Great customer service at reception and over the phone, grooming itself looks amazing. Having my dog for nearly 12 hours is insane. She is a small dog that should only take a few hours to groom. Nice place, over booked.

I love American Pup Culture. Their prices are comparable to Pets Mart but the quality is much better! I love the "BBN" Bath, Brush, Nails, it's great for my short hair dog that doesn't need grooming. They recognize that she's a senior and very nervous in our of home settings so they made sure to take extra special care of her. Very quick! Done in an hour to a couple hours normally for me.

Very convenient across the street from our middle school. I like that they have a huge indoor outdoor playground. And grooming is great. Hate that you have to book two weeks out but i guess that's cause they're good.

We brought our 2 pups in for their first grooming appt and had some slight hiccups with the booking. However, the pups were bathed and did great! I initially wrote a 3-star review based on how long it took and some booking mistakes. BUT we had nothing but great experiences with their staff and treatment of our pups beforehand with just doing walk-in paw/nail treatments and still had a fairly good experience overall with their 1st full grooming appt. The owner, Kim, called me after seeing my initial review and completely made everything right regarding those hiccups! She was so kind and I can tell her & the staff their really care about each dog that walks through their door! We will definitely be coming back! Our dogs do have separation anxiety but they seemed all okay when we picked them both up too. If you need two dogs done at the same time, be sure to ask if they can have two separate groomers so they get done quicker/around the same time since they do not do specific booking times throughout the day. And they are very popular so just make sure you book well in advanced too! I would definitely recommend giving APC a try if you need a groomer!!

Friendly and fast for nail trim

My dog love to go to American Pup, they do very good hair cut, nail trims and also keep your dog in play area. Where he play with his friends. Love it and definitely recommend this place.

Stopped in for a walk-in sanitary shave and pawdicure and they did a great job with my dog. Shes super skittish but the groomer was so sweet with her! They've got a bunch of windows so you can watch your dog get groomed or see them playing in the play areas. They definitely seem busy (first appt wasn't til July) but I'll definitely be back

I am so grateful I found American Pup Culture. I took my 10-month-old puppy to Banfield grooming in Frisco and waited two hours to find out they weren’t able to get her out of the cage because she was aggressive towards the groomer. Not even a bath. Nothing. Then I found American Pup Culture. I knew that my puppy Addie might show a little aggression considering my past experiences with her being skeptical of people she doesn’t know. After drop-off, I received a call from Addie's groomer telling me that they are unable to get her out of the cage because of how nervous she was, which I expected. The groomer gave me a couple of options as to what I could do as far as getting Addie groomed, one being that I could come to the groomers and go to the back to try to alleviate some of her nerves. Addie's groomer was a phenomenal worker and very patient with Addie. I really appreciated the extra mile she went to get Addie groomed.

Don't recommend this place for your dog. Didn't do a decent job shaving my dog's hair. He was scared, shivering, and was in constant fear for 2 weeks.

The genuine care they provide for your furbuddies is what has me continuing business with them!

Great job with my two fur babies. One of my babies has some aggression issues with past groomers but they worked with him and said he did just fine

I was super excited about coming here and taking our fur baby Yuca to her first grooming. Per all good reviews I had high expectations. Unfortunately, our 1st experience was a bit bumpy due to the transition of them opening slowly Monday's it cause some issues. But, Kim the owner took the time to personally call me to clarify all my concerns and have them addressed to never happen again. We we're very delighted to receive her phone call. Yuca looked gorgeous!

we take our furr baby here when ever we get chance. she also gets excited as soon as she sees the. building and we park.. she can’t contain her excitement.

Excellent, friendly service and quality groomers!! Fair price, got my pup in at the last minute. This was her first time ever getting groomed, and she was wagging her tail as we were leaving- so she clearly enjoyed her salon day. She smells amazing. They fulfilled even the request of how I’d like to have her face shaped with the cut. Thanks again, we will definitely be back! :)

This place is the best - I trust the owners with my fur babies completely! My lab gets excited when we pull into the parking lot! They groom all of my dogs and keep my two long-haired babies looking sweet - and I’m not good at home maintenance!

I would like to update my review. A few days ago, I had a few complaints about American Pup Culture. But they addressed everything better than I would have hoped. I figured they would just apologize, and that would be the end of it. However, the owner personally called me, invited Chloe back, said she would make a note in her file about her sensitive ears, and offered to take care of her ear infection. She really seemed to care about the dogs, and that's the most important thing to me. They do a great job grooming Chloe. She apparently had three different groomers, and they all three did a great job shaving her just enough, but still keeping her face cute. Mistakes happen, and the most important thing is when the business is willing to fix those mistakes and make it up to the customer.

American Pup Culture has been wonderful for our two small dogs. One of our dogs is very scared of being handled by people, and he does not make it easy on groomers. We were so relieved when American Pup Culture managed to get him groomed, and they have done so now for four visits. We don't know what we would have done without them. That's not to mention that we are always greeted warmly, and the staff really take their time to understand our requests and concerns. We really appreciate the people at American Pup Culture!
