Daughter in law asked for a beer she got carded and paid. I went directly behind her and was asked to provide 2 ID'S. Since when do you have to have 2 identifications to buy a beer. Then my daughter orders a beer directly after me and was asked to provide only 1 ID. Complete and utter BS! Will never go there again. And the sad part is I had 6000 points from going there so much. Worst experience ever. I feel like I was picked on due to my color of skin.

Dr Jury and staff are friendly and capable and I had a great experience with my dog at this clinic. Top notch

Dr Jury and Terri really care about all animals they treat. He calls my dog by name, without ever looking at his chart. He is a wonderful wonderful man. I've gone to him for 10 years and trust him with my babies implicitly.

Brought my cat to the clinic with flu-like symptoms, the receptionist said that the doctors are not accepting new patients. I said that my cat is very sick. She suggested that I can just kill my cat. Thats Lubbock for you.

Love this vet. You can tell that Dr Jury actually loves his patients. Could not find better care for twice the price. He will be the only one taking care of my families pets.

Dr. George Jury is so kind and patient, he has been around a long time and is so knowledgeable. He is also probably THE most affordable Veterinarian in lubbock, everywhere else charges an arm and a leg it seems.

I called asking if anyone had lost to precious dogs, I had them in my yard after they wandered in this morning. When the woman answered the phone for this Clinic and after I asked her about dogs missing she said "no we don't have anything about missing dogs" then just as quickly said "bye". She didn't take any of my information or any information about the dogs. As an owner of two dogs that are my life I would never put them in the hands of someone like this risking their chance of coming home.

Vet diagnosed a large gland on my dogs butt as cancer by observation. No tests where conducted. I was devastated. Left the office in tears. Another vet actually tested the mass and found out it was not cancer. 4 months later the mass went away. I think I deserve a refund ! Waste of time !
