Cooper Veterinary Clinic Lubbock, Texas

We love it at Cooper Veterinary Clinic. We transfered from their Plainview site because our pets are treat so well, thank you all.

I have had wonderful experience with Cooper vet taking care of my dogs. I trust them to know best. Dr. Clark is knowledgeable and kind.

The office staff, techs and doctors are all great! I've never had to wait longer than 5 minutes within arriving for a scheduled appointment. Prices are also fair compared to the other vets in Lubbock. Dr. Clark takes very good care of my Francesca and I couldn't ask for a better vet!

They take great care of our fur babies. When our dog went missing they called to let me know they had placed photos up in their office from my Facebook post. After we found her we immediately took her in for a wellness check.

Been coming here for years. Called this morning as my dog cannot keep her eyes open. Receptionist said all appointments were filled for the day. What? No walk in's??? Boooo. So, I called Live Oak Animal and they said all appts are filled but I can bring her in as a walk in. So, I did. Only had to wait 20m. Will be moving to Live Oak. Best of luck Cooper.

Staff was very helpful and professional as we had to engage their services for end of life for our longtime furry family member. They made the process smooth, considering the circumstances.

I hate to leave such a poor review but my experience here has warranted this. I went in for a visit with a new puppy and a dog that was new to me. The type of consultation that was set up did not match my needs. I wasn’t given important health information regarding parvo, heart worms, etc. I had to take my pets to another clinic to realize how much information I did not receive at Cooper Vet Clinic. I went here with questions about their general health and possible future breeding and the first things the doctor told me is that she would do everything she could to talk me out of it. That set the tone for the visit and it was just disappointing from there, several negative things were pointed out and it left me confused and worried. I don’t suggest you visit this clinic but IF you do I’d suggest you research exactly what you want to know before going because “they aren’t mind readers”. That’s what I was told when I called back to express my concerns. Unprofessional, underwhelming and a place I will never suggest to another pet owner. A waste of hard earned money. 0/5 stars.

Called to ask a question so to see if i could get my pregnant female Yorkie in to be seen. Diane answered and says are you client i said no she said you call quiet alot all rude. I dint know who she is talking about. I recommend yall go somewhere else. Live oaks got my yorkie bc she did need to be seen. Management needs to notified of this situation.

Dr Ronda Clark is THE BEST she is so sweet to our fur babies she has done ear cropping for us and they turned out GREAT . Wouldnt use anyone else!!!
