I love coming here! They are so accommodating to my anxious girl and they make her look so beautiful. All of the groomers are lovely people and I’m always impressed when I pick her up

This is a excellent grooming establishment the staff always has my mind at ease when I'm leaving my animals to get a fresh hair cut and bath the girls there are experienced and loving and keep the interest of the pet in mind first and foremost at hand and Cindy is a hoot and always In good spirits... Ty DGB. . .

They got my dog Smokey in when it was convient for me that same day. I was not sure my dog was gonna be ok but he was well taken care of and i will definately take Smokey there again. They put this cute lil collar on his neck and he smelled so clean.

I love the staff here. They listen to me about my concerns, wants, and needs for my dog. They remembered me after my first visit and are polite about scheduling and rescheduling.

Fantastic place to take your cat! I called everywhere in Lubbock and this was the only place that would take my cat. They did exactly what she needed and did such a wonderful job. I was so nervous to let someone I didn’t know handle my fur baby but they were some of the kindest people ever! They even called me to update me to reassure me! We will be going back regularly! Great pricing too. Thank you guys!!

They kept my dogs for 7.5 hours. The dogs were still damp when I picked them up. They both started coughing 2 days after they were there. Now, I am out an additional $140 for vet bills and kennel cough treatment.

Staff’s are very friendly and they call you right when your baby is done! My dogs fur was super soft and he smelled very clean! I’m happy with their service. I’ll definitely come back here again

So sad with the results. My dog looks sick. They didn’t do the cut we had spoken about when I dropped her off. I payed $90 for my dog to be shaven, worse then why u did it myself.

I do NOT recommend this groomer. Our Yorkie’s cut is fine and they did what I asked them to do. However, when I went in to pick her up the groomers were vaping. They quickly put it away and looked embarrassed when I said hello. If you do not smoke or vape in your home or around your animals, this is not the place for your fur babies. Unprofessional and unacceptable.

Great staff, very friendly. They took great care of my Dulce. She can't wait to go back and get her nails done by Casey again.

BEYOND disappointed. I picked my dog up and he was shaking which I thought was odd. Then we get home and they all but took off one of his nails completely off and it won’t stop bleeding. Would not recommend.

I don't understand were Google gets it's information.. I have never been there...

haircut looks decent but it took 7 hours for them to finish grooming 1 dog and trimming the nails on another. That was with an appointment set. So if you want to spend a dogless day use them here, for faster results I'd suggest elsewhere. Their excuse for the time frame was, others walked in with smaller 1 dog to groom so they did that first instead of honoring a set appointment
