Wonderful! Appointment was on time and very pleasant. Took terrific care of my dog and answered all my questions!

They're veterinarians continue to take care of both of our pets.

We recently were fostering a dog from the League City Animal Shelter and took him for his initial shots and check up. I arrived on time for my appointment and a staff member came out to pick up the dog. After waiting an hour, without communication, I called to check the status of the appointment. I was told by an incredibly rude staff member ‘we get to shelter dogs when we can. We will call you when you can come back. You were supposed to just drop it off anyway.’ That would have been incredibly helpful to know in the beginning. Due to extenuating circumstances, I couldn’t just leave and come back, so I waited. Another hour went by and I called again. I was told (I believe her name was Stacey) that ‘since this dog wasn’t mine she couldn’t talk to me and would deal directly with the shelter and it would be a different story if i owned the dog, but i don’t’. There was a lot more to that conversation but a little bit of customer service and RESPECT goes a long way. I immediately left, went to the shelter, and signed the adoption papers even though this dog has significant needs and will require a future surgery. The League City Animal Shelter defended this vet to the end. I’m sure the vet themself is good, but the staff was beyond rude, disrespectful, and down right ugly. Basically …shelter dogs don’t matter. Fosters don’t matter. Make sure you have your purse ready, and then you matter.

They are such kind and compassionate people. You can tell they all really do care about your pet. They go out of their way to accommodate your schedule and the visits and wait time are quick.

We have taken all of our animals here for what seems like about 18 years now. We've always felt like family here, and have received nothing but great care for our furry family members, and compassion during the tough times. They have performed several procedues for us as well with perfect results. Wouldn't trust anyone else.

I have called this place a few times inquiring about their services and every pet who has answered the phone has been so extremely rude! I’ve even gone inside once just to see the place the girl up front hadn’t even acknowledged me. The lobby wasn’t all that full. When I was finally able to speak with someone they cut me off and were incredibly short with me.

The staff is nice and they treat the animals with true compassion.
