Dr Bentsen seen my dog Lucy. I had been having so much trouble and had spent months trying to get her over her diarrhea. He put her on medicine and changed her dog food and she was better within a day. Thanks Dr Bentsen !!

We had to say 'Goodbye' to our cat, Zoe, today. Dr.Bentsen, Martin and the entire staff showed true compassion from the moment we were escorted inside until we held Zoe as she drew her last breath. In what could have been a very traumatic time for us, we were allowed to witness the beauty of Zoe's passing, gently into heaven. Our heartfelt thanks!

The entire establishment is very professional and caring. One of my dogs doesn't do the best at the vet, but both Dr. Ramos and Dr. Bentsen make it as calm for him as possible. You can see how much they love the animals through their work ethic and attitudes. The front desk staff is just as caring. They remember our pups and ask how they are doing. Will be a client for a very long time.

I drove extra miles (from Zapata) to visit this vet service because I had very unsatisfactory experience in Laredo getting an ear infection treated for my mixed bread dog Goldie. Dr. Ramos treated her with effective cleansing of her ear and antibiotic two week treatment which was administered into her ear on the day of her visit. She is now symptom free.... no discharge, scratching, or constant shaking of her head. Also no wait time and super friendly and helpful support staff. I knew this was the right place as I brought my dogs here years ago when I lived in Edinburg

Spoke with the secretary (presumably) of the practice over the phone today. Very unknowledgeable, impolite, and unhelpful in understanding the need for my poodle to be seen by Dr. Baker for x-rays. She did not return my call and made it seem like the practice had more important clients to tend to. I wish she could have given me more information in a respectful manner on the clinic’s protocols for new clients as I was more than respectful to her. At first glance, this is NOT a practice I would entrust quality veterinary (medical) care to. It is of the upmost importance to trust those we entrust our pet’s care to. I hope the staff will recognize when they treat the humans bad, it does not make me imagine they would treat my pets any better.

Dr. Bentsen is not only the best and most kind vet in the area but above that he is a very good man. I appreciate his loving and caring way he has always treated our animals. I could not ask for a more professional person and his assistant, Martin, is the frosting on the cake. Thank you both for being there when we needed you.

I was very pleased with the service . The whole staff was very friendly They were right on time, and I was able to talk with Dr, Bentson giving him a full report on my dog. He then proceeded with taking care Of my dogs problem while I waited for a very short period of time.

Nearly 20 years and I still go there. That should tell you something.

I kept taking my doggie ..and it took 4 visits and they charged me 1000.00 dollars..and the cough wouldn't go away...my daughter told me to give her warm water with one teaspoon of honey...and that help her get rid of the cough...Thank to God..but no I'm not going there anymore..

Dr. Bentsen and staff are true professionals and very kind with our pets. They are a bit overwhelmed with work at times and have not been able to take walk-ins, but when my dog was injured this week, they made arrangements to attend her in a very timely fashion. They even called me when I was driving to see what time to expect her. We have our dogs enrolled on a wellness plan that covers annual checkups and monthly preventive medications. Highly recommend this place!

I have been taking my pets to Nolana Animal Hospital for years and especially to be under Dr. Bensen's care. He and his staff ALWAYS take such GENUINE AND GREAT care of all my pets! They never rush me when discussing my pet's problems. I really appreciate that!

I have used Nolana for my dogs and cats for years. I like that their entire staff--veterinarians, vet techs, receptionists--are all extremely caring and professional. I trust completely that my animals will be treated with compassion, and I will be given all the information I need about their welfare.

My dog had to have knee surgery here. The vet talked me through the whole process and made sure I knew what they were doing. I felt so comfortable leaving my dog here because they were so open and honest about everything. They also always answer when I call and appointments are quick and on time so far. The vet himself called me with an update as soon as she was out of surgery and I picked her up today as early as I could get here. I would recommend this place to anyone. I have no complaints!

Truly appreciated the excellent customer service from the reception staff, vet techs and veterinarian. They have a fast and efficient system, I was able to schedule the same day and we were out the door in lest than 20 minutes. Thank you for taking care of my doggy.
