It is widely known in our small town that this animal hospital is terrible. From misdiagnosing, over charging, bad bedside manner and more. They delete and block people who leave negative Facebook reviews. Do not make the mistake of taking your fur baby to such a cruel place.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I tried to leave a review on their Facebook and they blocked me and deleted my comment... they are allllll about money and not the well being of the animals! They will charge you an obscured amount and then when you question them they call the cops on you!! It is an absolute joke. once I spoke about it on my own personal page, my comments were filled with similar stories!! Just whatever you do, please do not take your sweet fur baby here!!

They have been awesome with my pet. Dr. REGISTER is really great at explaining things.

Dropped my baby off for a bath and nail trim they called when she was ready and she smelled great. Sure saved me from having to bend over the tub after a hard day at work

This clinic is a joke. Dont bring your animals here. These people are not knowledgeable at all. They care nothing about animals. They are in it for the money and however they can scam you. They service is terrible and so is their treatment of animals.

Wasn't to happy because I took my dog in for the same thing twice for the same thing and each time the bill gets higher

While I love that I can usually just walk-in to be seen here, today (Wed, 12/8 @ 9am) I had to wait 2 hours to be seen. I was given a pager, so that I could wait in my truck, instead of inside the office, though. That was very convenient & made the wait bearable. I thought all night that my Samantha was a goner, but vet gave her some meds and sent us on our way- with Sam alive and feeling better!! Total cost (visit and 2 weeks of meds- doggy roids????)- $128.××. Not too shabby!

We take all our animals to AAH & we are very happy with the care given to each one. They are not just a hospital, to us they are family.

Love these people and how they treat my animals.

Very excellent service. They go above and beyond and you can tell they have a personal bond with their patients. We will definitely continue to use this facility.

With all the business that they do you would expect things to be handled efficiently. Not in my case over the past year. Something is basically wrong when there is a sign that says "Expect 2 hr wait time". People have other things to do besides wait. I do not expect preferential treatment nor do I want it, but this is unreasonable. The problem as I see it is that they basically have a turnover of personnel almost on a weekly basis, and replacing them with high school girls there is something wrong with management here, it seems like there is nothing but mass confusion. The growth of this business is such that they have more clients than they are capable of handling.

Took cat in for after hours emergency. Needed catheter to drain bladder and blood work done...inconclusive and was sold an array of meds. 650$. Took back a week later for more blood work and highly elevated glucose. 900$. 4 day hospital stay, more meds for pain that they didnt know the cause of, an antibiotic that there was no infection for and upon picking up the animal , didn't even get to see the vet. 540$. They never told me what was wrong with my animal and wouldn't give me copies of all diagnoses and notes.

Techs are very Very attentive

Extremely disappointed in Angelina Anilmal Hospital ever since Dr. Salas retired, even though he is back now but only doing vaccinations. I’ve been taking my animals to him for over 30 years and he did not need to charge outrages prices for unnecessary tests or procedures. He actually examined your pet with you in the room instead of having a vet tech be the go-between. A pet owner should be given the respect of having a direct conversation with their precious love’s doctor, not being forced to play a “he said, she said” game with a tech. It appears this veterinarian is more interested in paying for the new facilities than actually giving it’s patients priority, sic h unfortunately sullies Dr Salas’s stellar reputation as a Vet who cared about his patients as well as their owners.

First time dealing with this clinic today. Had a bit of an emergency with my dog. I was taken back promptly! The vet did everything in my budget and was very kind ! The vet tech was awesome as well as the front desk ! I will be taking my animals here from now on.

Everyone is so friendly and they truly care about their patients. I had a great experience and will be returning for my fur babies needs.

I’ve taken all my cats here and wouldn’t recommend any other vet. They’re the most friendly, understanding people I’ve come across. Other vets have been rude or uncaring in the past but not this place. Always an awesome team.

Caring and compassionate staff, can not say enough about all the sweet things they do for people when they loose a precious fur baby. Thank you to the staff for the heartfelt gifts and card I received after the passing of my sweet Mojo.

Love dr.register has helped an listened like no other vet. She’s amazing. Staff is kind an helpful. Mostly female which is good with my male aggressive pup

Reasonable wait time for walk in on a Saturday. The staff was very thorough in trying to figure out what was wrong with my 7yr old pup and I appreciated it so much. Worth every penny spent.

We brought our 12 year old Golden Retriever, Jaxon, in to be put down yesterday and the ladies at the clinic we so kind and caring that is made this very heartbreaking experience a little easier. We were very impressed with the service we were given and would highly recommended taking your pets there!

The women up front have a serious attitude and are never in a rush to do anything. The vet has misdiagnosed my dog for things I suspect to sell me things. ( upon getting a second and third opinion my baby was just fine) . With anything they do make sure it's done infront of you, I made the mistake of allowing my girl to go in the back to get her shots and something was very off , I doubt the vet even saw her , I sure as hell didn't see the vet through the whole visit. I will say their after hours care is okay if you can get the on call nurse to care enough , they do call you in the morning to check up on the situation which is one plus. My new vet is absolutely amazing and has shown me what a true vet that cares about the customers feels like. I don't think I'll be back. Just a warning to anybody wanting an honest review , and make sure to look through the other reviews there are some truly disturbing stories. Good luck!

Good place to take a dog the are reliable and fast

Never been treated so badly at a place of business. The front desk workers and vet techs were good as far as I could tell. The vet/ owner was very condescending and mean. If you want caring and compassion from your vet then I would not suggest going here.
