If you’re looking for a Veterinarian please place this wonderful establishment at the VERY TOP OF YOUR List- They are TOP TIER- my baby had a horrible accident where a car ran over him(and missed ????????) which left him with a femur break most hospitals wouldn’t even touch- due to how high risk the surgery was I was told I would need to go to an expensive board certified specialist- I was sooo discouraged and heart broken I was literally calling places allll over the world, I’m sure you can imagine the tears I cried this week - luckily I was referred to this business with Dr Suh and only God could have had this work in my favor! I drove over a hour and brought in Simba for a pre-surgery, I hadn’t made any decisions yet because the amount I was quoted other places were way out my budget- Dr Suh examined Simba and immediately advised for us to get the surgery done that Day! He quoted me the cheapest estimate I’ve received from well over 50 places and even went out his way to squeeze Simba into the schedule- if you ever meet this man you will see the light he has in his eyes when it comes to caring for animals- he was so proud when he gave me the wonderful news that the surgery was A SUCCESS!!! Not only was the surgery a success but when I picked up Simba literally everyone was loving on him and the employees had a great spirit throughout the day- Dr Suh thoroughly explained everything pre-surgery and post-surgery and quickly gained my trust- I needed a Christmas miracle and God placed this business into my family’s life! I am forever grateful for the people here and I will continue to tell everyone about this perfect place- their 4.9 star review is well deserved and I pray Gods abundance on the doctor and the employees of this office! I could never thank y’all enough for being, caring, compassionate, selfless, honest, transparent, and providing affordable pet care- I pray that light in your eyes continues to shine bright because I can definitely tell you’re walking in your purpose and you’re passionate about your Career ! Our dog broke her leg awhile back and we were so worried about finding a good hospital to get her surgery done. Her regular vet at Wylie Veterinary Hospital could not recommend this place enough! We are SO thankful they took her in. They really treated the situation very seriously and very professionally while also being so kind and friendly not only to us but to our pup! This place is awesome!

Had to run in Wed of Thanksgiving, thought for a hurt leg on my Golden, but it's hip issues. First visit was free, Dr saw us within 5 min of being there, anti-inflammatory Rx was issued. Med Assts were great, knowledgeable, warm & friendly to me and my dog. Will be back for the follow up and future visits.

My visit was efficient, affordable, and thorough. Me and my cat Fitz waited very little time to see Dr. Suh and his team, and when we did, Dr. Suh spent plenty of time walking me through his observations and my options for care & treatment. Great value if you need a place to take your pet in North Dallas.

This is probably the best vet I have ever taken any of my animals to. Each time I’ve been they have been able to get us in before our scheduled time and everyone is so friendly! You can really tell they care about the health of your babies and are actually willing to answer any questions you have…unlike a few of the places we’ve gone to previously. They’re so quick and have more than reasonable prices. Highly recommend this vet to all pet owners!

Sweet Charlie was in rough shape after eating something that must have caused great discomfort. 36 hours later he seems as good as new. Thank you for offering great care, clear communication on the alternatives, and being there for our pet community.

FIRST VISIT .AMAZING .MY CAT CHLOE IS 18 .SHE HAD HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE WHICH CAUSED HER RETINAS TO DETACH.SHE HAS BEEN ON A MED FOR SEVERAL MONTHS WHICH CORRECTED THE PROBLE M AND RESTORED MOST OF HER VISION. WE ARE NEW TO THE AREA,SO I WAS A LITTLE NERVOUS HAVING GONE TO MY PREVIOUS VET FOR 50 YEARS .VET EXAMINED ,TOOK HER BLOOD PRESSURE,EXAMINED EYES AND MISC.WHILE EXPLAINING TO ME AS HE PROCEEDED . I LEFT FEELING RELIEVED AND CONFIDENT THAT MY CHOICE WAS WAS WONDERFUL.THE OFFICE STAFF WAS AMAZING TOO MY PET[S] WILL HAVE A NEW PERMANENT VET.SO HAPPY WE CAME HERE

Dr. Suh performed a successful TPLO surgery on my 2-year-old Labrador Retriever, who received excellent care during and after the surgery. Dr. Suh was very diligent and knowledgeable of the entire procedure, and he took time to honestly and clearly answer all my questions. I was also impressed with Dr. Suh's past experience in the veterinary field, and that he is always seeking to grow and learn more.

Dr. Suh and his staff at Trail Pet are professional and kind hearted. I trust them to care for my dog and to keep his health and my financial interests in mind when making recommendations.

My dog has pancreatitis and she has been treated twice before through Banfield. She is on the Banfield plan but they recommended she go to a 24 hour hospital. Due to reviews, I chose Trail pet Hospital and I'm so glad I did! The difference between the two that I worked with previously when she got this for the first time, and here is tremendous! Dr. Suh was extremely knowledgeable and personable. I left feeling Assured confident that she was in good hands.

Local vet ????????>>> corporate vet ???? Took Haku to Trail Pet Hospital for neutering. They took good care of Haku. They had no problem answering the questions that I had. They even let me into the workup room with Haku! I don't know what I was waiting on to switch. Definitely making them Haku's primary vet!

A very professional clinic with a great staff and doctor. Their communication is top-notch. I always felt I knew exactly what was going on with my dog's condition and surgery. The doctor was very up front about what to expect. A fantastic vet to trust with your loved ones.

Dr. Volpi recommended Dr. Suh, when my regular vet could not see me after my dog had to go to the ER, and I am glad she did. The team at Trail Pet Hospital really cares about providing the best care. Dr. Suh was extremely personable. He made me completely comfortable about what should be done to treat Abby. I was not rushed, and he answered all of my questions. He and his staff are wonderful. We will happily transfer the care of our fur kids to his practice.

Our dog Lily was suffering from a torn ACL and needed a TPLO (Tibial Plateau Leveling Osteotomy) procedure to be able to walk again. We were referred to Pet Trail Hospital by Dr. Volpi at Wylie Pet Hospital. We contacted the office and came into contact with Dr. Jeffrey Suh. Dr. Suh is one of the most open and honest doctors I have ever met with. He informed us that though he was certified to perform the required surgery, he had not yet had the opportunity to do the surgery at his practice. After some discussions about his previous veterinarian experience and his knowledge of the surgery, we felt comfortable enough to let Lily be his first patient for TPLO. During the time leading up to and after the surgery, Dr. Suh was very professional. He took the time to explain how the surgery would be performed and the potential complications that, while not probable, were possible. He answered all of our questions and stayed in contact with us during the recovery time. Dr. Suh’s first TPLO surgery was a massive success. He expertly completed the surgery, and though it was a learning process for him, we have no complaints with the results. Lily is back to running and jumping. Dr. Suh has proven his abilities as a talented and well-rounded surgeon and veterinarian.

The entire staff was helpful, understanding, and patient with our anxious dog. Everyone was friendly, too! I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for quality pet care.

My sweet little pittie girl has been developing worse and worse allergies over the last 5 years. I've taken her to multiple vets over the years and her food has been changed over and over. At the last vet, she was given a Cytopoint shot …

I noticed my cat had unusual debris in his ear late last night and called vets in the area this morning around 7am. Trail Pet Hospital was able to get me in at 9:30am and had me in and out in less than an hour. I’ve never seen my cat more relaxed at the vet; you can tell the entire staff is very passionate about taking good care of your animal. On top of that, I was notified of all costs and they were all incredibly reasonable. I highly recommend this clinic!

Dr. Suh and his team are some of the most caring and wonderful people that I have ever met, and they have made it clear through not just their words but their actions that the family that walks through their door comes first. One of our dogs had to have her ACL repaired through a tightrope procedure, and Dr. Suh was extremely thorough in his explanation of the procedure and what to expect before, during, and after the surgery. After her surgery, Dr. Suh made himself available for questions and any concerns that came up (even during the evening hours!), and when our dog had a complication (not due to the surgery and nothing anyone could control - her body rejected the implant) he was able to see us immediately. Trail Pet Hospital is very transparent about their pricing on their website, which is the initial reason that I chose to go to them, and it is not a decision that I regret. I can't recommend them enough and I will be a lifelong patron.

Lovely people and Dr Suh is great. I have been taking my Frenchie there since I got him 18 months ago for all his checkups and annual shots etc.

Trail Pet Hospital is a special independently owned veterinarian office. They take such great care of our dog Sixx. Never a wait, and the staff is so kind and caring. Dr. Suh and Dr. Pruitt are the best. They even call to check up on our pet the next day after a procedure. I highly recommend Trail Pet Hospital. It is our home for our veterinarian needs. Sixx loves Trail Pet.

Only had one visit however we were impressed with visit. The Dr told us our options and let us decide best way to proceed. Telling us things were not great but what might prolong and help our cat. She was better first eve so we are carefully watching. The Dr was so nice to call and follow-up today.

JUST HAD AN EMERGENCY.... THEY TOOK US IN AND TOOK CARE OF US AGIN......VERY GOOD SERVICE, WAS ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE A LAST MINUTE APPOINTMENT. DIDNT TRY TO SELL ME A BUNCH OF SERVICES I DIDNT NEED. VERY HONEST

Love Trail Pet Hospital! Dr. Pruitt was so kind and gentle with Big Boy, my 9 month old kitten. I'm closer to north Plano but this was the only vet that could see Big Boy same day; definitely worth the extra distance, and Big Boy and his sister Little Girl will be back for all future shots/treatment as needed.

This was a first time visit based on a friend’s recommendation, and now I can strongly recommend Trail Pet Hospital to others. I felt genuine warmth when I called for the appointment and when I walked in the door to meet the staff face to face. Everyone made me and my cat feel as much “at home” as possible. The intake process, examination and explanation of next steps were all done with professionalism and care. I really like these people!

They were fast, kind & friendly. I will return anytime my dog needs anything.
