I've had to use them on different occasions and all of the staff have been absolutely awesome. They are very good to your fur babies and also with you! I highly recommend them! Thank you all for always being so helpful, kind and professional ????

Thank you for all you did for Cappy and taking such good care of him. Being from out of town and not knowing any vets, we had no idea where to take him for his emergency. We are grateful for the care you gave him and the communication you provided from the first phone call to the time he was discharged. We will be forever grateful. He’s resting and recovering.

Brought my dog here for vomiting, lethargy and not eating. After she spent the night and they did x rays and bloodwork they simply said “she probably just has an upset stomach” and sent her home. She continues to decline so I took her to the university clinic up the road and come to find out she had a blockage in her stomach. They should have done more tests and cost this at the emergency clinic.

The staff, the service, the commitment to follow up, but mostly the concern and care shown for Mudbug was worth 10 ☆'s. Thanks to Dr. Prince and all of the staff for being available 8/8:30 @ night.

Excellent staff, felt respected and like they really cared. It was a long wait but that's just how it is with these things. Doing an emergency visit isn't fun but I was glad they were open during the holidays.

One of the greatest vets around! They are so caring. Had to bring my cat in 3 nights in a row, they called to check on us during the day. They even sent us cards after passing of our beloved cat. Thank you everyone!

I had to bring my dog in during the middle of the night & everyone was so tremendously helpful. I loved how the vet explained everything to me so clearly & compassionately. They were really there for me during a difficult time. So thankful I found them.

No words can say how amazing this facility is. Dr Prince is absolutely wonderful. Very compassionate, thorough, and honest. Very reasonable priced! Highly recommend!!!! If he had a daytime vet office, we would be a regular customer.

I’ve been to a few different emergency veterinary clinics in the past several years, most in different states, but this one blows me away with their friendliness, empathy and overall love and care they gave to our fur baby. I heard about Pet Emergency Clinic in an unfortunate way. A lady’s two dogs had been hit by a car and killed on a nearby road and we bagged her dogs for her and took them to the place she chose. Remember, we weren’t the paying customer and they were not present. Upon our arrival, two techs rushed out to retrieve the deceased dogs from our truck for us and the look on their faces showed how much they cared for the animals. What I experienced at that time made me quickly think of them when my dog had a terrible allergic reaction and started swelling up and getting hives real bad. It’s hard to remain calm with your fur baby running around frantic trying to scratch himself and his skin and lips swollen so bad they began to droop. All of this happened in a matter of minutes and when I called they gave me a price (estimate of course) and I rushed him down there. As soon as I walked in I felt like I was in a people ER because they knew why he was there from the call and had someone ready to get him and bring him to the back. They had the shots done before I could even get the paper done to be checked in and he wasn’t their only patient. Then Dr. Hadley Prince came in and talked to me and never appeared rushed and couldn’t be friendlier. In fact, he repeated himself again to my bf who came later and again just as friendly and not in a hurry. Then the techs came in to see him and hung out and pet him and showed how genuinely they cared for him and us because they sure did relieve the stress we had when we first arrived. They monitored him while we talked about our pets and before I knew it my bf was comfortable on the floor and my hyper pit couldn’t get enough of their attention. In all my years of owning as many pets as I have and that’s a lot, I’ve never had such a positive experience at a veterinary clinic. I should add that I’m not an easy person to please when it comes to my babies because they are my family and nobody understands them better than me, and that is something they did from the beginning, they asked me questions and listened to what I said. That’s unheard of, especially in an emergency but they did it without flaw.

Took great care of my dogs. They were very thorough and reassuring that they would be OK.

My dog got attacked by another dog and latched on to my sweet corgi. I was frantic and my pup was ready to play even though she had two holes in her leg. I googled the first emergency vet and Pet Emergency Clinic was the first one to pop up and was the closest to me. I called to make sure they were open and the lady who answered bless her heart was so nice even though i was crying and and freaking out but she was so sweet and so nice! She told me how to get to the office and where is was. As soon as I walked in they took her back and the staff there was so friendly. The doctor came out and spoke with me multiple times and was informing me of everything that was going on and what needed to be done. My baby is in the cone of doom, hating her life, but i am more than thankful fo the staff there tonight! If your fur baby needs an emergency visit this is the place to go! Thank you again for taking such good care of my Gypsy!!

Long story short. My 3 year old Shorky got into a box of sewing needles Saturday. My daughter noticed blood urine on the floor. At 330am I woke and decided she needed to see a Vet. My first time going to the clinic on McNeese St. After pet history and X-rays the Dr found a very large kidney stone including several other small ones. From the person at the front desk to the techs to the Doctor the professional and sincere concerns for April were unparalleled in excellence. Can’t say enough good about this clinic. Our German Shepherd, Ashe, got attacked by a raccoon Wednesday night around 2200. We brought her in to Pet Emergency Clinic and the staff was very efficient, professional, informative and caring. Only female staff that night and I couldn't have asked for better service. We are very pleased with our visit and the outcome of our German Shepherd. I thank God we chose to bring her to the Pet Emergency Clinic.

Way to go if you DECLINE service when a pet foster asks questions about the medication they supposed a dog to get AFTER a previous dog was diagnosed and treated wrong (2 other veterinarians confirmed that). Good job sending me home with my UNTREATED foster dog that’s been throwing up for a whole day because I asked if he shouldn’t get IG tract meds on top of the $110 injection of anti nausea medication. Declining a sick dogs treatment because you don’t like the owner is the Hippocratic Oath interpretation of 2020.

The staff are incredibly kind and gentle. I brought my dog in after he was attacked and each nurse and the veterinarian took their time with me during my panic but rushed to take care of my boy. Very fair pricing and over the top customer service. 10/10

They Were very rude at this place. Also they are more about money than care. They charge way more than my vet does. They Didnt believe me about anything I said about my baby girl. They Didn't care to explain anything to me and got irritated when I asked. I will never go here again unless I have no choice.

Excellent clinic! The entire staff (And I mean EVERYONE!) was professional and caring. They were tremendously busy but kept everyone informed and did not waste a minute. Dr. Hadley Prince was top notch. He spent time with us and the care our dog received could not have been better. They fill an important need in our community for emergency service when all other vets are closed. Thank you so much for the love!

Thank you so much for your care and piece of mind when it came to our three Fur children tonight . We had two that came down fast with lack of eating diarrhea and lack of motivation it cause my wife and I deep fears we love all three . We took all three to find out in case it was some thing contagious . Our one dog was perfectly fine the other two were just up set tummies . Thank you to the doctor and his staff for their warm gentil care .

These guys are professional and caring. They've always been incredibly helpful especially during my Husky's last moments. I know the job gets hard at times but you're a God send. Thank you!

When your baby needs emergency care this is the place to go! I brought my puppy in, they treated me and her with the best of care. Happy to report that we are home and both doing great!

I brought my cat late on a Saturday night for some urinary issues. They were very kind, the check in was fast and smooth. The place was very clean. We were put into a clean exam room and the tech was extremely nice and made everything better. They were gentle with my scared cat. The doctor explained everything to us and was super helpful. The prices are reasonable for a emergency clinic. They took great care of my pet while he stayed with them and the pickup process was smooth as well. I am very happy with the overall experience. I give this place a 3 star cuz they are great with the animals. Just when it comes time for payment they will not work with you at all. They were so money hungry they take 10 dollars off your bill like that is going to help. I get they need money for what they did. And they were great when they are working with the animals. Their people skills is that of a homeless man begging for change.

The staff was very nice and well-mannered. I did not have to wait long for the doctor. They explained to me how they wanted to treat my dog including the prices of treatment, so I would know what to expect when it came time to check out. He is doing much better and I have not seen any further problems. Overall, I had a very good experience here!
