We just moved to the area and were very impressed with Paws for Effect. They got us in same day for our first appointment and my pup came back looking fantastic. Tracy was very attentive when listening to me explain about my dogs occasional allergy issues with previous groomers and assured us we were in good hands. My pup got a bath, de-shedding, sanitary hair trim and her nails trimmed (which she absolutely hates and turns into a little gremlin when you touch her feet). Tracy was able to trim her nails where others groomers have refused because of my dogs attitude. We even got sent home with a little Christmas goodie bag which contained treats, a new ball, and a coupon for our next groom. We are very happy with the service and will definitely be coming back for more!

Expect to have to call multiple times in order to get a call back. But I have brought my dog to them twice now, and we have loved their work.

This place is amazing! They take good care of my puppies! They even keep our puppies over night sometimes!! Wouldn’t trust them with anyone else!

Paws for effect, is the best dog grooming place around! We have taken our shih tzus here for a few years now, after a few bad grooming experiences at other places we found them and haven’t looked back, and I have nothing but amazing things to say. It’s family owned and operated, and they love my pups like they are their own!!!!!

Took my Aussie there for bath and grooming. Made the mistake of paying before I saw my pup. WORST GROOMING JOB I HAVE EVER SEEN!

I've been going to Woof Gang and I havent been pleased with the price and my dog ears. Everytime water in the ears and didnt cut him like I ask!!! Then I remembered my heavenly honey used to go to Paws for Effect!!! I love them❤Stacey & Patty were fantastic, because of my dog getting mangled after 41/2 weeks groomed, Patti told me they would have to shave him. I was scared to death, but when I picked him up, he was gorgeous!!! I will always go to them and less price!!! Thank you Stacey & Patti

Great job of grooming all three of our fur babies!

This was our first time to Paws for Effect. The cut was SO cute and exactly what I had tried to explain. There were several nice touches that the groomer included. My pup came out sporting an adorable adjustable floral collar, was given a toy and a puppy cookie. I would highly recommend this place and specifically Tracy, our groomer.

I was TRUELY amazed at how great of a job they did! We added on the spa treatment and our dog was still smelling great like cologne for 2 weeks!! I was also grateful they were they able to grind his nails...Which he HATES! Other grooming places just couldn't do it as well as this place. They also gave a cute goodie bag on our first visit. There are pet odor soy candles they sell and are WONDERFUL! I forgot to mention, our dog came out so shiny too (made me jealous his hair looked better than mine).

I wish I had before & after pics of our Yorkie, as after her grooming today, she looks (and smells) amazing! She has rather large ears, but her cut minimizes them - she looks so cute! I’m very pleased with Paws for Effect & will continue to use them in the future.

I brought my Jo Man in for a groom that he desperately needed, and they did a WONDERFUL job on his hair, his bath and he smells amazing. My little Jo Man will be back for sure! When you pick your fur baby up, you get a goody bag and a little bow or bow tie for your fur baby. My jo looked so adorable. They are very nice and respectful. Answers any questions you may have. Definitely will recommend this place! We will definitely be back! Thank you everyone for helping Jo get his groove back!

Price is a little bit higher. But man does my pup sure smell good for allot longer than other places. He also comes back whiter. I dont know what they use but that sure is the secret sauce.

No fancy digs here! This is a down-home, loving-atmosphere, glad-you-are-here and I-love your-pet shop - oh, yes they are a business too! My "pup" goes willingly to the inner sanctum of cleaning & cutting then is returned to me sweet smelling & groomed, with a new tie to set off his new look. He is learning to go willingly after several years of having to entice him into one of those busy, very commercial, uncaring businesses, where I had to request he not be dragged away by his leash. He is a well-trained therapy dog and he goes happily to visit Paws for Effect. Cost is set at the going rate, no credit cards, and home-style bookkeeping but the service and love are priceless. Oh, yes, I think the name of the place is very clever!

Love this grooming salon!! My pups haven't looked this good in so long!! Love that it's family owned and operated!! They are so personable and friendly.

Today was my first experience at Paws For Effect, and I will never go anywhere else now! We have a VERY anxious Black Lab mix, and we have had bad past experiences with other groomers. The owner was so comforting - for me and our pup. She said she is also recommended by vets in the area, which was a really comforting feeling. They did a fantastic job of keeping him feeling safe, and the result was definitely the best we have had. For the beautiful job, I felt like I was walking out with a steal. Could not recommend more. Thank you, Paws for Effect for restoring our comfort in dog grooming!!!

They were very disorganized. And besides the choppy haircut(that i have to fix myself now) i didnt notice a difference anywhere else besides his foot pads. Above all else they took his colar and pretended to not know they had his harness. It was my sister who picked him up due to me being at work. They still have his colar and im honestly so disappointed. They have good reviews but they're sloppy and disorganized from what i can tell from my personal experience. I just hope they give me back his colar. Edit: the owner is a nice lady and i got his collar back. She mentioned the receptionist is part time for a reason so take that as you will. If your patient enough then this place is good enough. Like i said, the owner is super sweat and welcoming.

I always have the best experience when I take my booboo in to be groomed. He loves the staff and they love and spoil him... hands down the best. Thank you ????
