Foxy Pup Grooming Salon & Spa Mansfield, Texas

When I first went in there it was great.. I go about every 3 months but the last 2 times the service has slipped. I hope this isn't a trend.

I have never had a bad experience here. They do a fantastic job.

Brought my toy schnauzer who was way overdue for her grooming. I am particular about her cut and beard being short and they did a perfect job. I have found my new groomer.

This groomer is amazing!! Hands down the best place I have ever taken my dog! They listened to me and cut her exactly like I requested. It's been 2 weeks and she still looks amazing! I will never go anywhere else again!

They were really nice and my guinea pig loved it.we were in and out it was so fast they took like 2 minutes.I really like this place and I WILL be back.

I took my three dogs here to get a nail trim. The groomers did not even touch many of my dogs' nails, leaving them very long and prone to breaking. One of my dogs broke a nail quite badly the next day. I am very disappointed in the quality of the service and will not return. I regret taking my dogs here. This photo is of my dog the day after his "nail trim." They did not trim the nail at all and it now has a slight crack in it since it is so long. This is also a different nail from the before-mentioned broken nail.

Our first time dropping our Candy, and I am so glad we found that place. They were very friendly, and took good care of my puppy. She came back clean, and smells so good. I asked them To shave her and she is so cute now. The only place we will go to now. Very good customer service. Compare to Petsmart who was very rude over the phone.

Stopped by randomly this morning and could not have been happier. I tried to give my puppy a hair cut... and it didnt look good. Thankfully the very nice, professional, and dog loving staff here were able to help. I would absolutely take my little Oliver back for his next haircuts.

Best quality and price around. Just call a couple other groomers and see. My Bassett Hound had healed up from surgery and we wanted to have him cleaned up nice. They did an excellent job and had the lowest price around. We will go back.

I been taking my dog Pepper who is very temperamental here for over a year and my daughter's dog Winston who is a sweetie pie and they love it, they have always been nice and friendly to me!

In regards to Mr Kostuk.... You sir called on Tuesday wanting to get your baby Mr. Bosley in that day. We have an outstanding clientele, that book thier appts ahead of time. We also have 2 drop off times (8 am and 11 am). I explained to you that your baby would be ready "soon" bc you had an 11 o'clock drop off. First one in is the first one out. Both times you came to us, you dropped off you baby 15 to 30 after said drop off time. I.e. you were the last one to drop off at 11 am. Therefore your baby would be the last one out. I expained that more than once. You called 2 hours later (not 3 hours) demanding that your dog "had better ready be now".... most grooming salons have one drop off time and your baby might have to be there all day. That is not the case with us. It can take 3-4 hours, depending on what time you get there. As I told you before. You then refused to pay for his bath and sanitary, which by law is theft and breach of contract..... you also claimed that I personally "dragged" your dog to the back, also not true. You saw me pick him up and carry him. When you could not wait any longer, you tried to accuse me of lying about your dog being groomed bc I was bringing out another clients baby and you thought it was yours. Not even the same color dog., and tried to take him from me and a PAYING customer. We looked at your other Google reviews and also called your former groomer. Looks like you throw a fit everywhere you go to avoid payment. That's really sad bc your dog is great...... and one salon we called said you tried to take him there when you threw such a fit bc you had a work appt elsewhere. You told me you had the day off. If you would have told us he needed to be ready at a certain time, we gladly would have had him out asap, but you didnt mention anything of the sort. You came into our place of business irate and screaming and cursing in front of other paying clients. Assaulting our staff with demeaning words. Sir I don't think you will be happy anywhere unless it's free. I hope you find peace, bless your little heart. You are no longer allowed in our shop and the police have already been notified about your behavior. I'm sorry we are not magicians... ie we can't have your pet bathed, anal glands done, blow dried and groomed in your time frame. It is super quick if you are the first on there at your appt time. But you were the last client for our 11 o'clock drop off. I hope you find peace and patience. God bless you

Terrible! Very rude people. Dragged my dog to the back by his leash. Said they would have him done soon, and I called 3 hours later and they said I was on the bottom of the list. Picked him up without being cut then tried to charge me 30 bucks for a bath. I don't want my dog sitting in a cage all day when I have an appointment. Don't go here!!

So very happy to discover Foxy Pup!! My babies look beautiful. What a wonderful group of people - we have found our "groomers" finally.

I have visited them several times for nail trims . They have been nice to me and always been very quick to get me in and out . The price is fair. They have lots of business and all those people wouldnt come back if they were treated so badly.
