Very friendly staff, after surgery care explained well, answered all questions that I had. Customer service and care of my dog were excellent

Everyone has been wonderful, especially Dr. Thompson. The only issue we ran into was getting all the records and the plans coordinated at the beginning. Once we all got on the same page, it's been totally smooth sailing since. Everyone seems to really love and care about our fur baby, which is priceless.

Really helpful when I called back to have my questions answered. I didn't do a great job at explaining the surgery to my husband so I called back they gave me resources and were so kind to reexplain.

Very professional I was not over charged for things. I was given an estimate of how little or how much it would cost and was only charged what was done

I met with Dr. Orencole recently and appreciated how thorough he was in going over my treatment options. He never seemed to be in a rush and when the apt was over I felt confident I understood the next steps. He has a friendly demeanor which is nice for high stress situations like a surgical consult. The facility was clean and I appreciated how I saw and heard the staff handle the pets. The front desk staff and tech were easy to work with.

Michelle is awesome! She took a lot of time and care with helping us understand the process of procedure and how Our puppy would recover from TPLO. She was thoughtful and comprehensive In Supporting us and following up. In our entire interaction with DVSC I have had no more than five total minutes with the surgeon; I would appreciate more time with her and recommend that change for future interactions with us and beyond..

This is my second experience in 2 years and happy to report the doctors and staff are still amazing as ever! My pet wasn't scheduled to see the doctor until the end of January so I was calling almost daily for a month to check for cancellations. They don't have a wait list yet because I had been calling so much they (Karen) actually called to let me know they had a cancellation which was well above and beyond their normal responsibilities. I can’t say enough good about the quality of service we’ve received now and in the past. Thank you, and so grateful for your care and dedication.

All of the staff made me feel very comfortable with leaving my pet in their care and alleviated a lot of the concerns I had about surgery. I appreciated the concern and care exhibited by staff. In particular, Dr. Thompson was so kind to my scared pup, which I really appreciated.

Dr. Lange had great "bed side manner". He was personable, thorough in his explanation of what was wrong with our Husky's leg, the procedure to be performed, and the recovery process.

I highly recommend DVSC for any of your dogs medical care. My golden retriever has torn both of her ACLs in the past year. Dr Wagner has repaired both and we are very pleased with the results. The entire staff in compassionate and professional.

DVSC provided great service and medical advice for my dog. Dr. Thompson took the time to listen to all our concerns and provide multiple estimates for different scenarios. This allowed us to discuss how we want to proceed and understand the costs and risks involved.

The facility & staff were exceptional . My daughter was nervous for her dog “Saucy” and the attending tech as well as the Dr were so calming. Their kindness and expertise will always be a recommendation to other pet owners.

Dr. Lange came highly recommended by our Lubbock vets. And, he is kind, talented and gave us all the time we needed for questions through our entire experience, excellent surgeon! The staff was so friendly and helpful, and experienced! The time they gave me for questions and concerns was the most valuable besides an excellent & kind surgeon.

Unfortunately for our shih tzu Sassy, a previous abdominal hernia surgery was not successful & DVSC had no qualms taking charge of a second surgery. Drs. McKay & Reaugh made us aware of the difficulties of the surgery & potential outcomes. The staff called us & kept us informed before, during & after surgery. Sassy is on the mend thankfully.

Our 14 year old dog had emergency back surgery when she stopped walking and I'm 100% certain all they did was change her batteries as she now she wont sit still. They may have even over volted her a bit.

Dr. Thompson and staff were so nice and professional! It was a quick and informative visit and she even took the time to look at old x-rays that I brought along just in case to be completely thorough. I will definitely be back in the future if my pets need more care!

The doctor and staff were great. They took great care of my dog and I appreciated knowing he was in good hands. My dog had OCD and the vet was very knowledgeable about his symptoms. Highly recommend this place.

I absolutely love this place. They were transparent with costs. Attentive to my needs and questions, talked to me many times on the phone after my pets surgery and left with a happy healthy pooch. One of my best experiences in Dallas.

DVSC Plano is such a caring facility! Drop off and Pick up was awesome, you can tell they really care about your pet. The staff was extremely caring, helpful and comforting.
