The people are very nice but be prepared to wait. I got into a room 30 minutes after my appointment time. Vet seemed very knowledgeable but speaks very quickly so listen fast.

Dr. Michael P. is amazing. He took one look at my Huskies eye and was able to diagnose her problem right away. I never heard of Horner's syndrome.

I am currently waiting on my puppy to get out of surgery and into recovery- staff was extremely friendly and helpful though this process. I felt very informed going into the cherry eye procedure we had planned. Good pricing as well, about what I was expecting!

He saved my little one's eye and her life by diagnosing her tumor and removing it. Vastly knowledgeable and generous, caring staff, you know you and your pup in the best hands there.

I didn't like the idea they make you remove your mask and put one of theirs on. Totally doesn't make much sense.

Was referred here from my normal vet. After some back and forth and miscommunication, they soonest they could see was was 2.5 weeks out. After I was told My vet and a doctor from here agreed my dog needed to be seen this week. And they're just like well sorry. Didn't really seem to care AT ALL. Didn't really even ask what was going on. Not helpful. Glad I found another office.

Our dog had eye surgery today. We are hopeful his vision has improved. He has been blind in one eye for 10 years so we are careful to take care of the good eye.

The Staff and Doctor Paulsen were quite friendly and they were genuinely concerned about my kittens health and wellbeing. The examination was thorough. I felt they went above and beyond in trying to help my kitten. This was my first time taking any animal to an eye doctor. To me the cost of the visit to the eye doctor was very fair. I would definitely return to/recommend the Animal Eye Clinic.

Dr. Michaelson is pretty good. Very reasonable. However, surgery will cost a lot. His price range average for the surgery compared to dfw area. I went through window shopping before getting my cataracts surgery for my dog. That being said, regular visits are not cheap. 100 dollars for a check up, that's pretty steep. Also, Arlington location staff can give you hard time if you are running late.

Not willing to help with an eye emergency on a show pup shih tzu without $3,800.00 up front. Very sad that money has to be top priority and not the health and well being of a young pups eye. Could have made a difference, but that didn't happen.

Front office gals are always caring and kind. Fantastic care from Dr. Paulsen and his back office staff. Our dog Nike suffers from Pannus and we've seen almost complete resolution with the treatment prescribed from Dr. Paulsen. I love how he shows us the before and after pictures of her eyes. Thank you all!
