They gave our two fur babies the best cuts they have had since they were born. Kudos to Resa's K-9!!

I love the groomers. They are so nice. Never have had getting in for grooming or just a toe nail cut.

I wish I could give them 0 stars !!! They completely botched my dog, cut him bald to his skin when he was only there for a trim. And then the owner RESA proceeded to argue back and forth with me and my mother over the phone and Facebook.

4 stars for the awesome job they did on my pups haircut, not 5 just for the fact that I called beforehand to describe my pup and get a quote (I gave lots of details, was trying to find a place cheaper than the previous place I was going, even heard the lady on the phone relay the info I told her to the owner who told her the quote who then told me) yet was charged almost 30 dollars more when I got there, making it more expensive than the place I used to go to. I understand that quotes can vary and change with seeing the dog, however, I would rather they just tell me to bring my dog in to give a quote rather than telling me one thing on the phone and then another after I get there and have no other option but to just pay it. Other than that, if price isn’t an issue with you then this is a great place to take your dog to receive a good groom!! EDIT: the owner gave me a call, and lowered the price some for my pup. Great gesture by her, will be going back!

Second try at reviewing Resa's-- For some reason my first attempt said I only gave this place 1 star???????????? Resa's is a fantastic place to take your fur baby. I feel great taking my golden doodle here knowing the technicians are not only skilled in dog grooming, but also really sweet people.

They did a great job. Professional and experienced staff.

Resa's salon is the best!

We loved this place they did a wonderful job with our little baby and she must have known how gentle and caring they were because she did good getting her pamper day! She looked just like the photo my husband showed them and smelt so good for days when done. We'll definitely be taking her back there! Not to mention how timely this visit was even though it's walk in first come.

Been here twice, I have an extremely anxious rescue dog who doesn't like strangers. Gheure very patient and accommodating! Highly recommend.

Best place for pet grooming paws down! Resa and her staff are so friendly and flexible. Our Shih Tzu is pretty hyper and they accommodate him easily. Cuts are cute and dogs come back smelling great. Thanks again Resa's!

Took our dogs in to get bathed and mats removed, while they smelled amazing when we got them back, their hair was not. We found lots of large mats left, and one of our dogs is now bald on the back of her ears. I understand that may have been necessary if the mats were bad, but they handed us her, and then asked for her back. Took her to one of the ladies in process of grooming another dog and they just held her and took a buzzer to the back of her ears for .5 seconds. The time & quality just wasn’t there.... -Edit- They go to another groomer on a more regular basis, Resas is not my first choice, and we will not be returning. Yes they did only get a bath, but they were not combed through and they are shedding like crazy. I additionally asked for the mats to be removed and that was not done correctly either. I think the point is, they did not take their time nor bathe/cut them correctly in the first place.

This is my first time ever having a puppy and taking my morkie to them was the best thing i ever did !!! She looked like a whole new puppy i wish i knew the name of the person who took care of of my baby truffles but they did a amazing job and i will never go anywhere else -!!!! Im going to always take my furbaby to resas k9!!

I took my little puppers, Bandit, in for his first time at Resa's we had the best experience. I dropped him off at 8 and kept him until about 1:30ish, which is perfect for my work schedule before work and take lunch at out time!!! Amazing pricing and did such a great job and are very thourough!!! Thank you Resa's, we will be back!!

Good people, staff seems attentive and busy. Pricing is a bit higher than most, usually takes around 3hrs before my dog is ready. I'm updating this review because quality has definitely changed. Customers have to wear mask but employees don't? The last several times that I have brought my dog in it has been a issue and I always have to to return and bring him on a different day. During the week I call and they say they have no room for big dogs, 3weeks later I bring him on a Saturday and they quit taking dogs after 12 when they close at 5? I always have to bring my dog twice in order to finally get groomed. This is becoming problematic and wasting my time and gas. This has been an ongoing issue for several months and I am just now posting about it. I will be finding a different groomer, sad that customer service is not what it used to be when I first started coming. The times are always changing with this place and like I said I should have to bring my dog multiple times before they finally see him. It's a guessing game on if they will see me or not and I don't know why. There have also been issues where he wasn't cleaned right or nails cut. So I would ask them to do at the counter and they would give an excuse. The owner did tell me to drive back and they will do it but that is so inconvenient. A separate occasion they didn't clean his ears at all. After using this small business for over a year now, it's important to post how things have changed and why i won't be going back.

I grew up in Lubbock and although we never had indoor pets to get groomed I always remember seeing Resa K9. Im 40 now and recently moved back home to Lubbock with our German Shephard Tessa. The fact that thiscompany has been in business for so many years speaks for itself. The staff was accommodating and answered my FB messages in a timely manner. Tessa came home looking and smelling great.

Good staff, they worked with me this time on getting my service dog in and out quick. My service just needed her nails and grinch foot hair trimmed. Seriously, my service dog could have out foot haired a Hobbit. The groomers were wonderful about handling her, and when it came time to do the nails, they did her dewclaws without having to be reminded. I waited in shop while the grooming was happening and got to shop their dog clothes and accessories. They have so many cute things, I was surprised that I walked out without buying something. So recap, Good staff, Wonderful dog handling, Cute dog clothes and accessories. In and out time maybe 10 minutes. Amazing. I will definitely be coming back here.

Did a awesome not with my dog

This was the first time we had brought our puppy Coco to Resa’s to get groomed. He is a nine month old schnauzer and this was his second time to get groomed. They said he did great. I just dropped him off without an appointment and went and ran our errands. The staff were very friendly and there was an upbeat atmosphere in the salon. Coco looked so handsome when we picked him up. Resa’s even picked him as dog of the day and had his picture taken and posted on their Facebook page. I would recommend Resa’s and will definitely use this doggie salon again.

Took my standard poodle in for his first cut and he came out so cute!! I said I don't really know how I want it just not to short and not like a regular poodle cut ...very bad instructions from me lol. But the lady said okay dont worry we will take care of him and make him look good! He came out looking amazing!! She said it was a teddy bear cut ♡

Resa and all the girls are wonderful! Customer service is fantastic and all the ladies are eager to help with any and all questions! Each dog that comes into Resa's K9 Salon gets a 5 star treatment plus tons of love and leave looking absolutely beautiful!! If you want the best of the best.... We love Resa's K9 Salon. Our babies are always happy to go see Resa. Zelda our 6 year old German Shepard gets so excited when we tell her we are going to the groomer. She pulls us all the way to the front door.
