Gill Bright has always exceeded my expectations for care for my pup! Their doctors were able to diagnose my dogs allergy problems which for years had caused frequent ear infections. I am so thankful for the great care they give my pet!

This place was wonderful! It's a beautiful office with friendly people from the reception to the doctors. The prices were reasonable, and the vet called herself to check on my fur baby the day after her surgery.

When I lived in Dallas (over 30 years), I thought I had found the best vet in the world. Then I moved back to my hometown, Lake Charles, and realized the vet in Dallas was the 2nd best vet in the world. Gill Bright has over exceeded my hopes and expectations every single time I walked through their doors.

My little old Simon kitty (16yrs)got very sick, very quick, and my normal vets office was closed, I called 2 Moss Bluff vets, and 3 other vets in LC and they all refused to help as he had never been seen by them (not sure how you establish that if they wont see your pet) In any case Gill Bright said bring him right in. I lost Simon to kitty cancer that day, They were so good to him and gentle as he passed. I love that I was able to choose the option to have him creamated and sprinkled in the "Rainbow Garden" 2 days later I received a card signed with so many caring words from the staff, plus they took pawprints with black paint of Simon and sent them in the card. It made a sad situation easier on my heart. Thank You to the staff of Gill Bright, your kindness is very appreciated!

We were evacuated for Hurricane Ida and our dog was very sick. They got him right in to see Dr. Kohler and I can’t say enough great things about her! He had to have emergency surgery, and she took great care of him and updated me morning and evening everyday. I felt so relieved knowing he was well cared for! Can never thank you enough Dr. Kohler!!!

I love Gill Bright Animal Hospital. All of the vets there are very professional and super caring. I bring my 5lb yorkie Harry there, for check-ups, grooming, and anything in between. Dr. Gill was especially kind when going through the neutering process, he knew I was nervous and was great to me and to little Harry. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my dog's medical care!

I brought my little Chloe in for an emergency and staff were very friendly and helpful although Chloe is not even one of their current patients. All of the clerical workers were so courteous and made sure to get the accurate information and I surely appreciate this. The vet was very thorough, knowledgeable, and explained everything in detail and kept me informed at all stages of the treatment. Better yet, everyone talked to my little Chloe so sweetly and calmed her fears and everyone was so concerned about her!!! We left the vet hospital confident Chloe was going to be okay after having vomiting induced and charcoal used to get the toxins out of her little body from eating Amdro Ant poisoning granules. I got Chloe there within a hour of the incident. Thank you all at Gill Bright Animal Hospital !!!! Sincerely Tara and Chloe

While I fully appreciate someone fitting us in at the last minute for vaccinations and a heart worm test as someone who formerly worked at as a veterinary technician this place is extremely overpriced for all of their vaccines in comparison to other veterinary clinics. Also, when someone specified they only want a Rabies, Bordatella, and Combo vaccination for their dog, and you proceed to give them those and then give her a flu vaccine amounting in $32 extra also that was not wanted and never asked for is absolutely ridiculous.
