First time getting my terrier groomed. Dropped off at 10:30am on a Sunday. Was told they would call when ready. Called at 1:30 to get an estimate as to when he would be ready. Receptionist was rude told me the groomer would call. Told me that the groomer was with another customer and again rudely said they would call and hung up. Call back at 3:30 and was told rudely 5:30 and was hung up on again. At 4pm Melissa the groomer called. When I got there she did not come out to speak with me about my dog. Another groomer brought him out. He was completely shaved. Not even close to what we discussed when I dropped him off. Very unhappy. No communication what so ever. Will never go back.

Groomer did a great job. Vet vaccination with no pain to Lady.

I needed a few things, and I have to say , they were very helpful and nice, these days that is rare

The employees here are always very helpful and polite. They lose a star however due to the shortage of cat food lately, and the fact they appear to be very understaffed. I usually have to wait at the register for 5-10 minutes before an employee comes to check me out. The employee will always be great, and I have a feeling this is due to a lack of employees, and not the actual employees fault.

Had exactly what I wanted.

My family and I enjoy coming to this location. We often bring our bearded dragon or one of our puppies and they are always well received. This last visit was wonderful as always, Preston was very courteous and helpful.

Love taking my babies here to get groomed. Staff is always very nice.

Grooming doesn’t return calls so you can make an appointment. I called Tuesday and was told by the groomer that her colleague would call me later that day, but they never did. So I called Wednesday and a different groomer said she would call me back when she was done grooming a dog. She never did. I’m so disappointed in their customer service. I will go elsewhere for both my pets.

The people knew what to get to help my puppy and yes, they were right! Everything helped stop her itching and she is her happy self again.

I signed our hyper puppy up for training classes here in Leander. The trainer's name is Danielle. She did an amazing job and I would recommend her highly. Thank you Danielle. Princess will miss you

Didn't find the food my chihuahua normally will eat. Associate said that the product "was three months behind production".????

Renee did a great job on my dachshund. He came back smelling great and looking very handsome.

A great place for pets.

Always clean and stocked up. Staff is friendly and helpful. Although the groomers were not always polite here.

It's a pet super store. What else would you expect.

They have plenty of made in America products for your pet to insure they're eating health food.

Friendly service and clean store, a little pricey but not insane.

Went to Petco this afternoon to purchase a couple of goldfish. The girl working in that department told Me that my 50 gallon fish tank was not enough space for them. I have had goldfish my whole 60 years of life and have never been denied purchase. What is this world coming to with these idiot young people. I did get them at pet Smart with no problem. He said they are sometimes used as feeder fish.

Really like going here for for pet supply needs. Usually have to track down help.

They usually have the dog food I buy And they are always friendly

Never ever taking my dog here again. Took her in for grooming & not even 15 minutes in i had to come back and pick her up. They absolutely traumatized my dog, i’ve never seen her act so scared in her life. She loves people and loves going to stores with me yet this place she was very uncomfortable. She peed all over herself and they didn’t finish the job yet still tried to charge me. Really blows my mind that this is their job yet couldn’t do it. I also received my dog back soaking wet. Seriously the most unprofessional place and don’t recommend.

Never going to Petsmart again! Preston and Ciara at Petco were so incredibly kind with helping us as we are trying to save a lizard that got stuck on a sticky pad in our garage. Preston immediately knew what kind of lizard it was and they walked with us around the store helping us find everything and giving us pointers. I say I will never go to petsmart again because as soon as we walked in two guys just said "let it go" before even allowing us to talk and seemed reluctant to even help so we immediately left.

I have been shopping at this store since it opened. The grooming services and customer service has gone down hill. You call to get appointments and they have to call you back and you never get return call. I have 3 dogs that I would like to groom on a regular basis there but no one ever returns calls and the booking online is not accurate. You can call them and they tell you different than what the online shows. They have called and rescheduled before as well. I chose this place because I liked the manager and they really did try to get to know their customers on a first name basis but over time it has down graded.

Store was nice I was able to appreciate the store wascstocked with what I needed however it was short of staff and difficult to find help.

Never has the large bag of dogfood I need. Easier to get online. Same price

Pleasant and helpful employees that were mindful of wearing masks

I quit coming to the store some time ago because of negative experiences with the grooming Department. I tried to come back and give them another chance and was let down again. I'm over it. I'm just trying to get my dog's nails cut and they can't decide if that is a walk-in service or by appointment.
