Thankful to have this place open a holiday. It was very crowded and only 1 veterinarian there. The wait time was long.

I always hate when I have to go here but they're always nice and friendly. This last time, my cat had eaten Christmas tree and it was stuck in his mouth. Fortunately, right as the tech was examining him he spit it out. I was happy and sad at the same time. The vet checked his mouth three times to make absolutely sure nothing was left. They have a really good staff.

We unfortunately ended up having an emergency on Christmas Day. Our Boston terrier had a c-section and spay. Unfortunately the singleton puppy had already passed. The vet on duty was very informative and told me In detail what to expect and what was being done. Her and the staff were all very kind and my girl is making a full recovery. They even answered questions the next day. If I ever have another emergency, after hours or on weekends,I will definitely use this office again.

Dr Turner saved our goat’s life when other vets wanted to put him down. He was compassionate, professional & did a wonderful job on Friday night. Thank you!

Went to keep a friend company during a hard time, they were inadequately equipped to help properly diagnose the dog, unfortunately the dog crossed the rainbow Bridge. I feel like if the dog had to he an emergency bring back due to lack of proper attention, the customer should not have been charged again for something they should have done in the first place. I will not bring an animal to this clinic, very poor quality of care for animals.

Super friendly, caring, professional staff. Gives special,-loving care to your furbaby which is so very important during a stressful situation. Fees are affordable (a definite plus)! From one pet-parent to another, during an emergency, this is where you want your pet to be!❤

The staff was courteous and professional. My dog was seen very quickly and they were able to help her within moments. Kind of pricey but nothing out of the ordinary for an emergency visit. Great clinic, will be our go to clinic if the situation arises.

They were truly amazing. We got in and got a room within the first 5 minutes after walking thru the door. The nurse and Dr were both very nice and took care of my Gizmo very swiftly but was concerned. They never once got rude. They explained everything and was very clear with it all. I am so thankful for this emergency Veterinary clinic.

Staff is always friendly and caring even though it’s late at night. Dr’s on call have always been excellent. The expense is to be expected but not overly high in my opinion.

It wouldn't let me give NO star's. Or I would.. Pathetic, we treat animal's as we treat humans! CORRECT!? My elderly neighbor adopted A cat that was a stray from our apartment complex he's 2 and a half years old, his name is Buddy. Tonight the cat got hit by a car or something and we found him still alive, with a broken jaw, and was really hurt. We rushed him to this place. And they let the cat die because the elderly man didn't have any MONEY till the 1st.. breaks my heart. WHAT'S WRONG WITH THIS WORLD!!!! ????. R.I.P Buddy,

Nobody likes to have to take their precious fur baby to an after hours emergency clinic. Yes, it is expensive no doubt, but so is the emergency room for us humans. If you have to go, then I feel fortunate to have a place to to take my babies. We have always been cared for very well and YES, it was costly. It was worth it to save the life of my precious fur baby!! I Highly recommend if needed. If you can make it until morning to call your vet then do so, just like if we can make it until morning to call our doctor. Thats what we do, but If you find yourself in the middle of the night or a weekend & you need help then your going to pay for the expertise of these doctors who are working after hours. Just as we would if we needed our own doctor in the middle of the night or needed the emergency room. (I’m only stating this because of all the negative reviews about how expensive it was) When I say after hours, meaning most of the doctors are vets with practices in the area & have worked that day. So you can be sure you are getting a fully capable veterinarian & technicians to treat your fur baby. I’m very grateful they are here!!Longview is fortunate to have an emergency hospital to take our fur babies to. Many areas do not have an ER facility to take care of our fur babies. Personally I truly appreciate the last 15 years of their service. They have been there for us thru a couple of close calls!!

Last time we came here was over 10 years ago & we swore we'd never come back. We had no choice tonight because our puppy was sick. Amazing service & so compassionate. Had to leave our little guy there but we know he's in good hands. Went to pick him up Monday morning & did a excellent job explaining his meds & giving me instructions for his at home care. They do take Scratch Pay & Care Credit which is super helpful. Thanks to everyone for making sure we got to bring our little Chemkin home.

Helped us in our darkest hour. Our dog had been hit and killed by a car. After the help of a neighbor we went up there they handled the information on our dogs cremation. Took her, took prints of her paws showed compassion, true respect for our dog and us. My only complaint was they are only open at night. Would love to use them for regular vet for our other dog. Highly recommend for any emergency and after death.
