ZippiVet - Kyle Kyle, Texas

I have always been a dog lover and finally got my first in November 2020 - an extremely high energy/FOMO black male lab puppy - Wilson. I am a single fur mom - so since I got him - he has not been around a lot of people/pets (Covid). So - when I have had to take him to ZippiVet over the past year+ (vaccines, neuter, digestive treatment, etc.) - he has always been overly excited and a handful to deal with (even on anti-anxiety meds!). All of the staff have been so patient and kind with him - and with me. Great online portal for scheduling, records, etc., convenient Buda/Kyle location, affordable, and great communication/follow-up. Highly recommend!

Clear explanation and appreciate the alternative options Availability

The team offered me several options for care, discussing the costs and possible outcomes. When I declined diagnostic and treatment options, they respected my decision and explained the risks.

There was very little wait time for the appointment and it was quick and to the point. Overall we had a good experience.

I’ve had horrible vet visits in the past and I can honestly say that my whole perspective has changed after visiting this business. My dogs were very well taken care of and I felt informed and comfortable the whole time. I will definitely recommend this vet’s office and I am looking forward to our future appointments!

"Corporate" decided that owners are not allowed in the visit with your pet. I sat in the parking lot for an hour so my dog could get his rabies shots. I've taken my son to multiple doctors visits, and never been treated like this. I guess covid is more dangerous at the vet. Would not recommend.

Everyone was so sweet, and so helpful. They took such great care of my dear Murdock, really treating him like he was dear to them and that really had a pleasant impact on me. Thank you guys! You all held and carried Murdock like he was valued. You held him close, and helped him feel safe. Thank you for caring for him so sweetly. The passion to help and care for animals shows, and I am so glad to see it.

This was the best experience I've had taking my dog to the vet. She gets anxious about the vet , but they made her feel safe and she didn't freak out at all.

Charged $106 for a 5 minute Heart-worm test performed by a nurse. No wellness check by a veterinarian or any extra services rendered. Will be taking my pets elsewhere going forward.

I was so worried about Nemo and tried to get him in at Banfield since that's just where I've always gone. I wasn't able to have him seen there, but I'm so glad we got him seen today and we'll be using ZippiVet from now on! They were amazing, so obviously cared about him, and took amazing care of him and I couldn't be happier. They took such great care and obviously love the animals coming in.

Everyone is caring, kind and professional at the office. Dr. Conway took great care of our 14 yrs old baby! Only thing that was hard are the prices to get everything done. Unfortunately we don't have the funds to proceed with Honey Pie's care plan that Dr. Conway put so much effort into. She is trying to work with us and gave us estimates so that's a plus. But unfortunately we won't be able to proceed with Zippy Vet and will have to return to our regular vet. What we liked most was Dr. Conway checking up on Honey Pie and her condition. She reached out to us on more than one occasion, making us feel that she was invested and really cared about how our baby was feeling and doing.

This was my first visit to ZippiVet and I couldn't be happier. The staff was so friendly and sweet to my pup. I appreciated the up front cost estimate and the proactive scheduling of our follow up appointment. They were transparent and it didn’t seem like they were just their for my money. Happy to have found our new vet in Kyle!

The vet and staff were very kind a professional. They communicated with me the whole time and went over everything with me. They also worked me in last minute which was greatly appreciated.

Y'all were extraordinarily compassionate at a time that was very difficult for us. Thank you for taking care of our sweet kitty in his final day.

Great staff and I don’t feel rushed or pressured to choose the most expensive or aggressive treatments. Open 7 days at non-emergency prices, which was a literal life-saver. Multiple locations; I traveled a little farther to Kyle because my closer location was busier. Records are kept electronically so can be accessed by all locations. Phone calls and appointments are handled by a separate staff, which takes a little getting used to, but is ultimately more efficient. Vet techs aren’t wasting their time with scheduling. My kitties are in good hands.

Your staff was very professional and courteous. You doing everything you can to making my dog feel better and for referral to the Central TX Animal Hospital. Your staff sent over lab work and my pet info. which made it easy for when we arrived.

They show so much care and attentiveness to their patients. I am very happy to have found a long term vet who cares for my dog and her specific needs.

My fur baby suddenly became ill. Call for an appointment about 10:45 and got an appointment at 11:30. (The same day) The Tech immediately came out to get my baby with a big smile and concern for his health. The doctor completely explained the outcome of the examination. The medication was explained and why it is important to make sure I give my baby all the medication. The doctor and tech were very professional and showed concern for my baby’s health.

I appreciated the time the entire staff took to answer my questions even though some were redundant. I wanted to be sure I understood what was happening with my Charlie. Their professionalism was outstanding! The professionalism and customer service!

This was my first visit. They walked me through the process and costs. I was able to make necessary adjustments to meet my budget without sacrificing quality care for my dog, Appreciate the effort to make Cocoa comfortable.

It's safe fast you can usually get your pet in there pretty quick you can call and make an appointment anytime of the day or night I'm really happy with it great location you can take your pet in and your near stores It's fast and they're serious about covid-19 safety

Everyone was super helpful and made sure myself and my pet were comfortable! I love their no fear policy, it made me feel at ease since I couldn't be there myself for my kitten during her appointments. I was well informed and provided options and information for additional services and procedures if I was interested. It didn't feel pressured or forced on me, it was pleasant to know I could do those things on my terms.

I loved zippivet! The staff was all nice and professional. I would like to thank all the staff especially Chase for taking such good care of my baby Fiona. Sadly, she’s not here anymore, but I appreciate all they did for her and the kindness they showed her. Thank you Zippivet for all you did! You guys were amazing!
