaning new costumer. They should of told me that from the start.

I arrived 15 minutes before closing after driving 30 minutes to get to their office on Saturday and no one answered the door, or the phone. They also won't approve buying flea medicine over the internet, wanting to charge an exorbitant amount for the medicine in their office.

Staff very friendly& accomadating and Dr. Means is great!

If you have a problem pet they magically become booked up for months

We adopted our first dog in 2018 from the SPCA and have always gone to their McKinney location for vet care (Russell H. Perry Animal Care Center & Spay/Neuter & Wellness Clinic). Now their McKinney location is permanently closing and I don't want to drive to their Dallas location. My in-laws have always brought their pets to King Animal Clinic and have never had a problem so I knew just where to go. Went today for our first visit and everything worked out great. The girls are very friendly, helpful and informative.
