Gentle caring Veterian, alone with great staff.

I have an older pup that I have been trying to get dental help for. 4 different vets; either too old to put under, pull all the teeth, or $6000 quote. Took my sweet girl to Republic and so glad I did. Staff is warm, helpful, patient, and compassionate. They all took great care of my girl and kept in touch with me throughout. The end result? Clean teeth, rancid breath gone, no extractions needed so none done. Follow up call the next day to check on her by the vet!! Who took the time to explain everything going on with my baby and answer all my questions. Beyond blessed to have found these angels.

Dr.Murphee and the staff at Republic Veterinary Hospital showed so much care, empathy, and professionalism during our dog's first visit. Our dog blue is a nervous dog and of course dreads vet visits. We were there to get her up to date on her rabies vaccines and get her dewclaws trimmed (because we have such trouble doing it ourselves). Dr. Murphee and the VetTech Brianna took such good care of Blue and made the dreadful experience as pleasant as possible. Dr.Murphy even took the time to make some recommendations that would make Blue's next Vet visit less nerve racking for her. Needless to say we found our new Vet for Blue and will coming back to Republic Veterinary Hospital for all our pet needs.

Dr. Murphree is way awesome! We've never had a vet for Longo and Pongo that we could trust as much as her. She does a great job explaining everything she's doing. Because of this, we have now made the decision that Republic will be our new vet here in Kyle.

They were able to get my doggo in with a semi emergency. Took care of the issue quickly.

Dr. Murphree is excellent. She's great with our chihuahua/terrier mix. Always takes time to explain things. Staff is great, too. Highly recommend her & Republic Vetrenary Hospital.

They are the best, good taking care of a dog. I took my big dog Moka when she had puppies and they were so nice, i took a new puppie today and i love the way they treat them. They have a wonderful heart. So recommended. :)

It was a pleasant experience and I am so happy to know that Republic Veterinary Hospital is in Kyle! If you are looking for expert care, great location and very fair pricing Republic is a wonderful choice! They went out of their way to call with reminders for upcoming shots/appts. Felt like they listened and addressed any concerns I had with my two puppies.

Love this place. Dr. Murphey is one of the best in the business; honest, affordable and not at all pushy like most vets in the business. She won't strong-arm you into the most expensive treatments (that you don't need) just to gouge you, she will advise based on your needs, lifestyle and budget. She truly listens to pet owners and cares about your animals. Will always recommend to her to anyone in the area.

I got my dog back and she is losing so much hair. And when I gave her some snacks she devoured them like she hasn’t eaten. It’s a good place for checkups but I don’t recommend letting your dog spend time their when your on a trip or need to put them in quarantine.

Dr. Murphree is incredibly personable and knowledgeable. It's obvious she loves animals and her expertise is standout. She never rushed me and she answered the many questions I had about the recovery period for my little doggie.

In May 2021 I got a call from my husband saying our puppy Macho jumped off the kitchen table, he had been climbing unto the table for like a week at that point. My husband started noticing he wasn't moving so he took him to Republic Vet, with Xray they told us he had dislocated his hip and fractured his leg. Machos leg is now healed and we had great service from this hospital, they were always calling to remind us of appointments, I felt the love at the hospital as they always greeted Macho and told us how good he was. ???? thank you for taking care of my baby.

LOVE Dr. Murphy and her team!! They are always so welcoming when we bring Freya in (our furbaby) and listen to all our concerns. She is incredibly knowledgeable and provides us with all our options without pressuring us into anything. We can never thank her and her team enough for taking such good care of Freya ❤

I'm still pretty new to Texas and my dog is having an emergency (can't hold any food or water down). This was the only vet that allowed us to come in today (saturday, 5/8/21). The staff was very friendly and the place was clean. They took great care of my Hudson and did the best they could for him before sending him over to the emergency vet for further treatment. The vet is super kind and listens to everything you have to say. I truly believe she is in the profession because she cares. They didn't charge me crazy either or recommend anything that me and Hudson didn't need. I would highly recommend this clinic.

This vet completely changes the worry and stress of taking your pet to a vet. I felt comfortable, informed and cared about, so I know my cat felt the same. We will be taking all our pets here going forward.
