Was able to schedule a visit same day. Staff as super friendly and Doctor Kim is excellent!

Dr. Kim has no compassion, and did not even suggest medication for one very obvious visual ailment that was also explained to him, I had to ask for it to be presribed. Guess he wanted to hear it directly from my dog.

I brought my new puppy here for his first exam. The waiting and exam rooms were very clean. And, I had to wait very little time before being seen. Dr.Kim and his staff were so kind and helpful! We will definitely be keeping him as our family vet, and I highly recommend this office to others!

I decided to take my dog here after a few not so nice visits at his old doctor. The consultation went well and I wanted more information on a follow up appointment and future routine visits. I really wanted to like this practice and make it a new go-to home clinic for my dog. However, they ignored my follow up email, nor have they returned my calls to follow up. Overall it just created a rude, not caring, and unprofessional sense that ruined my initial good impression of Panther Creek Animal Hospital. I will continue looking for a new home clinic elsewhere.

The staff has always been very friendly and helpful when I need something, plus my dog seems well treated. I went there originally because my rescue puppy was already being seen there. I have stayed because of the staff and doctor. I think the prices are very reasonable also.

I just want to say thank you to everyone at Panther Creek Animal Hospital. We had to put our dog down. It was the hardest decision and process to make . Everyone there were so wonderful. My daughter was with me and I love that they walked us through everything, explained everything to the both of us . I just really appreciate the kindness that was shown. We know that our dog is in a better place and not suffering anymore . We know that he is running free and healthy with no more seizures . Would recommend this Vet and staff . Thank you all again.

Dr. Kim is great with our new puppy as well as our 8 year old Catahoula!

The doctor was a critical thinker and a problem solver when it came to my dogs breathing difficulty. He listened to what I had to say and used that information to get to the heart of the problem. The doctor and his support staff are in an unusual situation with COVID but they are professional and pleasant. The charges are more than reasonable and very affordable. I will only take my furry buddies to the Panther Creek Animal Hospital and Dr. Kim. If the staff is reading this review, tell Dr. Kim that in less than 24 hrs, just a few hours after Kobain’s 2nd Prednisone tablet, his wheezing stopped and his breathing is vastly improved. We were right about going to a steroid!

So far so good. I didn't give 5 stars due to the bill being higher than what was quoted to me fir first puppy shot and exam. Other than that the staff are very friendly and accommodating! Updated revuew 2/18/21- Panther Creek Animal Hospital thank you for your response from my 4 star rating of your business. I understand the billing now that you explained it that way. My suggestion to you, would be to have the doctor advise of any additional charges for the services that is soliciting! That did not happen during this visit! Thank you!!!

Great service but more expensive than other vets in the area

My dog was in an emergent state and we were turned away at the door. My dog had become lethargic and his gums turned white. We were told by our normal vet clinic to get him to the nearest Vet hospital ASAP since they were about 30 mins away and they were closer than the Emergency Pet Clinic in Frisco. Due to covid the front doors were locked and you had to wait for someone to come open them (Completely understandable). When the woman came to the door I told her it was an emergency and that my dogs gums are white. She said "my doctor is busy seeing other patients" . I showed her his gums and again said this was an emergency, hoping she would see them and at least take him back to have a tech or someone look at him. She just looked and said "you need to take him to an emergency clinic" and shut the door.

Great Service. They truly love animals. Dr. Kim and his staff are amazing.

Didn't go inside, all business was done outside or over the phone..other than that ,the vet was very helpful and informative and also the technicians ..First time to see a vet we're from Arizona, we have two dog's and will continue to come to him for becoming our new vet.

I had my 7 month Aussie spayed here after the initial consultation. The surgery went well and my pup was home just fine. The next morning I had a mix up with the medications and I had called the office in a panic. Ina answered gave me her initial thoughts and said she’ll call back after speaking to Dr. Kim. Within minutes I received a call with instructions on what to do. I appreciated the promptness and the service overall. However, a few hours later I received a call from Dr. Kim asking how my pup was doing and told me what to expect and really put me at ease! That evening I received another call from Ina checking in as well! These short calls made a world of difference for me and it really made me feel like I chose the right place to care for my dog.

Very good people with genuine love and affection for our furry friends. Dr. Kim is a very qualified veterinarian and a credit to his profession.

I thank everyone who recommended Panther Creek Vet. We had recently rescued and they were able to provide top notch care for her as she prepares to under go heart-worm treatment. But, the biggest plus is how our other dog was treated after being attacked while on a walk. They were able to see him right away and stayed later after closing on Saturday to get him all bandaged up and the treatment plan started. They are even providing care while we work on Monday so they can change bandages and keep an eye on his pain levels and progress. They have been an awesome team to work with. My business and trust in my animals lives will forever be with them.

This place is great! Dr. Kim is reasonable when it comes to the cost side of providing treatment; doesn’t prescribe needless medication and tests like we have accustomed to from our past. Staff is kind and treats everyone well!

Excellent service they were really with our dog

My dog’s name is Luna. He’s going to be 9 years old soon. He started the limp around, so I was thinking if it was patella dislocation. I was getting really worried to the point I couldn’t even sleep. During those times, I found about Dr. Kim through the internet, so I was able to visit the Doctor today. Dr. Kim and the staffs were so kind, and the hospital was very clean. I was able to figure out that Luna had arthritis through Dr. Kim, and now I feel so much in peace for finding out what was wrong with my dog. I really want to recommend my friends this hospital for their pets. Price is very reasonable for the effort of work too.

Dr. Kim takes care of all my dogs and cats. He is very kind and gentle. He is very thorough when doing their exams. He is always up to date on the newest medications and procedures. If you are looking for a great veterinarian, come see Dr. Kim at Panther Creek Animal Hospital.

Dr. Kim is so thoughtful and knowledgeable. Only recommends what is necessary and takes time to acknowledge your concerns and answer questions. Staff are courteous as well especially Ina at the front desk! They are all so helpful and committed to the heath and safety of your pet. Really glad I found them!

Dr. Kim and his staff are friendly and knowledgeable. When they saw that my dog was nervous, they really took their time and made sure that she felt comfortable. I really appreciated how they showed me the cost of things up front, and they didn't try to force me to do things that weren't necessary. Doctor Kim and staffs are very kind, informative and take care of my dogs with reasonable charge. Without his prompt decision for my dog to take a surgery on his back, he wouldn't be able to walk.. he is even trying to run right now.. I'm so grateful to have a vet like him.

My first visit with Dr Kim went amazingly! I found this vet through Facebook advertisement and I was looking for a more reliable and trustworthy vet for my dogs so I thought why not! One of my dogs, she is epileptic and needs blood works routinely and medicines for life. Dr Kim spent enough time to listen to me really well, telling him about my dog’s condition and he explained me about every questions I had. He was very understanding and knowledgeable. I used to go to a vet on Legacy road and all they want was money! I am so glad I gave it a shot and I think I finally found a vet I can actually trust. It was the best vet visit experience! I am so satisfied and I would recommend to everyone!!!!
