Called for an allergy shot and able to take us within an hour, very nice to our animal and she is always happy to go see them for check ups, etc. Well priced and pleasant employees. Very clean as well.

I am fairly new to Dr. Carrera and the clinic. Recently when my pet got very ill, I found them to not care or communicate. No follow up calls or check ins. Also the front desk staff is not friendly. It's not a welcoming place. It's too bad but I am now looking for a new vet.

When we got there the vet was leaving for the day and he saw us bring in our pet and he came back to attend us. That was great.

Wonderful, caring place to take your pet. Highly recommend!

Very helpful and professional staff

Dr. Hoff is a new owner of Castlerock. He has helped us get through a difficult time with our beloved pup. He explained her health issues and answered our questions and concerns. He and his staff were so compassionate and loving. Thank you to all of them who helped us through a most difficult time.

This place is the best. Vets love to say that your pets are like family, these guys don't say it, they live it. And they don't nickel and dime you for everything. I can't believe how reasonable their rates are after my last vet. I actually just left a geriatric checkup for one of my dogs and they didn't even charge. I love this place

Dr. Carrera and the staff at Castelrock were absolutely fantastic. We are from out of town visiting friends in Georgetown when our almost 16 year old dog was having more and more difficulty walking and was waking up very distressed and panicked. They saw us the same day we called and said that she was likely in a lot of pain and confirmed there was nothing more we could do than what we were already doing. They were so kind and sympathetic helping us let our girl cross the rainbow bridge.

Not a very Friendly environment here. They always seem stressed and have poor attitudes towards customers with questions...

Been my family's vet for as long as I can remember. When there's something wrong, they try and get us in as soon as they can, and they obviously care for all of their patients! My animals get doted on everytime they come, and it makes them feel more relaxed. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a new vet!

I love Wildfire. The lunch menu is excellent, the food is great, and the price is very reasonable. The bar is also nice with a good selection of spirits.

Dr. Santana is the Best .. I took Misty to her with an Ulcer on the Eye .. We are Treating in Hope's to Save her Eye .. We are seeing Great Progress !! Consistently have to wait a very long time before being seen. An hour wait for a scheduled appointment is not ok.

I used to love this vet but now every time I go in I am not greeted or We will be with you. I sit there and sit and sit. Could you at least acknowledge people and say you see them and you’ll be with them. Ugh. Time to find another vet.

This is a great place filled with kind and caring people. I cannot express how wonderful they are! All my expectations have been met and more. I am truly grateful for such a place to be able to take my pets. Awesome job Castlerock!!!❣️☺️
