Best vets office I've been to hands down ????

I took my dog in for a check up and they found out he has cancer and probably won't be with us for the New Year. They Are very caring for his wellbeing. Reasonable prices for what they did for him too. I totally recommend this veterinarian!! Thank you all !!

Our furbaby needed to be seen quickly and we just moved to Georgetown. The staff took him in the following morning and took the best care of him. So excited to find a new vet!

I'm very happy with the people who work at Old Time Veterinary Hospital. I moved to Georgetown a few months ago, so I needed a new Vet for my ferry babies. I read the reviews, so I tried them out. They surpassed my expectations. They were very kind and loving towards my babies and myself. They took their time examining them, and asked a lot of good questions while providing extra information, so I will take better care of my sweet babies. I am blessed to have such excellent Veterinary service. I strongly recommend them.

I took my new kitten here after being frustrated after a 1st visit at Zoot. Old Town is the best vet I ever went to. I subseq6took my other 2 cats to Old Town also. I highly recommend!

Dr. Graf is the best vet we have ever had for our large pet family (3 dogs, 2 cats). She is so patient and kind and concerned for our pets. She's great to talk to and so genuinely interested in how they're doing. The office staff are friendly and the techs are amazing.

I can't express enough my gratitude for the kindness and support the staff and especially Dr. Graf. showed me in my time of loss. They are a fantastic group of people.

Absolutely great! My daughter went to Mexico and I was cat sitting. Bates had redness on his whiskers when she left. Two days later more spots surfaced on his eye area. My local vet was closed for the week due to a Covid issue. I called a few other vets and none were taking new patients. Old Town welcomed Bates! The exam was handled professional and very caring. They called an Rx to a pharmacy. Their office was clean and well maintained. Staff was kind, caring and knowledgeable. Best caring feature: at the counter there was a battery operated candle with a sign they advised if the candle was lit that someone was saying a tearful goodbye to their animal. So thoughtful!!!

Convenient location and wonderful care for our dog. Highly recommend Old Town.

Super friendly! My dog is very nervous (quarantine baby) and takes a while for him to warm up to strangers. But within minutes he stopped hiding under my legs and became friends with the veterinarian! Highly recommend :)

Update: I reached out to the provided email but have yet to receive a response back so I requested records on my pets. This is how I discovered a fabrication of history on my kitten's record. I am not certain how a stray kitten translated into adopted from breeder but this entire experience has left me feeling troubled. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- For background, I work in a vet med environment and due to my type of work I needed a rDVM for routine care on my pets. Unfortunately this shapes my expectations and sets me up for my lackluster experience. Trust me, the staff CARES about helping animals but they have yet to create open rapport with me. Leading me to feel like I've had to be assertive as a pet owner. Let me give you a run down of just one of my interactions: One evening, I called the clinic for 5 min straight trying to check in (PRAA pet in a hot car = difficulty breathing) only to eventually walk in and find 3 CSRs at the counter. I get checked in, shown to a room, and then for some reason I am playing 20 questions with the staff about my pet's difficulty breathing. Come to find out that although I reported my pet's preexisting medical condition on the NCF it was not mentioned when they created her medical record. This particular experience was not a big deal to me b/c I knew my girl was going to be okay once I got her home and the staff was friendly enough. But it has been pointed out to me from the POV of another that this would have been a horrifying experience. To summarize, I showed up for curbside exactly 5 min early but was forced inside due to my pet's medical needs to which I can only say "thankfully their doors were open". So I decided to rate the clinic with these suggestions in mind: - Work on organization/communicatio­n - Work on educational choices For example: ask the clients if they want certain vaccines/tests, educate on the whys for routine services, etc. - Do NOT ignore owner's consent or lack of

Dr Angela Moorhead and her staff is awesome. We were traveling and trying to get Sheba our 14 yr old German Shepherd home so she could get her wings in a familiar place but her body just couldn't last a few more hundred miles. Dr. Moorhead was able to help her peacefully go over the Rainbow Bridge. They let us take Lobo and Wego into the room so they could say goodbye to her too. Dr and her techs were so good and gentle with Sheba. Highly recommend this clinic and if services are needed when we go thru the area again will definitely use them.

Yesterday We took Our Dog Sammy to Old Town Vet.... The staff and Doctor was truly amazing.... Our Sammy was diagnosed quickly and everything was explained to Us in a Professional and super caring manor.... Unfortunately We had to make the decision to let Our Sammy Cross the Rainbow Bridge... We were explained in detail of what would happen and that We had as much time to spend with Him as We wanted.... The staff was caring of Our feelings as to this was one of Our family members... It wasn't Our best experience but It Was Our Best Experience With a Vetrinary Hospital..... I give each and everyone there five stars.... Thanks again....

My 10 year old English Bulldog was under the weather, he regular vet could not see her until following week was referred to old town they got her in that afternoon. They were loving and caring not only to her ( she's my world ) but to her servant (me ). Thank you so much for taking such great care of my baby. Today I received a card from them ❤

Great curbside service with good COVID precautions. Staff is courteous kind and understanding. Best of all they are non-judgmental and are great with pets and people. I can't say enough about how wonderful this group is even staying late when my daughter and I had a ton of questions.

My dog was unable to bear weight on one of his hind legs. Old Town Vet was recommended. I was able to get an appointment within a few hours. The staff was very professional and kind. The Dr gave me a very detailed report. I even received a follow up phone call the next day.
