The front desk ladies were so kind and polite. I had a great experience until I met the vets who were very judgemental and rude. I was holding back tears as I was being criticised for my dog being over due for shots and for my dog being anxious. I was only aware that my dog needed her 2nd rabies shot not anything else according to my previous vet. I was very disappointed about the vet jumping to conclusions about how I care for my dog, very rude.They ruined the whole experience and should really rethink their attitude towards paying customers... never going again.

Waggie Pet Zone took such great care of my two dogs for an entire week. From the booking of their stay to the check in process and picking the dogs up, the staff made the entire process so efficient. Waggie Pet Zone also took the time to ask questions about my dogs, and genuinely sounded like they wanted our dogs to have the best care possible. I even got a report about their stay and which dogs they played with when picking them up, which made me feel confident in the care they received. Highly recommend and will take our dogs back again!

My dog likes being boarded here more than he likes living at home! They are great with dogs of all temperaments and will faithfully follow any special requests. Our go-to place to give us the peace of mind knowing our dog is not only taken care of, but having a great time!

I boarded my dog with Waggie Pet Zone for the weekend. I was so clearly nervous and upset at drop off because it was my first time leaving my pup. They were so nice and reassuring that she was going to be well taken care of. They even emailed me updates and photos every single day to calm my nerves. It helped me to enjoy my weekend away and trust that my dog was completely fine. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a reliable place to care for your pet.

Heather is the best! My hound mix gets his nails trimmed and buffed by her monthly and he is very vocal about it, but Heather handles him so well! She even goes the extra mile to put the paw balm on him that I bring with me because my dog won’t let me put it on him myself. Excellent service from the rest of the team here as well!

all the people on the phones/front desk were great, others were beyond judgemental. I dropped off my puppy to get a vet check up and shots. she came home starving and unfed (I left food!), with her nails clipped past her quicks (I didn’t ask for grooming?? or for my baby to be hurt like that!) and they didn’t give me a receipt like I asked for OR say how her vet check up was/give me records of her shots. I feel like I got scammed and she didn’t get anything done. I emailed demanding for a receipt and records so we will see how that goes.

I wish this daycare and it’s staff could move with us but sadly it cannot... instead I will write a five star review in hopes it encourages others to take their pups here! One of my dogs has gone to this daycare for over 3 years and the other for two years. We have used almost every service here from grooming, boarding, playcare, daycare, training, and shopping in their facility and cannot recommend them enough! You will not be disappointed in their services and they offer great advice any time you need it. Heather was the only person in College Station that I trusted to groom my pets. She was always so friendly and made sure to call if she had any questions. The managers and trainers were awesome!! 10/10 recommend going to them. We have taken almost every class they have to offer and even some twice. They are awesome and reliable. I will truly miss their services!

They were able to groom my cat and give us recommendations on some vitamins for her coat! very impressed.

I’ve brought my cat here two separate occasions and everyone has always been friendly, even when it’s busy! My cat has always come back to me well cared for and healthy. Will definitely be back!

My Deku loves going to WPZ for boarding! He gets to play with pups his size and energy level which I appreciate. We also receive pics of our boy while he is boarded and updates! Deku was loosing his baby teeth and they would call and let me know when he lost the first one to give me a heads up and ask if I wanted to keep it! How sweet!? Oh, and they understand where his name came from so 12/10 would recommend!!

My dog and I both love Waggie. I take my dog here for boarding and playcare and she loves it. They do such a great job of taking care of my dog that she runs around the front desk to say goodbye to each of the staff. Would highly recommend.

I’ve taken my dog here since I adopted him two years ago. They provide thorough examinations and take excellent care of your pet. The staff is always very friendly and patient and the vet is happy to answer any questions you have and gives excellent advice to improve your pets health. 10/10 recommend.

Best dog daycare around, the staff is knowledgeable and professional, the location is clean, and my dog seems to enjoy it. They always take the time to tell you about what your furry friend did that day and who they played with, so it seems that the staff is fairly involved with your pet and they’re not just free roaming or in a pen.

They take good care of my dogs.

Our dog (9 month old German Shepherd) is not easy to handle, but we had to board him for a few days. The staff at Waggie Pet Zone took such good care of our high maintenance guy, so much so that he didn't want to leave! He made puppy friends and literally tried to go back inside Waggie when we went to pick him up. If our dog approves, so do we!

Everyone was very kind and my dog was very happy when I picked her up! They accidentally overcharged me a half day and when I asked about it they apologized profusely and immediately refunded me. I will definitely be back!

Clean facility, staff was professional, friendly and seemed to truly care about our dogs. Liked that they require an evaluation for daycare. Wished they would improve social media (post pics of pets on facebook for owners to enjoy) and wished there was a staff member on-site for overnight boarding. We moved from Topeka KS where Dog Day Afternoon gets a 5+ star rating.
