I wish I would have chose this Vet first after having awful experience at another Veterinarian. The staff at Egret bay Veterinary Hospital are everything you could want in a Vet. From the moment I walked in the door I was welcomed and accommodated to my pets needs. The Vet techs, receptionists and Dr. Marcoux are incredibly friendly, professional and treated my dog like he was part of their family. We were able to get all the information we needed in order to try and get our elderly dog back on track with his health. I cannot thank them enough for the services they provided and more.

I debated sharing this review but I’m honestly still in shock. I used this vet for 10 years and multiple animals. My 2 year old developed kennel cough and my mother in law took him in. The experience was absolutely appalling. Apparently based off a single visit to get a vaccine 2 weeks before . “ That dog snapped at my sons face”. This was the words of the vet. The vet refused to come into the room and stood outside the room. She asked my 62 year old mother in law to muzzle him but offered no help. Was EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL when I called inquiring what was going on as I was at work. After this experience I asked to speak with the owner as I just couldn’t believe she would allow this behavior. She admitted that the technician was not authoritative and was probably not the best to handle the dog and the vet that was assisting was scared to be bit. This dog mind you is a dog that is around kids and people EVERY day! She told me that I should be careful. After 10 years, thousands of dollars spent with them , and for her to tell me her VET was timid about being bit but this was my fault! A vet that can’t handle a dog? I want to be clear my dog has NEVER bit. And honestly, if you feel the need to muzzle a dog for safety I am 100% ok with that! But you don’t leave 62 year old woman to do it herself and not even offer to help! I took this dog to Dickinson Animal hospital and I have had ZERO problems. He’s a hyper 2 year old lab that needs a dominant person. They took the time to understand that. I will never return to Egret Bay and will share my experience.

We just moved here from a small town and were having difficulty finding a new vet. We were blessed to find Egret Bay Veterinary Clinic. It was like being back in our small town. They were wonderful from the first phone call to checkout. They will definitely be our vet for all our pet care needs.

Dr. Marcoux and her staff have taken amazing care of both of my cats. At Beau’s end of life care they treated him, my husband and myself with true compassion. You can tell this group truly loves and respects animals. I trust them completely and am so thankful God has let them take care of my babies!

Was able to get an appointment within two hours with short notice. Renee the Tech was vert helpful and professional. Dr Mabe evaluated the problem and prescribed the treatment. This was my first visit and I was very satisfied.

This practice is the best; they treated our dog with authentic kindness and grace throughout his last moments, even taking the time to say a prayer for him at the end. We will be forever thankful for the compassion and level of care that was shown.

I came to Egret Bay after I could not get my dog seen at my old vet. From the moment I walked in to Egret Bay I was met with caring and professional services. I never get a snippy attitude when I call to make an appointment and my dogs are always seen quickly and taken care of quickly. I am so happy I finally found THE veterinarians for my dogs. I highly recommend them.

The ABSOLUTE best care i have ever received with my dog. Today was my first visit & honestly i have never been to a vet and felt like the people who work there actually care about the animals they are working with but this office took AMAZING care of my dog, talked us through every step & loved on him. just an amazing experience & recommend this vet to any one who is searching for one. also they have christian music playing & on the end of our receipt a bible verse (philippians 4:13) which just was so great. couldn’t be happier with how this visit went.

Wow. I used to take my dog to fur friends but I was not happy with the way I was treated the last time I was there. I came to Egret Bay Veterinary and I was beyond happy. The staff is nice. They treat you with such respect. The physician is amazing. They don't rush. They take time with you. They are patient. This place is amazing, and caring, and very kind. I wish I had been taking my Mia there from day one.

When Dr. Tommy retired, I bounced around looking for a good fit. Then, I rescued Itsik, a tiny .5 oz kitten. Egret Bay Veterinary Hospital was the closest to my location. So, the little one & I headed over. They were incredible! Now, I take all three of my furbies to see them. I will stay with these awesome Docs until either I die or they retire.

Very efficient and thorough. I appreciated the price breakdowns and the honesty of what I did and did not need. They also took time to provide extra info on products I hadn’t heard of. They are very friendly and it’s a very relaxed environment for your pet.

We love this place ! We took my 10 year old chihuahua here to get her staples removed from a previous procedure and the staff and vet was wonderful !

I was very impressed with the staff and prices at Egret Bay Veterinary Hospital. They were very thorough and took the time to explain suggestions to help my dog with his arthritis. I love that they take a natural approach before starting a prescription regimen. I also love the 10 percent discount I received since I am a teacher. We have finally found the perfect vet for our dogs.

Best Veterinarian Team there is. Very professional, knowledgeable, caring and sweet. Dr Marcoux is one of a kind. My boys absolutely love her, something I have never experienced before during vet trips, until I met her and her team. Her knowledge is impressive and the way she cares is the icing on the cake for me. Absolutely love this place!!

I have taken several of my dogs here and it has always been great. From basic treatments for my puppy to end of life options for my senior dogs, the service is always the same high level. The staff is extremely caring and will go over a variety of treatment options.

My Blackie J, a Torty, had suffered for over a year with stress and allergy issues. We attempted to have the previous Vet to help us with this matter, starting around a month after discovery of hair loss, but to no avail and it continued to get worse, to the point of complete hair loss on her left rear quarter, sections of 3 legs, and almost her entire stomach area. Then we moved to the League City area in July and found Egret Bay Vet Hosp. I know nothing in the area and located this office near our home, so thought I would try it out. I was extremely impressed with the organization, cleanliness and calmness of the office area and noticed the music immediately. I asked if this was the manner always and was assured of the same for each visit. We saw the Vet and began working together to come to a viable action plan for my girl. Some blood work, and urine tests, and add a couple of medications. This worked for a brief period, but was not the complete answer. The next step was to change to a food that might work for food allergies and BINGO!! We hit the nail on the head. Her constant cleaning and licking eased immediately and within 2 weeks, we began to see hair growth and, as shown in the pictures, the hair began and continued to fill in. She still has a stomach area that is continuing to fill in, but the mulched, high protein prescriptive diet has made her almost completely healed. She's playing again and having rous with her sister, in our home and being the ever loving and sweet kitty that we used to see. What took over a year at our previous vet's office, and never came to any resolution, took 2 visits and a only few weeks to completely resolve. Thank you Egret Bay Vet's and Staff for bringing my Kitty back to life!

My regular doctor was on vacation and I needed to get my dog to someone before he came back. He had left a recommended clinic but they were not taking new patients. They told me to call Egret Bay and I did. They got me right in, took care of my dog and I couldn't be more pleased!
