Smaller store, but seems to be cleaner and better stocked a couple of years ago

Love petsmart but they are so understaffed it takes so long to check out

Just a fun store! Our pup likes to shop there to help us pick things out for him.

Despite being severely short staff they got me in and out in 10 minutes with a feeder fish purchase. These days that says a lot for their management being willing to step in and do any job necessary to help the customers.

Stupidity is not what you want in a store were everyone will usually need to ask something. Manager actually said I don't know on something fairly basic! Strange.

First time bringing my dog for grooming. They did an amazing work, my dog was happy.

Store is nice. Is clean. What few Staff they had were helpful. HOWEVER: After speaking with the Manager I was told they do not have enough staff to provide animal sales/transfers in the evening. They only hire enough staff for the morning shift to sell pets.....at a pet store! So, if you want to buy a pet, at PetSmart, you have to do it on the morning. P.S. she told me to call ahead because sometimes they didn't have enough staff in the mornings either. Ridiculous!

I went for a medium sized critter cage, they had the medium cage but not the lid, large lid but not the cage (the small was too small) so I grabbed one of the employee's attention and showed him my dilemma (thinking maybe he knew where the other parts might be) and he took one look at the items and said "well, there's not much WE can do about it" and the attitude in that sentence just rubbed me wrong. A simple "I'm sorry, we must not have it in stock" would have been a little more polite, especially since I was polite when I asked.

Great selection on everything needed for cat. Great assistance from staff as well. Did have a woman scream at her dog as she was passing me and it triggered my PTSD bit that is not on the store at all obviously

Love this place. They have almost everything you could possibly need for any type pet. During the time I went it was really, really busy. However we got through the lines at a reasonable pace. Thank you for all do...

It's a PetSmart! Has the items I need. I do wish their insect department (for feeding) had more variety, but I see how that's more of a niche market.. otherwise, very good overall.

I like seeing all the animals however I think they need better housing, especially the beta fish

5 stars for Christine 0 stars for Carlos!! The way he verbally brutalizes his coworkers in front of customers is deplorable. We have seen it on multiple occasions! I am surprised they have any staff still working there. Thank goodness there’s a tractor supply near me

We took our Australian Shepherd in for full grooming. Price on line was 105+15 for grinding his nails, which we asked for. They were to also use the furminator products on his coat. Our Aussie is over his weight by about 15 lbs. The groomer charged us an additional $35., because she said he was the size of a Pyrenees. He isn’t even close to this size & we told her so. But since we were there, & had just lost our best groomer to another area, we had to have him groomed. He came out with a good, not great cut! His fur was not soft and was sticking up, not at all like he had been groomed before with soft and manageable fur. Came home fur flying everywhere! This ordeal was horrible for our dog. It ended up costing us close to $155., & never again! We used to take our sheltie to Georgetown & we always had great service and was never overcharged! We did not tip the groomer as we felt she built her tip into the overpriced costs she charged us. We will not go back! Service unacceptable. Groomer not so friendly & not willing to admit she was wrong on the overcharge-until afterwards when she said he has a lot more fur & it makes him look bigger, but she still didn’t reduce the amount being charged! Shame on Pet Smart! Would have had a good customer again, maybe. Not now!

Clean, organized and well stocked for whatever kind of pet you have. Seem to have a very varied selection of tropical fish.

Ordered Cat food online because no one else had it. Drove 45min to this location only to be told they substituted for a different food. Our cats are very picky and will only eat one specific food. I'm giving 3 stars because the staff was friendly.

I found everything I needed after a little searching everyone was really helpful

It was my dog Annie's first visit, she was overwhelmed with all the toys! She wasn't crazy about her new harness and car seat, but loved her new toy. Great selection of pet products and friendly staff.

Very well organized store with lots of choices of dog food and miscellaneous pets unlike other stores. Very helpful staff.
