Closed @6pm!!!They changed their hours they close at 6 PM!!! Due to staffing issues . I hope it gets better !

LED lights sold for $20 on Amazon is being sold for $95. Their staff are not interested in helping. Hardly can you find help.

I brought in my dog to have his glands expressed and nails cut while he was there. They took me in as a walk-in, which was great since my dog was miserable from his gland flareup and it was almost Christmas so no one was available. They made me step out after dropping him off, then within 5 mins they called me in. They were pulling on the leash they put around his neck so much, that he threw up 3 times from being choked. She then asked me if it was normal for him to throw up so much, as i reached down to loosen the leash around his neck. He was fine, and nails looked great, swelling for glands went down within the following week.

The young lady at counter was extremely rude and had no idea about the store. Asked for help she said hum I don't know it's somewhere, with the rudest voice and look on her face. Wow. Never again

Linda was very sweet and understanding of my dogs needs. She did a great job shaving his matted coat. I will definitely be bringing back my dog to her every 2-3 months for grooming. Thank you Linda!!

Store is clean and products easy to locate. . The associates are very helpful.

Came in over an hour prior to their closing time. But she wouldn’t sell a hamster because they are already fed and “closed” in for the night. If you are open you should either sell the hamster, or have a closing time listed for the animals to let people know the time - or feed and put the animals to bed after closing. “You can come back tomorrow, we open at 9” I don’t think so .

The staff here is so nice and helpful. We left our furbaby in the petshotel for the day.she was definitely worn out. Slept all night. Never happens.

As far as PetSmart's go, this is a clean one. Decent selection of most items, except dog toys. As of July-2021, their dog toy selection is >50% bare for the past few months now.

Nice location. 4 stars because of the super friendly staff. Not 5 stars because the store is out of a ton of stuff. Dog toys mostly, so nothing major, but that is why I was there.

Good place to shop for pet needs. They even have a rewards program.

The staff was so friendly and so helping in picking our first fish tank! Very knowledgeable staff as well! Will be a regular customer going forward. I was about to buy an very expensive fish tank for a newbie when one of the staff members stepped in and helped me out pick a tank what was on sale and helped me save $$ and also have me instructions on how to set up n the tank

Huge shout out to Ethan and the rest of the crew at the Pet Hotel! My pup had a great time there, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure he was okay during his stay! When they say “this is what we do,” it’s because they’re experts: they LOVE pets, and will treat them like their own. Also, a huge eye opener: they must inventory their food better than big box stores like Walmart! My dog is a very picky eater, but I’ve suspected it’s the freshness of the food. No issues after getting food from this store (same brand he usually likes from Walmart). Thanks Ethan and the whole crew over there!

Great PetSmart with very helpful staff

First time visit to Petsmart. Coco enjoyed first puppy grooming. He looked so adorable. Groomer was very nice and knowledgeable. Will take Coco back for second grooming. Thank you Abby
