Ordered online came to pick it got accused of trying to steal dog food. Do not get your dog groomed here booked my dogs apt weeks ago so he can be cut before Christmas and they canceled my appointment 20 mins before it started.

Good selection of the things I need but prices are a bit high!

Really friendly staff. Very helpful. When I order online, my order is usually ready within an hour. It also doesn’t, ahem, smell like most pet stores. They keep it very, very clean. They also keep their inventory updated so I know ahead of time if they have what I need. This is my #1 go-to spot for supplies.

Such an organized store plus the staff there are super friendly. I live about 30-45 minutes away but take the drive down here bc of the great service.

Super clean facility and friendly staff. I’m going to be switching from another store to purchase our dog supplies in the future as well. They took great care of our 13 year old lab for a surprise need we had to travel. The only thing is be prepared for the”next of kin”requirement for your pet which was a new thing for us…not sure of the need for that when they had our contact information and an available vet. Next time we’ll know. But a great experience overall!

Worst place to get your dog groomed. If I could sue them and get them shut down I would. Took my dog here to get groomed by one person and then she eventually left after she left my dog went to get groomed by a random groomer and when we picked him up they had shaved him down so far his skin was red and was bleeding one spot from them cutting so far and knicking him with the clippers. Ever since then, when he gets groomed by my dad or the professional groomer that comes to my house he started having seizures and he has never had them in his 10+ years of life so it was triggered by the traumatic experience. DO NOT COME HERE EVER. They do not care about your furry pets at all !! I used to get sad seeing all the other dogs looking gloomy while getting their hair groomed. It goes to show how horrible the treat our family dogs. They don’t even deserve any stars.

Best advice, purchase online and do curbside pickup. Your pet will have you buying more than planned if you go inside ????

Petsmart always has a wide variety of pet supplies and food for my pet.

I've shopped here several times but this was my first time to have my dog groomed and they did a fantastic job, I'll definitely use them again

Have always shopped this location and found the store to be clean and well-organized. Recently started using the grooming salon for my dog. She loves it there! She is excited to arrive, and when I pick her up she is always beautifully groomed. The staff is caring and helpful, and they show great concern for the dogs that have been entrusted to them for grooming. A great place!
