The young lady at the counter was helpful and handled our sweet Champ so gentle. We were a walk-in for a nail clip and we were helped quickly and with respect. Definitely recommend

Go there with my three small dogs to get their nails cut. Never know what they charge always different. Today they changed me for a service they didn't get. Want be back. To bad they a close to my house .

Fast nail trimming and great snacks!

HORRIBLE. Dog was attacked and no one noticed for 2 days which proves they neglect the dogs left with them.

While my dog was being boarded, he was attacked by another dog (we had paid for a separate room so that things like this wouldn’t happen). he was bitten on his neck and had to go to the vet to get staples to fix it. they told us it happened on saturday but didn’t tell us or call us until monday. the lady said she new because she had to look back on the video footage which means she didn’t know it happened until monday. their first story was that our dog got into another yard then this happened. then they changed their story to another dog got into my dogs room. we asked to see the video footage to see what they saw but they would not let us. they were obviously very neglectful towards our dog which means they were the same towards the rest of them as well. i will never return to this place after this experience.

I love these groomers! They’re always so nice, and are great with my nail-cut-hating pups. They do a great job

Terrible work environment, under staffed and they won't hire someone because the boss can't/won't look at peoples applications i called every week for 3 weeks even went up there to "help" and she still wouldn't hire me the cages are small the animals are always scared because the staff just either leave them outside or in a cage 10/10 would NOT recommend

They did a great job with our baby, had a small medical issue that they called about and then several follow up calls

I used to be a groomer myself, so I am a little pickier than some. They got me in in a timely manner and did an amazing job!. JoJo can be a handful as she is still learning manners. And Indi, while having done this his whole 14 years is used to it, he no longer had any eyes and can be a little grumpy. Their grooms were great and I could tell they treated my babies with the greatest care. Will take my babies here as long as I'm living in Lubbock!!!

My dog had talons like a bald eagle. The girls there clipped them quickly, and he smelled good.

Got me in on short notice, was really cheap, and my dog smelled and looked great! Also, the people there are very friendly.

Today was my miniature schnauzer first groom and the groomer did an amazing job! All of the staff was friendly

I won't take my dog anywhere else in town, they have the best furminator treatment in Lubbock and they always love on my dog when I bring him in!

We took our sweet Macey to Pampered Paws yesterday. Macey was so nervous at first, but when her daddy picked her up, she was so happy, so excited with her "Spa" day. She is so clean, soft and happy. We will continue to trust Pampered Paws with our girl.

This place has been great, our dog loves and is so excited to go to daycare everyday. The staff is so friendly and loving to our dog seeing how she has a pretty BIG personality. Thank you pampered paws!!!!

Absolutely, hands down the best groomers in lubbock. Cannot say enough good things about them! Was super nervous to take our little Ron to the groomers for the first time, but Pampered Paws was so helpful, nice, and all around the best! We will be taking him to Pampered every month now!

I have to give a 5-star review because I couldn’t be happier with my experience here with Amy, the cat groomer. I drove all the way from Clovis, NM to take my Persian, Alfie, to Pampered Paws because I did not have any good experiences with a cat groomer in Clovis, who I had given three opportunities to make my cat look half-decent before I made the change. I brought in a couple of pictures for Amy along with a short description of what I wanted. I was worried about how Alfie would turn out because the Clovis groomer would immediately stick a face mask on Alfie and then proceed to complete her hack job on his hair. I had worried she ruined him for life with the groomer! He obviously didn’t like going there. Amy exceeded my expectations. Trust me, if I’m driving 90 miles to take my cat here, it’s worth it! I have found my new cat groomer! Thank you for making Alfie look perfect!

Cannot say enough great things about this place! They do the best job grooming our toy poodle, and he loves going there! Would not use anyone else!
