Beautiful facility with extremely nice staff. This was my 1st time to take my dog that I thought need chiropractor help. 5 star all the way !

Our French Bulldog, Maxine, loves the staff and doesn't mind going to the vet because of how kind and compassionate she is treated. The doctors and staff are all very responsive and we know we can count on them to take the best care of all our fur babies.

This is still the best vet in Lubbock! Dr. Whittenburg and her staff are extremely caring and knowledgeable. Kingsgate Animal Hospital gives the best care of any vet I've ever been to.

Dr. Wittenberg and her staff are very caring, diligent in diagnosis and the best clinic I have ever used for my pets and I have had pets for 40 years. She always follows up and makes sure the pet is responding to treatment. She has done everything for us from ending a pets life to well puppy checks and they performed all in a caring, concerned manner. She is also very reasonably priced. I would recommend this clinic to anyone without concern. If you try her you will be like me a life long client.

They are professional, reasonably priced, and completely competent. I also greatly appreciate their Covid precautions. Curbside service is awesome!

AMAZING AND THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL

Best experience we've ever had at a veterinary office. Every person we interacted with either in person or on the phone was kind and helpful. Katie, the vet tech that helped us when we found a lost dog, was wonderful. Even in the curbside model they are working in, she took time to introduce herself to our lost dog before checking for a chip. We returned the following day to have our dogs limp looked at, and Dr. Maxfield took time to explain why specifically she recommended xrays in her (our dog's) situation. The curbside model seems like more work for staff (having to run back and forth many times), but this was not shown in their work and the care we received for our pup was personal and top class despite the difficult times we are enduring. We will be returning for all our veterinary needs.

Had to take an injured kitten here and got such great service. Will for sure take my pups here when needed!:)

They are a small vet clinic ..thats advantage they still make dogs wait in cars until a room opens ..I actually like their curbside service for routine visits and shots they come to the car They are trustworthy ..if my dog was really sick of course I'd go in ..otherwise what's the point . They are quick and priced reasonable Great staff helpful de whittenburg is wonderful

I cannot speak highly enough regarding the thorough care that Dr. Whittenburg and her staff have provided my pets. I have two elderly cats with chronic conditions, I am confident in entrusting their care to Kingsgate Animal Clinic.

I love taking my dogs here. My little fur babies are like my kids and when i take them to kingsgate i know they are treated with loving hands. Everyone there is wonderful with Haley and Yoda and i wouldnt want to take my babies anywhere else. Your always greeted with a smiling face and a cheerful attitude from the staff and they are always up to date on everything. As long as i have any pets they will go to Kingsgate Animal Vet Clinic.

Kingsgate Animal Hospital provides excellent, professional, care for my Australian Cattle Dogs and cats. They board my pets, provide all needs and boarding, as needed, and have done these things for over twenty-five (25) years. They are excellent! My pets continue to enjoy going for appointments, even when they might not feel well. I give them one of my strongest recommendations.

Being a Lubbock local and cat owner for years, this is the first clinic in Lubbock that is consistently friendly with GREAT service and low cost! They were accommodating to my concerns and empathize with the animal AND the owner. Highly recommended if you want the best care in Lubbock.

In this unique time of CoVid 19, Kingsgate Animal Hospital has adapted well. We had an appointment for Fiona, our Great Pyrenees/St. Bernard mix and we were able to keep it. Kayla came out, took Fiona in, did everything she needed to do and brought her back. Thank you so much for taking care of Fiona!!
