Love this place. The staff was very nice and helpful. They care for my puppy to ensure that she is well and healthy. They also treat my puppy so well. I have the best experience there.

I love Thrive in Mansfield! I started taking my first puppy and my cats there during 2020, and now taking both dogs and cats as needed. Even though it’s a 30 minute drive from Fort Worth. All the docs and staff are kind, explain everything. When I say we’re going to the Doctor, my dogs perk up and listen.

Good service. However getting fast appts are impossible. But good service to my pet. However medicine cost is expensive. No savings much there. My cost are always over 80 dollars. Sometimes the doctor Dose not come in so appt is cancelled with not much prior knowledge. They have a new doctor so maybe this will improve.

the staff was super sweet and made my cat feel comfortable, although i wasn’t provided with much information on her weight or anything or an exam overview for after. but otherwise i recommend :)

This is my second time going to a Thrive clinic and it did not disappoint. Everyone is so loving and caring about our babies and that is so appreciated! Will definitely recommend and being my other pets!

I would give 0 stars if I could, from the time I walked in the door i felt unwelcomed.. I told the reception that I wanted to use my Free Exam and my dog to be checked for his red eyes they gave me a $225 bill , Thrive added on so many products that I did not ask for. for NO reason!!! WATCH YOUR INVOICES

We love this place! We drive from Waxahachie to bring our two cats here. We've had nothing but good experiences with everyone. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

They are always kind and courteous. My wife and I have 5 four-legged kids and all are seen here, Thrive manages their health and give us any updates or concerns. Located in a Petsmart it's a one stop shop for all our needs.

The front desk was very attendant. The staff were pleasant, respectful, and kind to my dog Rosie. The doctor was knowledgeable of my dogs condition and provided all options and what she thought was most appropriate one for my dog. The cost of the vaccination, exam, and. Heart worm test was cheaper then just the exam at Rosie’s old veterinary hospital. Thank You Thrive

Today I took my dog in for a nail clip and was extremely disappointed in the lack of communication from the staff. I'm a member of thrive and was quoted a price prior to and upon arrival of the visit. Minutes after my dog was taken back, I was called by the doctor, saying he was finished and did so great during the appt. I was told I could come to the front and get him. Upon going to pay, I was given a price, double of the original quote. When I asked why the price changed, I was told he was difficult and they had to charge more. Now just minutes before, I was told he did great, so now I'm confused?! I asked the lady at the front to please go ask what happened. She then came back and said 3 staff members had to hold him, so he had a level 2 clipping, whatever that is?!....I was never told this during the call. I paid (not happy at all) told her this should be relayed to the customer, prior to and left. I then called back and asked the name of the dr.who called me and to my surprise and disappointment, no one knew. I later received a text message regarding my dissatisfaction from someone named Teal. When I responded and let them know how disappointed I was. The response was, sorry you weren't happy with your visit. Not, sorry we failed to communicate properly, here is a refund for the difference because we should have told you and given you the option to take your dog or have him handled by 3 staff members and upcharged. Just sorry.... We chose Thrive because my husband is a GM for Petco but at this point I'd like to cancel my thrive membership and never go there again

Took in my dog Cocoa for vaccines and a checkup. He always gets very nervous and scared at the vet, but every one was so patient and kind to him. I trusted he received the best care. Not only that, but the prices are so affordable. Thank you so much Thrive for putting the needs of my fur baby first.

My wife and I took both of our dogs into Thrive today. One with a tumor on his lower back and the other with several serious issues. We spent several hours with the dogs at Thrive and they did all their testing, x-rays, and cultures to make sure all issues were handled. In the end they were given their meds and we are to bring them back in 2 weeks for follow up. The prices to take care of our babies was very reasonable and worth all our time. The care our dogs received from the time we walked in till we left was wonderful. They are all a sweet group of people and so concerned for them. I will continue to take my dogs to the Manfield, Texas Thrive Veterinary Clinic.

I took my sweet fur baby to Thrive because after 3 weeks the vet I was using keep blowing his cough off as kennel cough. He finally got a point where he was not his playful Bulldog self so we saw Dr. King. She took my concerns seriously and offered X-rays and due to the cost gave me another option. Took her up on the X-rays and I’m glad I did. He is still recovering but I feel so much better that he is in her care. She followed up with me about the results the X-rays within 2 hrs and called back the next day to answer my questions. He will follow up with her in 2 weeks. The professionalism and concerned she showed goes beyond her job! She loves what she does and it shows. I wouldn’t trust him with anyone else!

Drove a hour just for them to tell me they didn’t have the test my dog needed. All the locations are always booked and have to resort to outside vet clinics and hospitals, why pay for thrive membership if they aren’t reliable? I will not be renewing my membership when it ends.

A little over priced but pretty friendly and quick.

They did not explain their packages correctly. Their packages are ONLY for ONE visit and you have to pay for the SAME package every time you go. ITS NOT WORTH IT!!!!

I took my pup for her last series of shots today and what a change I saw in this Mansfield location. Apparently there's a new vet, new staff and pleasant, professional attitude. Way to go for making those much needed changes. They were very friendly and professional.

We just moved to Texas from Maryland and this vet office reminds me of the family veterinarian office we came from. And the prices are very reasonable.
