At Petco, not only can we take care of our furbabies' special dietary needs by buying them Hill's Science Diet, (a brand we trust,) we can also buy them other things they want or need! Petco sells the treats our furbabies love, too! They also have a good toy selection; we really like Kong brand toys for our furbabies because they are built to withstand rough and tough play and chewing! We are grateful that Petco sells the food our furbabies need and the toys they love, toys we like to get them! They sell so much more, too, from grooming products to collars and leashes ... pretty much anything your pets could want or need! Their staff is always friendly and willing to help and they keep their store stocked and clean! If you haven't shopped there, I recommend you do, at least once, to see how you like it!

I had to exchange the dog food I bought and they made it super easy and even helped me download and start using the app. Now I can keep up with receipts and get email deals. Thank you!

We were there recently buying prescription dog and cat food and the young man checking us out helped me download an app to get Petco rewards.

We went into the facility to grab some crickets and we went to the front to grab them. And we had asked for 60 and we weren’t happy with how they looked so we asked if they had counted they proceeded to say that there were at least 70 and they went to count to make sure and told us “are you going to eat every cricket over 60” and held the bag in a way that was probably suffocating to the crickets and counted. We went to leave because we didn’t want to argue, and they didn’t give us any egg carton to keep the crickets from eating each other. By the time we had got them home most of them were dead. We understand that crickets will do that however the comment was highly unnecessary.

The vet is expensive but so are all the others. Online prescription order was placed November 8 and it is November 21st now, still haven’t gotten my order. $100 for 6 pills and it takes over 2 weeks to get??

love the store and the people, But the thrive veterinary care there is a little pricey, And the one-on-one with the vet is non existent because they say it's curbside service only but you still have to bring your animal in and I thought that was weird. The up sell is definitely happening At this vet clinic.

I have to say Petco grooming although busy Cheryl who has been grooming dogs for over 30 years showed my baby a lot of love and did a fantastic groom for the summer. But I have to give it to the manager Tony who is an consummate professional and when I had to do an exchange return he was unbelievably helpful and professional and went way out of his way to be of assistance I give this store five stars for his professionalism and friendliness

Amazing staff!! Helpful and caring

I have started visiting Petco in Mansfield over the last few months with my new puppy Asterix. Last month I had issues with my Petco account as there were two accounts created by accident and I was unable to load my rewards and use it for any service like grooming at Petco. After a lot of back-and-forth and trying to figure out how this works, Miguel was such a great help at the Mansfield store. He always saves the day. Miguel went out of his way to call the customer service, stayed patiently on the phone for a good 30 to 45 minutes and took care of me and settling the problem that was created with my account and has always continued to help further with any sort of issues with account or product buying and returns at Petco Mansfield . If you have any problems at Petco Mansfield, I highly recommend you look for Miguel because he will always save the day.

Everyone was so helpful and very nice. I have never owned a puppy before so I had no idea what to do or look for and they all have great advice and offered information about all the services Petco provides.

They are missing some kinds of frozen food items for snakes but, on the whole, some pretty knowledgeable people.

This location tends to have a good selection and the things I need. The store associates are always kind, friendly and willing to help. My dogs enjoy visiting the store with me and get lots of attention.

The associate Cole (trainer) was so incredibly kind to my husband and I today. We have just taken in a dog and if we don't find his owners, plan to keep him. He spent quite a bit of time explaining different leads, basic dog handling info, and loving on the dog. Great service!

Customer service is awful, the employees have no knowledge of the aquatics, I purchased a $50.00 saltwater fish that i later found out was in a tank with dead fish and died after 3 hours in my aquarium..there was no frozen food variety for my fish and the food that was recommended they aren't eating and I'm going to return it ....

It's okay there. Marshall's next door has a decent pet section for like half the price of similar things at petco.

Lorn was so knowledgeable and helpful that I was actually impressed. My dogs also love the taste of the wild food that she recommended. I will be returning to the store regularly. Keep up the good work! And that lady deserves a raise!

I went to the Mansfield location to get a goldfish for my grandbaby. And Kenneth refuse to sell me one because he felt like the tank I had wasn't big enough. He trying to sell me a beta. I already told him I got a 4 year old that want a goldfish. He was rude and then he pointed at his name tag and said to make sure I spelled his name right. This is not the end of this, I will contact their corporate office
