Beautiful facility, very friendly staff. Dr. Oden was so honest with me when explaining possible surgery for my dog. Definitely a veterinarian I would highly recommend.

The staff was nice, prompt and informing I will be returning.

Dr Oden has cared for our 3 Labradoodles (The Spice Girls) since they were born. They adore going to the vet because they know that Dr Oden and his very capable and loving staff will take good care of them. I highly recommend the Oden Veterinary Hospital for it's professional, yet loving, caring people. (Dr. Oden is cute, too...)

Dr. Oden and his staff are fantastic! They are reliable, knowledgeable and so reasonably priced. I wish we would have found them sooner for our other animals. But at least now our current dogs get great care from people that genuinely care for them. There is nothing they could improve on in my opinion. Just a great clinic and staff!!!

Absolutely the best vet team in Lubbock. Dr. Oden treats every animal like his own and is caring and compassionate. I wouldn't trust my dogs' care to anyone else!

What an amazing place. The vet here is GREAT!! Our puppy has a possible partially torn ACL or fully torn. Gave us meds and loving care. The staff is so incredibly helpful and good with our fur baby. Thank you !!

Took a bit to get in, but they took great care of our dog. Great service from the vet assistant, an the Dr was great as well. After a very hands on exam, was informed that the injury happened too long ago an that any surgery would be a waste of money. Very ethical, and unfortunately in this day and age, that's unheard of. This is now our go-to vet for our pet.

I love taking my puppy here!! The staff is always so nice and they really work with me even when my dog needs something without an appointment.

Our Sammy is very ill. Dr. Oden and his good staff are trying to get him well.. They are so special to us and committed to care for him. We are very confident if Sammy can survive, it will be their caareful and knowledgable attendance of him. We highly recommend them!!!

This place, it's staff, and the doctor there are amazing...they take the time to hear you and listen and also provide love and support to you and your fur baby. My dog caught parvo at 8 weeks old and if it wasn't for the Oden veterinary clinic I don't believe she'd still be with me today... The doctor took the time to explain the different treatment options and we went with the one where she was in the clinic and they took the time out of their day to come and check on her multiple times other days off to make sure she was loved and cared for and she is currently 2 years old and I still take her there and I wouldn't dream of taking her somewhere else great doctors and great staff

Absolutely love the people here! Very patient and so good with our fur babies. Their facility is very nice and run in a timely manner!

Note: owners response is not accurate, but uncaring and not like clinic used to be. If you have an emergency have a backup plan. Staff is new, inexperienced & uncaring. Wasn't that way in the past. Used Dr. Oden for over 6 years. Now uses Covid as an excuse to not give good customer service. Curbside/dropoff Vet is not what I need. LOBBY is still closed for most services. My 6lb Maltese was refused an emergency appointment last week during business hours. I was forced to go to a new Vet. 2 days later I put my baby down. I decided to write this review after the very same thing happened to a dear friend & her baby today. (1 week after my refusal) Her baby was also put down by a new Vet. I recommended Oden to her a few years back. She had been using Clinic for 4 years. The world is short staffed right now, but there is no excuse.

Great service, personable, comprehensive. Dr Oden always gives options for treatment and makes sure I’m comfortable with the chosen treatment plan.

What a nice little clinic, clean and updated, staff/techs are pleasant, the waiting room was empty (its due to covid precautions but was low stress for my cats), and the veterinarian himself is engaged, comforting, and informative. Very quick service. Honestly the best experience I've had at any vet.
