Busy, but that's what I want to see. Means people are frequenting this vet and trusts them because of the level of care your pets receive.

I just started going to this clinic when my dog got a mild ear infection and my cat started having some issues with his skin at the same time, they were able to get both my pets in the day after I called! My dog is 140 lbs and does NOT like to be messed with and they were very good at restraining him comfortably and did not get frustrated with him. Both vets thoroughly explained what was going on and how I could prevent the same problems in the future. They also did not try to sell me unnecessary services which is appreciated. The receptionists are always nice and work very hard as they are usually quite busy (for good reason). Definitely would recommend!

I had brought my cat in because she had a lump. I had brought her to another vet previously. I had called up and asked questions about pricing ,procedures, etc and they were patient kind, and informative. When my cat and I arrived The vet immediately told me she thought she might have a thyroid condition just from appearance and what I said. She was able to verify with blood work. She also looked at my kitty's ears. I had had them looked at before and was told it was just dirt. She didn't have mites. The vet here told me she had a yeast infection in her ear. Which a painful. My poor kitty had suffered for months because they other vets missed it. So my kitty is home with clean ears that she looks like feel much better and thyroid meds. We're praying it will help. Just so glad they feel like they can give you information without asking for an additional charge for each observation. It would have cost me 2 to 3 times more a the previous place. These people care and don't need to price gouge to do so.. I am very happy with the care we received.

I love love, this clinic, they all care , they love animals- I won’t take my furry babies anywhere else -hats off to Dr Taylor his staff reflects the same caring disposition that he does, highly recommend.

Great staff, take good care of your pets and affordable.

I have 2 cats and they have given all the shots,a surgery on my youngest and anytime I have problems fit them in, great veterinarian!

Very nice, warm and welcoming bunch of ppl! I was in and out with my puppy for its first shots in less than 20 mins!

We had a sick Bull Terrier, they got us in same day of call, ran some test, prescribed rx, next day wasn't any better, was able to get in the very next day, xrayed, and ultrasound! Wasn't good end result, we ended up having to put our sweet 5yr old bully down due to a massive tumor! The staff and Vet were extremely nice, caring and walked us thru the whole process of euthanization and cremation! We were not ready for any of that, but they made the process very seamless!

Great place and wonderful employees. Especially the nighttime bartender Gin. I believe was her name she was very nice.

In my first and last visit to this clinic, I explained I was seeking a second opinion and thorough exam for my severely sick 7-year-old cat with bronchitis and pneumonia. Dr. Taylor, the clinic owner, was silent and seemingly sullen throughout the visit. With no discussion of my cat’s condition, he prescribed an oral antibiotic despite my explaining our extreme difficulty with oral meds. He merely drawled, “that’s aaall I can do for ya.” I called him later to discuss my cat’s prognosis and his lack of communication, to which he replied, “sorry I didn’t talk better.” When I asked him to refund my office visit fee, he said, “hold on” and never returned to the call.

They're just totally awesome people and they love your dog probably as much as you do ????????????

Clean building. Friendly employees. Cost of services really good even in an emergency situation. Employees seem to work very well with the animals.

Took great care of my wife's dog. Very courteous and professional!

My only complaint is the scheduling... if I have a set time for an appointment I shouldn't have to wait 30 minutes or longer for my dog to be seen...

Everybody was super friendly from start to finish.. it was my first time, and I will definitely be a customer for life..

I couldn’t get my cat in to see our usual vet, so we came here. Dr Taylor was very kind and patient with my questions for follow-up care.

I love them they welcome you so excitedly and kindly. It was my first time there with our new puppy and the Doc was super kind, super informative. I do recommend for those who have questions they take the time to answer them
