Excellent service. Quick, in and out appointments. Friendly staff. Took my cat when she was hit by a car, and they took her in right away. Our vet was closed for remodeling; I’ve since switched to Laredo Animal Clinic Vet talked to me personally and explained costs and treatment options. Prices for services rendered were very reasonable.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE BUSINESS. DROPPED OF MY CAT BECAUSE HE WAS SICK AND HE WAS RETURNED BACK TO ME IN WORSE CONDITION THAN WHEN I DROPPED HIM OFF. IF YOU TRULY LOVE AND VALUE YOUR PETS. DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT BRING THEM HERE.

The doctor and staff were super friendly and they had continous communication with us, our puppy had to be hospitalized and they would call us with updates at least twice a day. I recommend 100% to take your furr babies here,you will not regret it.

took my kitty there to get checked bc she was falling down a lot and lost her ability to walk. Got there at 8 when they open and they took her in at around 8:30 which is reasonable. Took about 2 hours and a little more just to NOT get results and for the Vets to tell me they don’t know what is wrong with my cat but ASSUME she was gonna die. They had suggested various medications that were going to be way to expensive for them not to know what was wrong with my cat and even putting her down WITHOUT KNOWING WHAT WAS WRONG WITH HER. I did end up getting a 2nd opinion with a vet in Nuevo Laredo and got results in less than an hour and my kitty is now recovering from surgery and is now walking little by little. I DO NOT TRUST THESE VETS IN LAREDO!!

Since the retirement of Dr. Creamer the quality of care you will receive at this place has gone downhill. MONEY is their #1 priority over your pet. Personally in my case I have no issue with paying any amount for my fur babies, but I’ve been up charged here before on multiple occasions they will do anything to sneak in fees any way they can! I’ve once received a bill and informed the nurse I had a $70 credit from a product I returned only for the nurse to come back and give me a bill that was $30 more expensive than the bill I previously received! I’ve never been one to “yelp” or write reviews but my experiences here have to be heard, so I tell you this if you are in LAREDO TEXAS TAKE YOUR PET ANYWHERE BUT HERE THESE PEOPLE ARE HORRIBLE AND WANT MONEY NOT FOR YOUR PET TO RECOVER THEY HAVE A GOAL TO BRING YOU BACK AS MUCH AS THEY POSSIBLY CAN! I’ve had great experience with “Laredo pet vet” located on Shiloh but urge you take your pet anywhere you can but to LAREDO ANIMAL CLINIC. THAT CLINIC IS SHAMEFUL AND DISGUSTING. IF YOU ARE THE LAREDO ANIMAL CLINIC DONT REPLY YOUR USUAL BS! YOU ALL ARE THIEVES AND WILL LOSE BUSINESS YOU COCKROACHES.

I highly recommend this clinic, Walk ins are from 9-11 and 2-4 (I’m pretty sure on 2-4 part) . We bought a puppy in McAllen that needed to have well visit in 2 days from purchase And they were able to see us very fast. My husband is active duty army and we wouldn’t have made it home in time for the 2 day checkup and thanksgiving week being so hectic as well. The vet was very informative and nice. The prices were also so good, I will be coming back next month for my puppies next shots and chip.

Took my dog in as a walk-in. The wait was a little lengthy but reasonably considering there were other patients waiting their turn as well. I appreciated that despite covid precautions, the Dr. took his time to explain his findings and diagnosis. He listened and answered all my questions/concerns. He was very professional, honest, but most of all empathetic as well for the rest of the staff. My dog is very sick but I feel very appreciative for the care and attention they gave my little baby. Will definitely start bringing my pets here next time.

they make you set an appointment just for you to be there waiting in your car for over 2 hours. there excuse is “sorry were running a little behind” every single time i go. theyre also supposed to cut the nails of my dog which i have to remind them everytime which they respond “yes sure will it’s complementary!” but they still dont do it. last time i went after waiting 2 hours they come out and tell me its a system error i didnt have an appointment today but “no worries we wont charge you for today its free!” ???????? what the hell is free?? they didnt do nothing except tell me they made a mistake in endlessly calling me to come in the first place

The previous Veterinary(Critter Care) I took my dogs to didn't really care about the patients but I love the way Laredo Animal Clinic treats my babies and I love that they are very communicative on every visit. They are also incredible with their time-management with or without an appointment.

This place is the best!!!! Took care of my 3 transported cats who were dehydrated. They saw us IMMEDIATELY! THE COST WAS MORE THAN REASONABLE. THEY WERE SO GOOD TO THE CATS AND TO US. LOVE THIS DOCTOR AND STAFF!!!! Thank you for everything you did for us!

I had my Pet With them for 12 years and when se need a surgery they said she have to wait for 3 months I am changing my dog to another vet, is very sad

We want to thank Dr. Alexander and Dr. Flores for their kindness and compassion during our most difficult times when deciding to let our two best fur friends go.. They both have showed so much love for our pets helping us all feel cared for and safe when saying goodbye

Staff was very friendly, helpful and attentive. I bring all my pets to Laredo Animal Clinic and will continue to do so. The wait time was not too long considering there were 8 people ahead of me. I was very satisfied.

Did not have the opportunity to get treated by them but just writing this to let people know that it's best if you make an appointment. They take walk-ins from 2pm-4pm. Don't know if this is just due to COVID-19 or it has always been like that.

Doctor was kind and thorough with my dogs results. They did a great job with my dog's surgery and recovery. Offered me 2 updates daily by phone and allowed me visitation. Great experience overall.

The service is excellent. I normally go to another vet clinic in Laredo, but they were packed to the max. I decided to try Laredo Animal Clinic, and I was thoroughly satisfied. They take Covid measures very seriously, and pet owners can stay in their vehicles at all times. You sign in via text message on arrival, and they come for your pet, communicate by phone at all times, and return your pet to you. We were relatively in and out quickly. I will be using their services again.

Laredo animal clinic is the best in town! I wouldn’t take my dog anywhere else. Dr. Amanda Flores was very professional and so was the staff that came to my car to get my dog! I will continue to use them forever! Thank you Laredo animal clinic!!

Excellent service by all office staff and Dr. Alexander, I would recommend it to anyone that is looking for a place to get their pets checked and for any other service that they might need.

My daughter‘s cat did something to his eye, called and was told to come right in. Don’t know how they held the cat still but they checked his eye and gave me the prescription. In and out in less than 45 minutes. Better than a human doctor.

Doctor Alexander and Doctor Flores had been taken care of our pets since Dr. Cramer’s retirement. We are pleased with their service and care of our pets. Especially with our last foster. A kitten that got trapped in the motor of our truck as a result the kitten had two broken legs, an injured eye and ear and multiple lacerations in her body. Early Friday the kitten was received without appointment for treatment. Dr Alexander has been very true and compassionate through the whole ordeal. He made sure all our questions were answered and that we had clear expectations of the outcome. We are still midway from the end but the kitten is doing much better, out of the splints and without any pain. We are very happy with laredo animal clinic

Staff is awesome and Dr. is superb!!! But…. Waiting is long. A drop off service could be an option.

Moving back to Laredo after a lengthy absence, I called around to ask questions about my sick puppies and look for a veterinarian. After calling several vet clinics with incompetent clerks I found Laredo Animal Clinic. Monica answered the call, she was very, very polite, courteous, and knowledgeable answering all of my questions. First impressions are everything and she had just just knocked it out of the park. Then came Gabby, she was a delight to deal with, very caring, and compassionate towards my puppies. She explained the procedures to be done and kept me informed. Last but not least the male veterinarian, sorry his name escapes me, explains all of the final results of the tests and the vaccines that were given. He made sure I understood his diagnosis and the medication needed to heal my puppies. Overall an exceptional experience. I have found the veterinarian clinic where all my fur family members will be going to.

They have an amazing and caring group of veterinarians. They have taken care of our beagles for many years.

Dr. Alexander and staff were extremely helpful in keeping my Yorkie, Khloe alive. She would not have made it without their care. There was constant communication about Khloe’s status and progress. I am truly thankful to Dr. Alexander and staff. ????

My experience was great. I really liked Dr. Landis' professionalism. Wouldn't mind check my labs again.
