This place went above and beyond helping us in the heartbreaking stage of what to do next after we put down our chocolate lab, Crosby. They were extremely kind, kept us in the loop of pick up/transport, and went out of their way to help make the grieving process a little easier.

I have had such a wonderful experience with Emerson. During a very very difficult time it was so refreshing to have such kind, passionate people to help us through. We had to euthanize our sweet Toby (12 years) unexpectedly so we did not have plans made prior. But Emerson did not hesitate to get things in order for us and were very quick to get Toby picked up for transport. I have truly loved working with this wonderful team and, though I hope it’s not soon, will definitely be working with them again.

My husband and I had a very pleasant experience using Emerson Pet Cremation for two of our small pets. It was my first time cremating one of my beloved pets and I'm very happy we decided to do so.

I am very pleased with the experience I had with Emerson. The owner was kind enough to answer my call outside of business hours to set me up an appointment drop off my cat to be cremated who had died unexpectedly early that morning. She very professional and after meeting, I immediately felt completely at ease with leaving my cat with them for this process. They are also a part of a business organization that follows strict standards for pet cremation, so you will know that if you choose a private cremation then you will get just that.

We lost our little buddy on a Sunday morning and were so distraught we could barely see straight. Not knowing really what to do I started searching for cremation centers In the area, everyone was closed including Emerson but Tracey still answered the phone and helped us through the loss. Not only was she extremely kind, sweet and understanding but she directed me to where I could take him that day. I can’t express our gratitude enough for the help and kindness she offered and showed through such a bad day and hard loss. Thank you so much.

They were very caring. It was my first time to have a pet cremated and they helped me through the entire prosses answering all my question, and made the entire experience stress free. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is going though this heart wrenching experience and doesn't know what to do next.

The kind, understanding nature and compassion that Tracy showed to my partner and I is incomparable to any I have ever received in my life. After losing my baby Chloe last year to cancer, I had a really hard time grieving for my beloved childhood cat. Emerson Pet Cremation was very prompt in picking up my pet for cremation and was very quick to do the cremation. I would highly recommend them for any cremation you would want. They called prior to see if I had any questions and also notified me when I could pick up the remains. Thank you Emerson.

While I've lost pets, I've not been involved with a crematory before. You can imagine my surprise when I answered a call when my sweet Libby died in May 2020 asking if I had any questions or needed anything. I was pleased to find a tiny bag of wildflower seeds to use as an outdoor memory when I picked up the ashes. My punk cat Boston passed suddenly last week and there was Tracy calling with condolences as I was arriving home without him. I can't thank you enough for your kind words and gentle presentation of our furry friends' cremains. I'm going to have two corners of my yard adorned with wildflowers.

Losing a fur baby is one of the hardest things we experience in life. Tracy was so sweet and so comforting during one of the hardest times. She took care of us and was such a sweetheart.
