The staff does a great job teaching and helping you understand how to communicate with your dog. I have done the snake training as well, and it works great! I can’t say enough good things about this company.

Wonderful experience with Josh. Even just 2 sessions into training such a huge difference in our dog's behavior

This review is for the rattlesnake avoidance training, I have not experienced their other training so I cannot comment on the regular courses. I will start by saying that I fully anticipated this training to be stressful and unpleasant but I also expected a certain level of professionalism and introduction. I expected to show up and have a conversation with a trainer who would reassure me the snakes were harmless and explain why and how. I also expected someone to explain how the process worked and walk me through it to make me more comfortable with the fact that my dog was about to be around live rattlesnakes and would have a shock collar used on her for the first time ever. I expected to have the opportunity to ask questions and get answers. I expected a knowledgeable professional who was experienced with different breeds of dogs and their specific needs. Instead I experienced a random man attaching a very tight shock collar to my brachycephalic dog and telling us to wait in the heat with no introduction. When I questioned if the collar needed to be so tight the only response I got was yes. Then I experience a different calloused man taking my dog and rushing her toward a live rattlesnake, allowing it to hit her head, and shocking her making her screech in pain and fear with no explanation prior and exclaiming excitedly that she would be dead. Then I watched him pull her fearfully with her feet planted firmly toward another rattlesnake and shock her again. She clearly already understood that the snakes were bad. After the rattle snakes he pulled out a box of a different type of snakes and had her smell the box. He shocked her four times in a row until she was so scared she climbed up my legs into my arms. After all of these extremely traumatic experiences with no prior explanation then the man finally wanted to have a conversation at which point I was furious and only wanted to leave. At this moment another client entered with their puppy and our handler said something along the lines of “watch this, this is going to be good”. By the end of the experience I got the feeling our particular handler enjoyed shocking dogs for entertainment. He had the attitude of a child who’s proud to show off a new trick. I’m not even confident this man had any training experience. I certainly did not feel as though I was working with someone who regretfully shocked the dogs out of necessity. I also feel the collar was too tight for a dog breed that already is prone to breathing issues. It made me wonder how much experience these people actually have with dogs in general. Are they qualified trainers or just people who figured out a system to scare dogs enough to keep them away from snakes? I will acknowledge how important and necessary training dogs to avoid snakes is. I will also give credit where it is due and say that for the purpose of making my dog fearful of rattlesnakes, it seemed to work, at least in their facility, with their handler, and the shock collar on. That being said I will look for other facilities who offer this training for the yearly update unless unleashed unlimited replaces or retrains their staff and can insure I will not have an experience like this again. I did not feel safe, confident, or informed during this experience. A class with this level of stress should come with a certain amount of introduction to the process and to the trainer. The trainer should offer reassurance, and information prior to the class, especially if it is offered on its own without requiring any previous training at the facility. The trainer should be someone compassionate and caring for dogs not someone who gets his kicks from shocking animals.

I signed up for the consultation for the board and train program due to the many positive reviews listed here. My dog has a number of things he needs to work on, hence why we were seeking help with training. We got him at the beginning of 2020, so due to Covid, we were not able to get into adequate dog training classes like I had wanted to do. Upon our arrival, the female trainer was not very welcoming. She seemed very annoyed about my dog pulling on the leash and barking with excitement. I did not like that she hit him on the nose to get him to stop barking. I know this is a training technique commonly used, but we don't know her well enough for that to be ok. These are 2 habits that I told her we were needing to work on. She had him taken out of the room so we could talk easier which I did say was ok. My dog is an 80 lb goldendoodle and they said he needed to be tested for the kennel. My dog does not sleep in a kennel. Just a personal choice I have made. The female trainer pulled out a kennel knowing it was too small for him and basically shoved him in there very forcefully. He could not stand up all the way and didn't have any room to lay down. She told me not to look at him or talk to him. Of course he started to panic. It made me very uncomfortable as a dog mom that if she would treat my dog like that in front of me, there's no telling what would happen if I were to leave him in their care. Overall, I was very disappointed in the actions I encountered and wouldn't recommend anyone trust their dog to Unleashed Unlimited

Unleashed is awesome!! My girl is a stout 130lbs, she had training at 9 months, she is now 2 years and is still well behaved, a joy to walk and take to parks for hikes. I only wish U.U. wasn't 2 hours away so she could go to day care every week, she really loves to play.

Great staff, clearly dog lovers. Our puppies went from stubborn, unmanageable beasts to being able to walk both calmly in one hand. The dogs live going to daycare, and the staff are also great at training the owners how to work their dogs too. Highly recommend!

Paul and team know how to work with any type of dog. When I started working at UU my dog was leash aggressive and resource guarding. With a great structure foe group classes I was able to help my girl overcome all of her bad habits and turn her into a model citizen. I would recommend these guys to anyone and everyone.

I went through the training with my dog, Orion, about 5 years ago. He was a rescue dog that came with a array of unknown issues that weren’t discovered until we began the training process. Paul helped with each and every concern that arose and I’m happy and proud to announce that 5 years later Orion is still a joy! He’s an amazing dog and thanks to the fundamentals learned through Unleashed Unlimited he’s been able to achieve and maintain his potential. I’m so glad a found this particular dog training method and especially grateful it has been worth it for many years afterwards.

Best training facility and trainers! These people fully invest in your dog and the return is amazing. You won't regret checking them out.

We recently had a really awful experience. The main trainer seems really knowledgeable, but the younger kids there who will be training your dog seemed really inexperienced and poor at basic interactions with a defensive dog. After being told that my wife and I weren't dedicated enough for the combo package they pushed us to purchase the most expensive training program (board and train) and completely disregarded what was best for us and for the dog. It's all about the $$$ for them. Go to Sit Means Sit instead , much better customer service in every way possible.

The training here is exceptional! They put everyone through an orientation and introduce dogs they’ve trained. Incredible! The price is well worth what you get out of it. I’m on session 2 and I can see such a difference in my dog. She’s building trust with me and her confidence is growing. Can’t wait to see her at session 5! Kelly Green is my trainer and this lady knows her stuff;) She has the “teach a man to fish” mentality. On a side note: they use e-collars to train which is fine. E-collars have a bad reputation and were seen in my mind to be used as punishment for a dog. This is a very wrong mentality. They outline at orientation e-collars are used as reminders. They are set so low that it’s as if someone comes up behind you and taps you on the shoulder. Such a great analogy! If your dog is whimpering when you use an e-collar, it’s too high. I was able to feel it on my hand and it truly feels like a tap. Use it responsibly and if you don’t know, ask! These guys will have the answers.

First off - great job doing your due diligence. It’s important to research before you work with a new company. So let me give you what I hope is a helpful review. Background - my wife and I brought our 1 year old mixed 45 lb dog. She’s perfect in our eyes but had a few behavioral issues (pulling on leash/jumping/not following instructions). We did the package with 3 training sessions which was around $400. That may seem a lot, but you have to look at what you get. After 3 training sessions, we worked through all the behavioral issues and our dog is constantly praised as the best behaved dog. What a difference. I highly recommend the service. Having a well trained / well behaved dog is worth it.

I can't say enough positive things about Unleashed Unlimited. I've used them for boarding, day care, individual trainings, and now group trainings. The facility is clean, the staff is knowledgeable and caring, and they've made such an impact with my two doodles! I previously did a month long stay and train with Starmark and was left disappointed and frustrated with the amount of money paid for the outcome. Unleashed Unlimited may not be the closest option to you (it's 35 minutes from my house), but I promise it's well worth the drive!

The crew at unleashed unlimited are awesome. I wouldn't take my pups anywhere else. They are priced competitively but the attention the pups get is 5 star all the way.

I can not say enough good about these people. Just can't. If you are looking for people who love dogs and are expert trainers go here.

Fantastic trainers. Great environment! Just moved to Austin with a rescue dog who was fearful of strangers and other dogs. Through a month of intense one on one work, we were approved for group classes! The trainers are wonderful. Ask for Marissa.

I love this place. My dog attends day care here and it's awesome. He is out ALL DAY! No crates to be seen. And the best part is that it's monitored by actual TRAINERS, not 16 year old kids on minimum wage. 100% recommend this place.

They saved us. Our 1 yo lab puppy is a new dog and after 3 weeks of boarding and training, we can live together. He is so smart and now he minds and is such a pleasure!

Awesome staff! The training here is superb. My pup has become so well behaved, and I can take her anywhere. I trust she'll behave and respond when I give her commands. I'm so happy we signed up.

Hard to watch your dog getting shocked but rather see that than your dog die due to rattle snake bite. Very quick. Took about 5 minutes.
