They are super fast and we really liked the people. They took good care of my dog.

Everyone was extremely sweet treated my dog right from what I could tell cause she came back out as happy as could be after a shot!!!! ???? highly recommend and this was my first time here

We are so, so lucky to have these people. Please, please, please get your pets spayed or neutered! It only takes a few minutes to set up an appointment online or to call. Lubbock's stray animal problem is out of hand and the animal shelter is full to bursting (and we all know what happens to those little ones). The animals left on the streets fare even worse. P.E.T.S. Clinic provides many services from vaccinations to spay and neuter. Everyone is kind and helpful also. ????

We had our dog spayed last Friday the employees were very kind. Our dog has healed very well and back to herself. I would recommend this place to anyone and all their pets needs.

This is one of the best pet advocacy community organizations I have seen. They assisted in the care of decreasing cat control on our farm. Excellent care!

We had an appointment for our dogs to be neutered but had to reschedule that appointment due to our daughter getting sick. We left them a voice-mail letting them know we had to reschedule and they called us back 2 days later and told us they could just do everything at once (shots, chips and neutering) at their appointment that was scheduled for the following Saturday. Saturday morning came, I got my kids up, dressed and brought them into the cold along with our dogs and drove them to the clinic only to get there and be told they don't do neutering or chips on Saturdays and that the next appointment available for those things wouldn't be until February. ???? Needless to say I was infuriated and because we couldn't get those things done, we're having to rehome one of the dogs because we have a female dog as well who couldn't get neutered that day either and we can't afford puppies.

This place is so amazing if you are truly going through hard times and you have animals that needs their shots and other different necessities take them here please if you are homeless or have very low income speak to them and I promise they will do their best at hand to assist you they did a wonderful job with my service babies even if they become a little hard to handle they will deal with them and you won't have to worry about anything they would be in excellent care.. they will also let you know if your animal needs any medications for flees ticks ect.....

Took my Baby here. The staff was very welcoming. The facility is clean. Very very affordable vaccinations and she got her nails trimmed for free.

Had a dog that someone dropped off at my house that was in heat , desperate to avoid adding to the pet population I called P.E.T.S. clinic and they were able to fit us in. Also took another dog that was dropped off and took care of him. They were life savers!! Amazing staff and great call back!! They work with you because they definitely care about our fur babies. I highly recommend them!! Their reminders of the services that are coming up for our pets is a big plus!! Thank you P.E.T.S. Clinic.

If you get your pet spayed or neutered anywhere else in lubbock you got ripped off. Amazing staff and facility. They actually care about your pets and not about the payout.
