If your pet is a priority, PetSmart in Lufkin is the place to put some love on your pet. A bit pricy, but my service animal is worth every penny I spend on her.

Worst place to try and get a pet. Drove an hour and a half and they wouldn't let us look at anything or even try to help

Staff is always friendly and willing to help, that is if you can find someone! They usually only have one person in the fish/reptile area. I’ve always had to wait in line for awhile to speak to someone for a simple question.

Highly recommend PetSmart for any of your Growing Experience. Well I was accidentally given the wrong date and time I was accommodated at the time I showed up was probably taking care of and my dog had a wonderful life. Thank you Tiffany

Met a cute worker there that was very nice and polite to me. Other than that though the employees don’t know anything about proper animal care and will even give out fake information that could endanger the animal’s wellbeing. Not to mention that they sell those kaytee critter trails which are very harmful to hamsters ????
