Beyond expectations. We took our Poodle for grooming and nails and we were very satisfied. Highly Recommended.

I will NEVER take my dogs there again !!! They literally stripped my dog and said he was matted when I am 100 percent sure he wasn’t. I brushed him myself the day before and a comb went thru his entire body with out any indication of matting. 2 years of growing his hair to prepare him for a show, and now we can’t show him any time soon because he was stripped.

She was able to get me in super quick for an appointment to get a nail trim, even for being a new client. My lab is super anxious about grooming and she was very gentle and sweet with him! It was my first visit and I'm definitely going back! So happy with the service! They were extremely friendly and great price for a nail trim.

Took my German Shepard today and he looks and feels amazing I have never been able to tackle the job adequately.

Made an appointment for first thing in the morning & the lady on the phone said drop off started at 730am. I waited until 8am & still nobody was there so I left & made an appointment with pups & mutts.

Kelly does a perfect job EVERY TIME! She does especially well around my dogs head, ears and face. Plus, Kelly is super nice!

I've been taking my dog there for almost 10yrs, always very satisfied with Kelley's work. Unfortunately, I got two new pups and took them. My boy pup came home traumatized for 3 days. I believe the new person she hired did something to him. Her remarks were he was bad, my older dog looked after him for those 3 days, so I believe he saw something happen to him. He didn't eat, and was curled up the whole time. Unfortunately, now I have to find a new groomer for all 3 dogs. I think she made a mistake hiring someone who clearly isn't qualified to work with animals.

Google had his first groom and bath here and since then he's happy to take baths. Before it was a pay per view wrestling match and nowadays I can actually put shampoo on him. The price is great for all the great work they put into Google, he's kinda a great big furball for a shih tzu. I was always under the impression they start getting sleek hair sooner ????

I’m new to area and so happy I found this place. My dog’s grooming was the best. Kelly was the greatest with working with my dog that was a bit apprehensive about being at a new place but when I picked him up I could tell is was a good experience for him. Thanks again Kelly.

Kelly is not only an amazing groomer, she is an amazing person. I would never use another groomer, especially a "big box" pet store. She took loving care of my Maltese for his entire life - 13 years. He was always nervous when he had to ride in a car, but as soon as Kelly took him, his fast little heartbeat slowed down immediately and gave her kisses. I would recommend her services, and Kelly, to anyone, and now for my Beau and Belle.

Ive recently moved to the area and was referred to Kelly by a neighbor. I was so please with how my yorkie was groomed. She is the best groomer we have ever used. So pleased and the price was right too.

I have been taking my 2 yorkies to Kelly once a month for over 6 years. Kelly genuinely cares about them and is happy to accommodate their various grooming needs and older dog issues. Both of my fur kids LOVE her and we're all happy to have found her after suffering a number of dreadful cuts and razor burns at 4 other pet salons before we switched to Kelly's. Kelly's prices are great and haven't changed much in the years since we started seeing her. Highly Recommend !!!

Never have I had my little poodle look like he had been “ groomed” with a pair of sheep shears! Realizing times are trying with the virus I do believe I’ll wait for my professional groomer to get back to work.
