Receptionist was kind and professional vet and vet tech were very knowledgeable and answered all questions thoroughly.

I came with my girlfriend early in the year for our cat, however we unfortunately forget the paper copy of her rabies vaccine, so we ask if it’s okay that I drive home very quickly to grab the paper since we live in Kyle but the front desk nurse told us that she would have to charge us some ludicrous fee for leaving, and I asked them “well what if she waits here outside with her cat in the kennel, it’s her cat anyways I'm just an Uber at this point” and I even spoke to the supervisor and none of them cared, they simply just repeated that I would be charged if I left the parking lot, so I had to wait on the phone calling our old vet to send us an emailed copy of the vaccine, after I was able to get the emailed copy and present it. I finished the visit and payed the bill without the fee thankfully but I will never be returning, the simple fact that refused to work with us simply over a fee, it’s a scam and ridiculous.

Was told I would be in the room for their mandatory initial exam..... They denied me that, and choke leashed my dog back into their closed off rooms came back 10 min later and said my dog was a great candidate and everything was fine and gave me a 500$ quote to set up a neuter and that everything on this "quote" was mandatory according to their company policy and I would have to come back in prior to and do blood work/testing on top of that. Rip off* do not bring your pet here!!

My first visit at this location went pretty good. My second, not so very much... I had a 5:15 pm appointment and they took about 15 minutes to get my pup to the back. There were two ladies.. One seemed to be training and the other who was doing the training didn't have so good of an attitude and I definitely picked up on it... I was basically asked to leave their lobby area because dogs were gonna be coming in and out... Ok? If it was gonna be a drop off kind of thing I felt that should of been communicated but it sure wasn't. I walked to the other side and after I waited awhile I asked if they were ready for my pup... Long story short BETTER COMMUNICATION would be best... BETTER ATTITUDE from people sitting at the front desk, I'd hate to be that customer who snaps!!

The people that work here genuinely care and they’re very efficient! So kind! They took care of our baby Yuri yesterday when he got his puppy vaccinations, and again today when he had a slight reaction. Very satisfied and will be back again! Thank you Thrive!!!

Very nice place. Wait was not long at all to be seen. We did all the paperwork online before our appointment, very convenient. Dr. Steede answered all our questions and was very friendly.

Friendly- great with my dog, very obvious they love animals. Also appreciate the explanation and answering all my questions. Never felt rushed. Really appreciate this wonderful group.

Pretty much we took my dog into this place and they put a few shots into him. After, his leg kept shaking and he wasn’t able to sleep because of it. After 13-14 days, we tried so much to save him. He wasn’t even a year and we couldn’t save him. You caused him so much pain, thanks for everything.
