My dog had surgery at this clinic the vet did a great job but the follow up care was a nightmare the female was a tall blonde that did not want to remove the stitches from my dogs eyes and said he was to rambunctious and said he would have to be put under again to remove them then proceeded to tell me to take my dog to another vet she just didn't want to deal with my dog they got their money and were done with us so when I left she slammed my dogs head in the door and yes I took him to another vet to have them removed they treated us great so please becareful with this place I would never trust this vet with my dog again

They see birds!!! We bring Winston, our sun conure, to get regular beak trims. They have also clipped his wings and trimmed his claws in the past. They are quick and thorough since it's always quite stressful for him.

These folks are amazing!! Took us as walk in and took care of our precious Raider Alley. Thank you so much.

I was told to wait outside and they would call me when a room was availiable that was at 9am didnt get a call until 10 30 I was already home what great customer service that is

Been my vet for 4 years. Always been taken care of. Docs and techs are always nice and helpful. Small waiting room, which forces dogs and their owners into awkward situations. Regardless, highly recommend due to low prices and reliability

Professional atmosphere, a very well kept facility.

Very personal and friendly service. Dr. Davis is excellent in trying to educate pet parents on the pets issues, meds etc. Wait times are not long. Tech staff is kind and very helpful.

They are always there for my pets when they need them.

Was in and out quickly. The staff were friendly and informative. And they did great with my dog. Prices were awesome too.

the staff is exceptionally rude. i called yesterday to see about making an appointment to update my dogs shots. the woman who answered the phone said to come in tomorrow morning as a walk in. when i went to walk in this morning, the door was locked, so i called and was rudely told there’s no walk ins being seen and that i was wrong and that no one said anything about walk ins being seen (making it seem like i made it up). i’ll be seeing a different vet/clinic from now on.

a disabled veteran who has a new puppy who's having an allergic reaction to something...called the firm...to see if they could help a disabled veteran until the first of the month when I get my disability...was told they couldn't help me without payment?..I then asked about the welfare of the animal...your pet can't and won't be seen without payment .

Friendly staff... Prompt service...fair prices

Update: No masks worn here by customers nor employees. Dr. Bullard and staff are always friendly and very knowledgeable. Fantastic veterinary clinic!

They were so gentle and respectful when we had to send our fur baby over the Rainbow Bridge. Just the best. Highly recommend.

The staff and doctors are dishonest and have questionable ethics. They charged our family for an unnecessary procedure. We sent our dog to the clinic in 2018 and 2019. Our dog will not return to their office. I recommend that others find an ethical clinic. Veterinary Clinic of Lubbock is a poor practice.

I have 2 dogs that I have taken here for a number of years. I have always been happy with the care that they have received and the vets really are interested in my dogs and what's best for them.

The caring and compassion shown to our sweet Molly was above standard. Thank you to all the wonderful staff

Staff is super friendly and helpful! The doctor was really good about taking his time and explaining what he was doing and what was recommended for my puppy. I am new to this area and state so finding a good veterinarian was definitely a big plus and they are very affordable!!

They really love my animals. It shows in the way they have treated us every time we have been there.

i do Not recommend this place..i USED to take my dogs too this vet. Then one day, i took my dog to get treated for a bite. They said it would take all day, so i would have to come back later. When i did come back later they charged me an extra $100. And when i got home i noticed they SHAVED or filed my dogs TEETH down without my conset. I called immediately because Im sure thats illegal. I asked why did they do that and of course they denied it. I have never taken my dog to any other vet and since that day, ive never gone back. I repeat, i do not recommend this place. If i could give zero stars, i would.

Staff and vet are nice. Had an overall good experience. Besides them charging me $50 for a bag of food without telling me! Just a heads up if they tell you "were sending u home with some food" there gonna charge u for it! Next time I'll pass.

I have tried a couple other vet clinics in town and no other place compares anywhere to this place! They have the most friendly, knowledgeable, and reliable staff. The prices are reasonable and they really do take care of your little fur babies like it’s their own! It may not be the nicest building but you will find the most amazing service. They were very timely and efficient. I never write reviews on anything but I definitely had to boast about this place and how above and beyond they went!

I've been taking my fur baby here for about 5 or 6 years now, and I couldn't be happier. Everyone here is so nice and great at what they do. You won't be disappointed.

I Got My Cat Fixed There 2 Yrs Ago And I Absolutely Love This Place. This Is The Only Vet Clinic I Go To And Will Continue With My Cat And My Future Pets ????
