The entire staff here are so caring, compassionate and empathic. Our family pup grew ill and declined very quickly. It was one of the most difficult times for our family and everyone here made all of the difference in helping us through. I would like to specifically mention Dr. Fortin and Shalinda. They truly went above and beyond. We cannot thank them enough for everything they did for our beloved Bailey and our family.

Love this vet! We are new so haven't been coming long, but they are great with the animals and now have a no touch drop off which is great! They pick the animals up in the car, bring them back and then you can pay by text so there is literally no touching. Fantastic!

The staff is always so friendly and helpful. I feel like my little guy is in good hands - with the front desk staff, the techs and the vets.

We were visiting from out of town and had an issue with our dog. It was a Sunday and most places were closed. Terrell Animal Hospital was amazing-- they got us an appointment within the hour and everyone we spoke to was super friendly, knowledgeable and had great bedside manner. They followed up with text messages to see how things were going and were very helpful. I wish we lived closer so that we could have this amazing animal hospital for our dogs needs.

LOVE our Bet and Techs here at VCA Terrell!!! Our Lillie see's them often due to her Cushings Disease. This is a second home for her and with their care, she is living a well and balanced life!!

Helpful, patient, answer any questions you have and hear out everything you think is going on with your pet. (I love that bcuz I have been to too many places where you're rushed through these 1-minute explanations.) Prices are not exorbitant. Definitely recommend and am going back with my other dog.

I've only been during the pandemic so I've only experienced the curbside assistance. However even though that feels a bit removed from great customer service, every technician or vet or front desk individual I talked to has been positive and amazing and I will always come back to this vet!!

They are there when you need them even in this Covid time. Tech came out to my car in the pouring rain to help with my dog who was sick.

We moved to Lakeway last year and needed to find a good Vet for our 12 year old Black Lab who is on pain meds and anti-inflamatory meds for his arthritis which inhibits his walking and getting up and down. With the wonderful reviews, we chose Terrell Veterinary Clinic and we are very happy with our choice. This year during his 6 month exam, the technician mentioned that they offered Cold Laser treatments that seemed to be getting great results on some of their other older clients. We started them twice a week in February 2019 and could tell even after the 1st treatment that they seemed to help right away. We did some more research in the mean time and found out that this was not just masking the pain, that it was actually causing the cells around his joints to heal. We finish up four weeks, (8 treatments) and our dog has improved so much to the point we are now going to 1 treatment a week to see if the improvement continues. We and our dog love these treatments and the technicians, Yahel and Mary, who have been lovingly giving them to him. It only takes less that 1/2 hour and seems to make such a difference. Thanks for recommending them as we would try almost anything to make him more comfortable and happy.

Patty and Dr. Smith not only put me at ease, they were amazing with my very anxious German Shepherd. I was amazed at how well my dog took to both these women, especially Patty. I thought I would have to always bring my husband with me to appointments, but after this appointment I feel comfortable bringing her myself. They are awesome!

I highly recommend the Terrell Vet Clinic! I just transferred my records from another vet clinic in Lakeway after experiencing numerous late appointments and disorganization. The Terrell clinic is so organized, professional and clean. The front office staff was customer focused not iPhone focused. The rooms are clean and didn't have pet fur piled up in corners in the room. The staff was professional and knowledgeable. I am so happy to have found this clinic.

The staff is so helpful. I like this vet they do a great job on my dog . We have been seeing Dr.Terrell for a long time with my dog he has been helping my dog.I would highly recommend this vet.
