I’ve used them for more years than I can remember. Then I took my dogs on 1-11-22 when I got my Shih Tzu home that night she was acting odd not wanting to play. The next morning this pic shows the only way she was comfortable. Accidents happen, but my issue with them is: I called & spoke with the owner and she could not have been kinder or more concerned during our first (and ONLY) call. She looked up my baby’s record & mentioned that her niece groomed my baby. She said she would talk to her niece and call me back. That never happened. After that call she has dodged my calls ever since. Now we have a future of several Vet visits & bills over the next month but she should be okay. Not that Heavenly Paws gives a damn……

The groomers are fine. The owner and her son are extremely unprofessional and obnoxious

These people totally do a great job and will give your mutt whatever haircut you desire. They don't try to talk to you about how your dog is supposed to look. They just let you pick how you want your dog groomed and they do it. And they do it right. My dog has a mohawk and it's totally awesome. And it's one of those dogs with like a terrier face with a mustache and beard. But she's a girl so I said get rid of all of that. And they did. Oh, and did I mention that they're fast, too? Like all three of our dogs took maybe a couple of hours before they called for us to come get 'em.

I called and was told that no bull breeds are welcome here… considering the Lubbock bull breed population, this is insane. hated hearing that my gentle giant is not welcome

If you want a dog to be returned traumatized and wounded, you're welcome to use their service. I am pretty sure that my puppy was mistreated badly. He got a huge razor burn and a small cut. They do not take it seriously at all, nor feel sorry for that. So sad.....

I love that you can typically call for same day service appointments or fairly soon timing. And it doesn’t take all day to get your pup ???? back. They even text you when ready!!

I started taking my baby there and so far it's been good only thing I wished I got reminders at least 2 days before our appt I only get a reminder after I call them to find out when it is.. also staff needs improvement on welcoming us in when we walk in it's awkward to walk in and just be standing there and not even get a hello..

I took my dog here because the groomers I normally take him to was booked. I booked my appointment a week before and when I came in they said they did not have an appointment for him. I even went back in my phone to make sure I wasn’t crazy and saw that I did call them and had a 4 minute phone call. They finally agreed to take him which I was thankful for. On the car ride home I noticed blood on my seat when I got home I saw his nail was bleeding. I understand dogs move especially my dog when they get their nails cut however they did not tell me this happened. There was no way they couldn’t have known this happened and it was very unprofessional to not let me know.

They were amazing with my great dane/pit bull mix they even buffed the rough skin off her pads of her paws!! She loved it! Its not pricey either ,we will be going back!!

Morgan was absolutely amazing! He was very reassuring and helpful for our crazy 6 month old doodles first hair cut! She looks amazing and has the perfect summer cut for these warmer months! Morgan called to update me throughout the process about timing and on how she was doing - which was very appreciated! We look forward to using them again and would highly recommend to others!

Wasn't that please with the way my toy palm looked. But I'll be the first to say sometimes I'm hard to please so it may just be me.

Visited for the first time and will definitely be coming back! My fur baby has never been so happy after the groomers! They were extremely professional, attentive, and sweet about me running late. My pup also looks and smells great of course. 10/10 service!

Our Yorkie had her first grooming here and they did great with her!
