Brought 3 of our horses in for annual vaccinations. Setting the appointment was quick and easy (new client), grounds were easy to navigate with our large dually and 40ft horse trailer, facilities were clean and perfect to accommodate our scared equine, staff was easy to work with and very professional. Highly recommend for equine care

Best Equine Veterinary Clinic in the Lonestar State!!

No one at my barn likes her, I thought what harm she could do with a simple coggins. So out of convenience I had her out with a farm call share. She checks my friends horses eyes at no charge while she's there. I had a question about mine, but for me she claims she did a whole eye exam! Doubles my bill. All she did was glance at it, that it! They claim they did the eye dye, ointment, everything that involves a full eye exam. Ripped me off

I took my new American Shetland ponies in for shots, teeth floating, and sheath cleaning. Dr. Arlitt and Joy did an excellent job! The ponies had been overfed before I got them and I asked her what I should feed them and how much. 6 months later after being on that diet she recommended, the ponies are so soft. They look much happier and healthier. What she recommended was easily accessible and affordable. The results however are pretty dramatic.

Dr.Arlitt has been our vet for over 20 years. She has been here for the happiest of times with a new born foal and has held us in our saddest moments. She is veterinarian with tremendous knowledge, ability and heart and someone we call “a friend.”

These folks have helped over the years with my horses and always been very great. I had to euthanize a horse this week and they were really wonderful and supportive and helped arrange everything. He passed peacefully at home with those who loved him thanks to The drs care.

Excellent horse clinic. Excellent vet tech named Joy. She really knows her horses. If you want training for your beloved horses, get them over to Live Oak. Plenty of acreage on the ground and good facilities. Well kept. Breeding and collection top notch.

I called at 730 am with a horse that was in terrible pain from colic. Talked to Dr Arlet herself and she said bring him right in. The tech Joy was great but a 1 1/2 HR later the vet still isn't here. I am so disappointed and disgusted …
