I am not one to post reviews but I feel like I need to. Our dog was older and started having seizures so we took him in. We were told the next day we could make the decision of putting him through more medication and taking him home knowing this would happen again or sadly putting him down. He was older and we didn’t want to be selfish so we decided it was time. THEY WERE INCREDIBLE handling us and our dog through everything. From telling us to helping him go. Just like humans you don’t expect the same level of personal care in an ER as you do your personal vet (especially if your dog has an attitude problem). They made the entire experience the best and easiest it could have been. They let us stay with him as long as we needed before letting him go.We decided to keep his ashes and decided on a box. When we went to pick it up it was beautiful and came along with paw prints, nose prints, a certificate, a paw print in clay, a paw print to plant into flowers…Bringing that home and seeing everything REALLY helped with the closure we desperately needed. I even let other people know this was the place to go. Emergency rooms are scary. This place made it far less. Thank you all for caring for my dog and caring for us.

Not very happy, i was sent home to wait for a call back 3 days later no call ! Smh

My husband and I had to take our 13 year old dog to this emergency vet on a recent Sunday morning. The staff and doctor were great. They gave us several options and thoroughly explained each one. We did not feel rushed and they had so much sympathy. Unfortunately our pup took a turn for the worse a day later and we had to go back about 3am. This time we were pretty certain our dog wasn't going to make it. The way the staff and doctor treated our dog in his final stage, along with the sympathy and compassion to us surpassed what we have ever experienced with any other vet clinic. The doctor did not sugar coat it, but delivered the news in a caring manner. He allowed us to take our time in saying goodbye, explained the process, and never made us feel rushed. While sadly we had to say goodbye to our best buddy, we are extremely thankful to the kind people here. Peyton helped us decide what cremation package to select and he shared our grieve with us. On the way home, my husband told me that doctor was the nicest person he has ever met. EVER. We don't recall everyone's name, but please know that each of you helped ease our pain because we could tell you are passionate about each pet you see and their owners. The facility is also very clean, well equipped and the cost is not outrageous. As a matter of fact the visit on Sunday was cheaper than the visit to my dogs regular vet the following morning. Thank you again from us and the late BEST little dog EVER, Stuart.

I just left my first visit with EAHCC and all I can say is....WOW! From start to finish, I am so impressed by the level of service and care my dog and I received. I called before coming in and Payton was so helpful in directing me to speed along the process by filling out the forms online. As soon as I arrived, Payton greeted me and my dog at the front door and escorted us into a room. We didn't have to wait long before Särä came in to access my pup. She was thorough and took her time speaking to us. Luckily, my pup was able to come home after the assessment. Going to the emergency vet is always a nerve-raking experience and I felt a huge sense of relief because of the excellent care that EAHCC provides. I won't hesitate to come back in the future when my pups need emergency care. I am so thankful for the EAHCC team.

I called this Animal Hospital for the first time due to my dog having a bad reaction. The overnight gentleman on the phone was so kind and helpful and made me feel so much better and reassured and guided me to the next steps if the problem continued. If I ever have any emergency issues this will be my place.

We took our baby Dalex to this ER for the first time, and my experience was beyond five starts thank you to the vet, Dr.Hoyt, and the staff. Dr.Hoyt was very friendly and answered all our questions, his generosity, and kindness was amazing. He made us and our baby feel at home and confident in the services provided. I am truly blessed to have come across this ER and would come again. I recommend it to anyone, and God bless all the staff and Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart Dr.Hoyt an amazing human being !

100% professional, they took really good care of my dog when we came in early in the morning. Explained everything and answered all my questions. Zero complaints.

I took my little dog here as a last resort. She could not walk and was in a lot of pain if I tried to move her. She was at the end of her life. Well, with prayer and Dr. Hoyt's care, she is now back to her normal self. The staff was VERY nice and helpful too. I will never forget all of them. If you are like I was, go there. They are Very good and affordable. Thank you Guy's from the bottom of my heart.

My dog couldn’t keep any food or water down and all of the local emergency vets near me were full, so we were directed here. The front desk staff was super nice and helpful. However, the good experience stopped there. The tech took my dog back and I didn’t hear anything for an hour. Then the doctor called me even though we were still in the building! They had marked down that we left. They said the next step would be X-rays but that would unlikely be helpful. Dr. Harry had a very nervous demeanor and seemed very unsure of what he was saying. That’s not what you want in a vet - you want to be confident in what they’re suggesting! Then we had to wait over 45 minutes more for her to get a shot. They had forgotten that we were waiting in an exam room. I would like to say the front desk lady was super nice and helpful. She’s the only one who cared that we were kept waiting.

I brought my dog in for bloat which would have killed her if left untreated. She was lying on the ground when I got home so I don't know how long she'd been like that. Dr. Hoyt was not only stellar at taking care of my girl but he and his staff made me feel that we were getting truly urgent, professional care. Anya is fine now and this is now the only clinic I'll go to if I can. Nurses Taylor and Erik also did a great job explaining to me what to watch out for, and options for prevention as my baby girl gets older. Nothing but love for these guys.

Brought my little girl in and I was amazed by the compassion and kindness everyone demonstrated to me and my little Lola. I am so grateful that they are there 24 hours a day if we need them again! Truly Amazing people!

Dr. Thomas was awesome, and everyone working up front was fantastic as well!! My poor little doggo had some sort of allergic reaction. The team was able to get her seen immediately, which eased my worries as well. I highly recommend this facility. $130 visit fee (right on point for an emergency) and they are open 24 hours a day.

Everyone was very sweet, helpful and most importantly had my heart at ease. 10/10 recommend!

I was very pleased with the attentiveness and hospitality of the staff. The location was also very clean and and presentable. It is also very accessible from the Tollway. My dog seemed very calm and happy after our visit. I appreciate their business!

Our Great Dane somehow cut his mouth and was bleeding nonstop. We took him to another vet first which took hours of waiting in the car and shuffling. Once we got him to this vet they got him in and out. He also made a 2nd visit to them only a week later after his neuter site got a hematoma. This vet was just awesome. They were very forward and honest. Didn’t waste my time or try to rack up a bill for stuff he didn’t need. Their staff was also amazing. They had to clean up a bloody mess and were so patient and kind to us. Appreciate them.

Our 10 year boxer had a deep cut on her head. After rude interaction with the vets near our home in St. Paul, we found EAHCC. The staff was very caring and helpful. Dr. Burnett was wonderful. Minimal wait and our girl was well taken care of. Big thank you to entire staff. We appreciate you.

I would like to start off by saying every single staff member I encountered was extremely kind and polite to both myself and my cat. The reason for my low rating is because I was told on the visit that they could not do much for my cat however they missed 2 huge problems. My cat has an abscess on his back that no one noticed. My cat had ear mites that no one noticed. My cat had an eye infection, for which they did notice irritation and administered an injection. I was told to follow up with a primary care vet in 10-14 days if my cat’s symptoms did not clear up. I feel that even though this is not a full service vet, they missed 2 things (the abscess and ear mites) that they should’ve seen and directed me to a primary care vet immediately. I gave the same exact symptoms to the vet I saw today (runny and discharging eyes as well as scabs in his skin). The vet I went to today checked for all over my cat because they were being thorough. To pay this emergency vet nearly $200 I feel as though the service should’ve been more thorough. I paid just a bit more today at the primary vet and had all my cat’s issues diagnosed and all the medication given to me. Again, kind staff. Overall dissatisfied with the fact they missed 2 crucial issues due to what I presume to be lack of attention or care.

our pup MIGGY was sick had no idea what was wrong with him . the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. the service we received was by far the best. we have been to other clinic and doesn't compare to this place. sadly our boy had Parvo. and had to stay for 2 days. within that time. the staff and Doctors. were very good about communicating to us though out the day . we just wasnt to thank them for all they did for us and our Pup.

They don’t make ‘em better than Christian Hoyt, DVM. That man is a pillar within the veterinary community. His passion to help pets is evident in every aspect of his daily work.

I just can't say enough good things about this place! My dog got very sick last weekend and a friend of mine suggested them to me. I drove all the way from denton for my dog to be seen and it was totally worth it!! They took such amazing care of my dog, explained everything in great detail, and did not try to take advantage of me. It was very clear to me that they cared more about my dog than taking my money. While I hope I never have another emergency with my pets, I know exactly where I'm going if I do!
