The person who assisted me today was amazing. She was compassionate, thoughtful, and talked me through options and why they would benefit my fur baby. I wish I would have thanked her at the time and gotten her name. I was just so anxious about my dogs health and she could tell and could tell I needed help. Thank you!

The store is by far the best one and I used to go to the Westlake location. Now I just enjoy going in getting my items that I need large variety of pet food especially for my dog hes on a special diet and he enjoys the basic cans that they have the treats are totally so many to pick especially these sardines that my dog really likes as treats. This is probably the best place to shop for dog food in the area.

Love the place, and a good opportunity to support local business. My dog loves the bath station there. I find some items are cheaper than the big box stores. Highly recommned.

Big fans of this store. Great staff and great products. They will deliver to your house, have curbside options and beat out Amazon or anyone else you might consider for pet needs.

I prefer to support the smaller, local chain’s than the nationwide big box retailers; even if I have to go out of my way to do so. I passed a couple big box pet stores so I could give Tomlinson’s a try. The staff was very friendly but they did not have the food I needed in stock. However, they were willing to order the food and said they will hold it for me so it would be there during my next visit. They called when the food arrived and assured me they would hold it until I came in town to pick it up. A drove in a couple weeks later only to discover they did not hold the food but sold it to someone else. Why would I drive the extra distance and pass PetSmart or Petco if my time will be wasted? I had high hopes for this local retailer but do not reward poor customer service with repeat business. Sadly, it’s back to Amazon, PetSmart, or Petco for me.

I thought this place was going to be decent, I don't like going into this store at all. Pushy, on top of you and forget who you are as if they've never seen your face. I pre ordered food twice and was told they would call when it arrives, they never did. Terrible feeling in my gut. Trust your instincts when shopping here. It's not good and they do not give a damn about returning customers.

Only location near me that sells Parrot Seed in bulk.

I was on vacation at Lakeway close to Austin when I stopped in for some treats for my doggies! Their inventory was amazing! This was a great pet supply store! Lots of great items for my cuties!

I recently moved from Naperville, IL & was in need of getting the frozen raw diet my 2 English Bulldogs were accustom to. They were able to order the frozen Tuckers, salmon & pumpkin, food I needed. When I arrived @ the store, the employees (April & another- I did not get his name) helped me shop w/my 2 pups. It was the 1st time @ the store, so my pups were @ this store & it was a bit challenging- hank felt the bone & treat section was self serve. They were able to help me locate other items in need & even sent us home w/a treat bag. I look forward to our next visit!

EVERYONE at Tomlinson's knows how to help you find just the right chew toy, food, supplement, bad breath eliminator, treat, etc. that is just right for your pet. I've had to return one thing, a sweater for my puppy that was too small, and got to hassle at all. I love Tomlinson's!
